 Abstract

ABSTRACT- Grahani is a disease with high clinical importance in the current period because of its direct relationship with poor eating habits and stressful lives. Grahani, also known as a Pittadhara kala, is the major functional component of Mahastrotasa. IBS is characterized by stomach pain or discomfort that occurs in conjunction with changed bowel habits for at least three months in the absence of a detectable biological cause. The identification of major stressors/triggers such as emotional, bodily, and psychological discomfort, including anxiety and depression, is also part of the IBS diagnosis process. Ayurveda defined the ailment as the transit of feces with constipation or diarrhea, as well as the presence of undigested or digested food particles. Thirst, pedal oedema, stomach cramps, discomfort, fever, and vomiting are additional symptoms of this condition. The symptoms of Grahani are like those of IBS. As a result, we can link the Grahani to IBS.

However, in the recent years the prevalence of Diabetes is on rise, more upsetting in developed countries. It is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality all over the world. The global prevalence of Diabetes among adults over 18 years of age has risen from 4.7% in 1980 to 8.5% in 2014. In India cases of Diabetes Mellitus has shown surprisingly higher susceptibility which is a matter of great concern. The prevalence of Diabetes in India is currently reported to be around 13 -15% and by the year 2025 it is estimated that approximately 55 million Indians will be diabetic. In modern era due to total sedentary life, having a lot of junk foods and weight gaining these are the main factors which are responsible for causing Diabetes mellitus. It can be correlated with Madhumeha which is one of twenty types of Prameha in Ayurvedic treatises.

 Abstract

BACKGROUND: Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is one of the most frequent ICU-acquired infections. Mechanically ventilated patients are at a high risk of acquiring respiratory infections due to complex interplay between the endotracheal tube, host immunity and virulence of invading bacteria. AIM: It was a prospective hospital-based study carried out in the Department of Microbiology in collaboration with Department of Anaesthesia at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College, Kangra at Tanda (H.P.), for a period of 12 months with effect from September 2021 to August 2022. RESULT: A total of 32 endotracheal aspirate samples were obtained from clinically suspected VAP cases among 100 patients admitted in Anaesthesia intensive care units. Predominate growth of Gram negative organisms was isolated, the most common was Acinetobacter baumannii (16; 42.1%) followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (6; 15.79%). CONCLUSION: Gram negative bacteria were the predominant isolates in ET secretions of ventilated patients. A rational use of antibiotics, regular monitoring of antibiotic resistance and use of right combination of drugs, in addition to refining of existing infection control practices are critical to control the emergence of drug resistant strains

 Abstract

o Introduction- Post Viral arthritis causes inflammation and swelling in one or more joints. Viral arthritis is inflammation of the joints from a viral infection. Approximately 1% of all cases of acute arthritis are thought to have a viral etiology. Viral attacks are usually accompanied by joint pain and swelling (Arthralgia). As per allopathic science viral arthritis can be managed symptomatically with NSAID's, analgesic, and antibiotics, but sometimes even after eliminating the virus out of body some people will get joint pain and also swollen joint. Here we present a case study which was successfully managed with Ayurvedic medications and Panchakarma therapy. Material and Methods- A 37 years old Male patient suffering from polyarthalgia with H/O Dengue NS1 and IgM positive was cured with Panchakarma therapy and oral Ayurvedic medications.  Abstract

Abstract--Presently, surveillance videos becomes widespread due to their applicability in different real time scenarios. Investigation of surveillance videos is a tedious process in the domains of computer vision and image processing. Object detection and tracking pose challenging issues in the field of computer vision. The recent developments of machine learning (ML) as well as deep learning (DL) models find useful to design effective object detection approaches. This article designs a Hyperparameter Tuned Deep Learning Driven Object detection and Classification Model for Video Surveillance Systems (HTDLODC-VSS). The major goal of the HTDLODC-VSS model is to identify and classify the presence of objects present in the surveillance videos. The HTDLODC-VSS model primarily applies YOLO-v5 object detector to effectually detect the target objects. Besides, Nadam optimizer is applied to fine tune the hyperparameters of the YOLO-v5 model. In addition, binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) with multiclass support vector machine (MSVM) model is employed for object classification. The utilization of Nadam and BPSO algorithm assists in the accomplishment of enhanced object detection performance. A wide range of experiments was carried out on benchmark datasets and the results are assessed under several aspects. The comparison study highlighted the enhanced outcomes of the HTDLODC-VSS model over the other approaches

 Abstract

In the present work, aryl-substituted pyrazolones derivative Ethyl 2-((3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl oxy) (4-(trifluromethyl) phenyl) methyl)acrylate (ETH) have been synthesized by the reaction of Baylis-Hillman acetate with pyrazolones and screened for their in vitro antifungal, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. The molecule shows good in vitro antifungal and antibacterial activities due to the presence of bromine, which enhances the absorption rate by its increased lipid solubility and improves the pharmacological activity. It is also evident from the results obtained from structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies. Further, the photophysical properties of synthesized compounds were theoretical estimated using ab-intio technique. The ground state optimization and HOMO-LUMO energy levels are calculated using DFT-B3LYP-6-31G(d) basis set. Using theoretical estimated HOMO-LUMO value global chemical reactivity descriptors parameters are estimated and result shows synthesised molecule has highly electronegative and electrophilicity index. Overall results suggest that, fluorine substituted pyrazolones derivatives show good photophysical, SAR Studies and biological applications.

 Abstract

This paper provides an overview of the study's objectives, sample techniques, and summary findings and conclusions..Teachers in all nations collaborate more frequently by exchanging and coordinating ideas. Teachers who participate in professional development activities employ a broader range of instructional strategies and are more likely to collaborate with other educatorsAn attitude is a mindset that influences a person's thoughts and behaviours. A person's attitude can have a favourable or bad impact on their performance. For example, a poor attitude towards one's employment will produce a poor performance. The way a teacher organises and prepares for his or her classes may also be impacted by attitude. Academic performance of students is significantly impacted by a teacher's attitude, whether intentionally or unintentionally. It has been proven that teachers' attitudes significantly impact pupils' motivation to learn. Additionally, teachers' personalities have a greater impact than the course material or teaching methods employed in the classroom. A successful classroom method demands the complete commitment and support of both teachers and students. If a teacher appears unconcerned or uninterested in a particular subject or student The educational consequences have also been examined. At the end, there are suggestions for further research.

 Abstract

The process of determining a human emotion, usually from facial expressions, is known as emotion recognition. There are various facial expressions, including those of happiness, sadness, fear, disgust, surprise, and anger. This research proposes an image processing method to identify different types of facial expressions from regions around the mouth. Using the Viola-Jones technique, the mouth regions are first found and then cropped. The mouth region is then segmented using Region Based Segmentation. To extract the mouth region's border, morphological area filling and boundary extraction techniques are used. The shape and size properties are preserved because morphological techniques are applied. The range of values for each emotion is then determined, and the area of the mouth region is computed based on the quantity of white pixels retrieved. The proposed method is used to two distinct people's varied emotional representations (natural, joyful, furious, and surprised). Their performances are assessed and the outcomes are examined.

 Abstract

This study investigates the efficacy of CuO/glycerol nanofluid in augmenting the thermal performance of car radiators. Through a combined experimental and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, the thermal characteristics and heat transfer capabilities of the nanofluid within the automotive cooling system were comprehensively evaluated. The experimental phase involved the implementation of CuO/glycerol nanofluid as a coolant within a typical car radiator setup. Various parameters such as temperature differentials, cooling rates, and overall heat dissipation efficiency were measured and compared against traditional coolants. Results indicated a significant enhancement in heat transfer, showcasing the superiority of the nanofluid in improving the cooling efficiency of the radiator. Complementing the experimental investigation, CFD simulations were conducted to delve deeper into the fluid dynamics within the radiator system. The simulations provided insights into flow characteristics, velocity profiles, pressure distributions, and temperature gradients. These findings elucidated the mechanisms behind the improved thermal performance facilitated by the CuO/glycerol nanofluid, validating the experimental observations. The synergy between experimental validation and computational simulations underscores the viability and effectiveness of CuO/glycerol nanofluid in enhancing car radiator efficiency. The study's outcomes suggest promising prospects for integrating nanofluid technology into automotive cooling systems, potentially paving the way for more efficient and sustainable thermal management solutions in the automotive industry.

 Abstract

Mathematics is an indispensable instrument, equipped with signs and symbols, to bring about precision in comprehending the complicated problems. Achievement in mathematics depends much on attitude of the students towards the subject. To develop positive attitude of pupils towards mathematics, much stress is placed on learning styles in the curriculum. The present study emphasizes on the comparison between government and private primary school students with respect to attitude towards mathematics and mathematics achievement. Random sampling technique was used. A sample of 150 students of grade 5th was taken from randomly selected schools. The Scale of attitude towards mathematics by Kalpana Thakur was administered on selected sample. The mathematics achievement scores of previous class were also used. Descriptive and differential statistics were used for data analysis. The findings revealed that attitude towards mathematics of government and private primary school students are positively and significantly correlated with their mathematical achievement. There is no significant difference in attitude towards mathematics and mathematical achievement of government and private primary school students. Also, no gender differences are found in attitude towards mathematics and mathematical achievement of government and private primary school students.

 Abstract

The ongoing rise in human population resulted in the depletion of energy resources which pose a threat to the environment's demands, food security, global warming as well as to the sustainable production of food and energy. The prokaryotic creature that has evolved and persisted the longest is the Cyanobacterium, often called as blue green algae. They are regarded as one of the earliest living organisms on Earth. They effectively convert radiative energy into chemical energy. As a by-product, this biological system creates oxygen. BGA are able to fix molecular nitrogen in to assimiable forms of nitrogen. These forms can be easily then absorbed by the plants for their growth and development. Thus BGA makes the soil more fertile. So they are used as biofertilizer. For the manufacturing of biofertilizer, "green technology," the most environmentally friendly method, has been used. Cyanobacteria also have the potential to be employed in a number of industries, including bioenergy, biotechnology, natural products, medicine, agriculture, and the environment, due to their remarkable pace of development. We have outlined the prospective uses of cyanobacteria in this review's several scientific and technological fields, with a focus on how they might be used to create biofuels and other useful by products.
