Background: Hypertension represents the major health problem primarily because of its role in contributing to the initiation and progression of major cardiovascular diseases. The aim of the present study was to determine the existing practice of prescribing pattern of Anti Hypertensive medication in tertiary care hospital in prospective of standard treatment of guidelines. Methods and materials: A hospital based prospective observational study on Anti Hypertensive agent prescriptions was carried out among patients who were above 20 years of age and Inpatients in the tertiary care corporate hospital. The total of 270 prescriptions of patients suffering from hypertension were included. The collected data were sorted and analyzed on the basis of demographic characteristics and co-morbidities. Results: It was a prospective observational study in which 270 patients were selected. The most commonly prescribed Antihypertensive drugs in our study was telmisartan and least prescribed was spironolactone, diltiazem and indapamide. The drugs were prescribed as mono therapy, dual therapy, triple therapy and poly therapy. Mono therapy of about (51%) was most frequently prescribed and Poly therapy was least prescribed of about (7%). Conclusion: The study revealed that the prevalence of hypertension was predominantly more in male patients than in female patients. Present study represents the current prescribing trend of antihypertensive agents. Angiotensin receptor blockers were the most frequently prescribed class of drug in monotherapy. Index Terms: ACE inhibitors, Beta blockers, Calcium channel blockers, Diuretics, Hypertension.

The methodology of the research was a cross-sectional survey research. Main objective of the study was to investigate the teaching aptitude of trainee teachers with regard to gender, Training Status, caste and Stream of Education. Data were collected from 204 representatives with the help of one questionnaire. In the present study, only one tool Teaching Aptitude Test (TAT) developed by Gakhar & Rajnish (1971) was used.To study led to the following conclusions that experience can enhance inner potentialities as our findings revealed that deputed and fresher trainee teachers has statistically significant difference and deputed or in-service teachers possess higher teaching aptitude. The result of the study that gender, caste and stream of education has no significant influence on teaching aptitude of the trainee teachers.

The developing significance of micro and small enterprises in growth, poverty reduction and livelihood strategies in growing economies in which paid economic activity opportunities are constrained cannot be understated. This study is based on the manufacturing enterprises data provided by National Sample Survey Organization (NSSO). It employ enterprises level data drawn from socio-economic survey 62nd on manufacturing enterprises for the year 2005-06 and 73rd on round unincorporated non-agricultural enterprises (excluding construction) for the year 2015-16 to estimate the structure and pattern of Micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs) at macro level in India. Manufacturing Enterprises based results show that Per unit Microenterprises are large in size, provides more employment, required less fixed investment, contribute more in GVA, and number of women owned per unit microenterprises are large as compared to small enterprises in India.

Amylase are among the most important enzymes and are of great significant for the field of food industry, constituting a class of industrial enzymes having approximately 25% of the world enzyme market. Alpha-amylase have potential application in a wide no. of industrial process such as food, fermentation, textile, paper, detergent and pharmaceutical industries. In this present study we have isolated alpha-amylase producing gene (Alf A gene) from Bacillus subtilis ATCC6051, then this Alf A gene is ligated in T&A plasmid then these plasmid are used in transformation. The transformed bacteria are selected by antibiotic containing plate. These transformed bacteria are checked for the production of ?-amylase enzyme by starch hydrolysis test.

Crime analysis and prediction is a systematic approach and it is used for identifying the crime. This system can be predict area which have high probability for crime activities and detect crime prone area. Using the concept of data mining can extracting previous useful information from an data. The extraction of information is predicted by using the existing datasets. Crimes affect the quality of life ,economic growth and reputation of nation. With the aim of securing the society from crimes, there is a need for advancing and efficient new approaches for improving the crime analytics and Predicting. We propose a system which can analysis, detection, and prediction by using various crime probability in given area. This paper tells about various kinds of crime analysis and crime prediction using several data mining techniques

The phenomenon of homosexuality incites a lot of discussions and debates across the globe. Much of the confusion arises when we ask why such a phenomenon has persisted in natural populations of numerous species through time. Expectedly, evolutionary biologists have been trying their best to understand same-sex behaviours to shed light on the causes and the reasons of its existence. In this article, we look at various ecological explanations for homosexuality. We also take a brief look into the idea of epigenetics, and how the field of epigenetics can help us answer some of the most burning questions surrounding homosexuality.

In application like Under Water Vehicle (UWV), it is essential to monitor various subsystem parameters during development stage of the vehicle. In case of UWV, performance evaluation is done offline post-trial because it is impossible to transmit data from vehicle either by cables or wireless while underwater. This calls for onboard recording system to record different parameter for different subsystems and download data for offline processing. Integrated Instrumentation and Recording System (IIRS) is developed for purpose of data acquisition, storing and generating alarm in UWV. This instrumentation system is calibrated offline during system integration check using a combination of software and hardware. Simulation environment is designed using personal computer interfaced with MILSTD-1553B along with IIRS unit.

This paper introduces a thought regarding managing the issues looked by blind people through smart shoes. Due to the blind people face many challenges especially when moving in public places. 285 million people are estimated to be visually impaired world wide out of which 39 million people are blind and 246 have low vision[1]. A smart shoes will help a blind person to mover on independently with help of ultrasonic sensor to detect obstacles. In this paper presents various smart shoes for blind technology using Internet Of Things.

The purpose of this study was to examine how one teacher manages to include students with special needs in an ordinary classroom. We describe how attempted to achieve positive academic and social outcomes for students in the classroom, and especially how him handled a boy with impulsive and uncontrolled behaviour. Data collection was carried out by means of observations, video recordings and interviews. The theoretical framework was based upon socio-cultural theory; and the main themes were cognitive learning processes, social learning processes and collaboration processes. Important concepts in this connection are caring, dialogue, scaffolding, other-regulation and self-regulation.
