ABSTRACT It is increasingly recognized that human rights are essential to achieve sustainable development. The 2030 Agenda by sharing the principle of universalism and by concentrating on such fundamental areas as eliminating extreme poverty, ending hunger and highlighting the core issue of sustainability. The human development approach and the 2030 Agenda can be mutually reinforcing by contributing to the narrative of each other, by exploring how human development and Sustainable Development Goal indicators can complement each other and by being a forceful advocacy platform for each other. We have every reason to hope that transformation in human development is possible. What seem to be challenges today can be overcome tomorrow. The world has fewer than 15 years to achieve its bold agenda of leaving no one out. Closing the human development gap is critical, as is ensuring the same, or even better, opportunities for future generations. Human development has to be sustained and sustainable and has to enrich every human life so that we have a world where all people can enjoy peace and prosperity.

Network Security is one of the important concepts in data security as the data to be made secure. To make data secure, there exist number of algorithm like AES(Advanced Encryption Standard). The security can be enhanced by using standardized and proven-secure block ciphers as advanced encryption standard (AES) for data encryption and authentication. However, these security functions take a large amount of processing power and power/energy consumption. In this paper, we present our hardware optimization strategies for AES for high-speed ultralow-power ultralow-energy IoT applications with multiple levels of security. Our design supports multiple security levels through different key sizes, power and energy optimization for both datapath and key expansion. The estimated power results show that our implementation may achieve an energy per bit comparable with the lightweight standardized algorithm PRESENT of less than 1 pJ/b at 10 MHz at 0.6 V with throughput of 28 Mb/s in ST FDSOI 28-nm technology. In terms of security evaluation, our proposed datapath, 32-b key out of 128 b cannot be revealed by correlation power analysis attack using less than 20 000 traces.

The study evaluates the influence of different risk characteristics on perceptions using the psychometric paradigm. In addition, it identifies the effective risk characteristics associated with mobile phone usage while driving. These were followed by dialling and receiving a call from a hand-held mobile and talking with a passenger. In contrast, listening to the radio/music, putting on a seat belt and receiving a call on a hands-free mobile phone were perceived as being the least risky.Factor 1 appeared in relation to high-risk distracting activities such as checking social media, taking photos or recording video with a mobile phone, writing or reading a text message and searching for music using a phone or an MP3. These activities were perceived among respondents as being ‘unfair’ because they are considered uncontrollable activities, illegal, requiring a lot of mental concentration and have a severe consequences. In addition, those engaging in these activities are considering as being unfair because the respondents know about the associated risk yet they voluntarily engage on it.A random sampling method was used and the sample of the study consisted of 422 participants who included students, administrative staff and teaching faculties from the University of Madras, Chennai.

In our new modern business trend, every business organizations which makes online business needs some critics to promote their product. This critic is referred as customer rating. This may be rated by star values. The customer review is important to improve the services of companies, which have both close opinion and open opinion. The direct emotions of each customer are refereed as open opinion. However, the company has many contents or group to evaluation themselves by rating and total rating for a type of services which there are many customer who needs to review. The main issue is some customer many contradict in rating from their comments. Amazon is the world's largest online retailers where millions of customers purchase and review products on its website. However, many customers may not show their interest to rate products after the purchase. In this paper, the two products of two different companies smart phone data has been considered for analysis.

New innovations are rapidly bringing more and more embedded and portable devices into vehicles. Although these technologies have many benefits, they can also be a source of significant distraction to the driver. For instance, using a mobile phone while driving significantly increases the risk of having an accident. Therefore, in order to develop a risk management plan to reduce the risk of using mobile phones while driving, it is important to understand the risk perception of drivers regarding mobile phone use while driving. Such an understanding will improve communication between decision-makers and drivers so as to develop a better risk management plan. The primary objective of this study is to identify how drivers perceive the risk of different driving distractions. A random sampling method was used and the sample of the study consisted of 422 participants who included students, administrative staff and teaching faculties from the University of Madras, Chennai. The results of the study indicated that checking social media, reading, writing, taking photos and searching for music via their mobile phones were perceived as being the most risky of the driving distraction activities. Applying principle component factor analysis, the results showed two factors explaining 92% of the variance. Factor 1 was labelled as ‘fairness’; it explained 70% 3 of the variance and it was associated with control, fairness, severity, mental concentration and legality. In addition, ‘fairness’ was found to be inversely associated with knowledge and voluntariness.

However, due to the widespread use of web-cams and mobile devices embedded with a camera, it is now possible to realize facial video recognition, rather than resorting to just still images. In fact, facial video recognition offers many advantages over still image recognition; these include the potential of boosting the system accuracy and deterring spoof attacks. Deep learning has recently achieved very promising results in a wide range of areas such as computer vision, speech recognition and natural language processing. It aims to learn hierarchical representations of data by using deep architecture models. In this paper, we propose a novel face verification algorithm, which starts with selecting feature-rich frames from a video sequence using Multi-wavelet transform and entropy computation. Frame selection is followed by representation learning-based feature extraction, where three contributions are presented: 1) deep learning architecture, which is a combination of stacked denoising sparse autoencoder (SDAE) and deep Boltzmann machine (DBM); 2) formulation for joint representation in an autoencoder; and 3) updating the loss function of DBM by including sparse and low rank regularization. Finally, a multilayer neural network is used as the classifier to obtain the verification decision. The results are tested on the YouTube Databases.
