Role playing and training are important elements of employee development. It has occupied an important place in management training and development as a method of simulating real life situations. This method enables participants to understand better the behavior of others as well as their own emotions and feelings. It is also an excellent exercise for analyzing problems, job interview to see how comfortably they communicate, improving selling by applying various selling solutions, developing team work, cooperation and creative problem solving exercises for improving listening skills. The trainer has to belief the person who are going to play the role describing the role to be played and the manner in which it is be played. After the role play session is over, it is discussed not only with the group but also with the players as to how good as bad they have done it. This discussion facilitates the learning process. Learning is facilitated by active participant rather than passive reception. Lecture method believes in passive reception whereas role playing believes in active participation. Hence, the role playing should be more effective provided it is conducted properly and timely. This paper throws up the Efficacy of role playing in training and development for trainees/managers to understand the role playing, and their Efficacy so that they can make a training programmes of role playing more effective. This is a conceptual paper which could be used by managers/trainers in organizations as a frame work for designing role playing training programmes. To this end, the researcher attempts to define role playing and understand why role playing is unique and effective for any organization. This paper highlights its implications for trainers/managers team leaders, and all managers in an organization. Role play is an educational technique and is used for human relations, leadership training, interpersonal skills in general organizational setting such as communication, sales training, performance appraisal, counseling, mentoring and team building. They are used in specific setting such as health care and social service where participants take on the roles of workers, clients and others in those setting.

Developments made of shear wall are high in quality, they significantly oppose the seismic power, wind powers and even can be based on soils of feeble bases by embracing various ground change methods. The quickness in development process as well as the quality parameters and adequacy to exposed even loads are high. Shear wall framework is one of the great strategies and it gives an astounding way to deal with fortifying and hardening existing working for horizontal powers. Additionally, another potential favorable position of this framework is the relatively little increment in mass related since this is an incredible issue for a few methods. This work capacity to manufacture seismically safe structures with sufficient seismic opposition has expanded fundamentally in the previous couple of decades. Numerous fortified solid edge structures worked in seismically dynamic territories are required to perform deficiently in a seismic occasion. With developing economy, urbanization and inaccessibility of level space expanding expense of land and requirement for agrarian land, skyscraper sprawling structures have turned out to be profoundly ideal in Indian structures situation, particularly in urban. With tall structure structures, not just the building needs to take up gravity loads, yet and in addition horizontal powers. Numerous essential Indian urban communities fall under high hazard seismic zones, thus fortifying of structures for parallel powers is an essential. In this work the aim is to analyzed the response of a high-rise structure to ground motion using Response Spectrum Analysis. Different models, that is, bare frame, shear wall frame with various locations are considered in STAAD.Pro. and change in the stiffness, base shear, story shear and lateral deflection of the building is observed and compared.

Abstract: fuel reserves are depleting day by day as the consumption is increasing very rapidly due to increased urbanisation, increased transportations and increased number of vehicles and also due to increased use of fossil fuels the environmental pollution is increasing year to year so world today is facing a serious environmental problems like global warming. It is our responsibility to seek the alternatives to prolong the availability of fissile fuels for long run and at the same time protecting the environment from the damage so it is necessary to study the I.C engine fuels with suitable mixing with other fuels which are produced from renewable resources to prolong the availability of diesel reserves for future needs and to meet the requirement of diesel engine performance. In the present work, experiment is carried out on a single cylinder 4-stroke, naturally aspirated, direct injection and water cooled CI engine with Diesel and biodiesel blends are mixed in different proportions with diesel fuel, and performance like Brake thermal Efficiency (BTE), Brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) and Exhaust Emissions are studied. From the experimental results obtained performance results for diesel and biodiesel and engine emissions are compared by graphs and conclusions are given for suitability of better usage of fuel for the future needs without deteriorating engine performance and without damaging the environment.

Poverty means not having access to a whole lot of services like education, health services, water supply, sanitation and so on. It also means loss of status in the community, exclusion from certain social functions, and a sense of inferiority in the group or community. In short, poverty means marginalization of an individual or household in the community. There is no denial that poverty alleviation programmes should lead income to the poor but also requires to basic services. Since India became part of the global economy and underwent economic reform in 1991, its economy is growing at a faster rate of nearly 10 percent per annum. In the process, India has become the fourth largest economy in the world. In the last two decades significant proportion of the population across the country has reaped the benefits of this economic growth. They have become the part of global economy and market, and their lives have transformed into one of global citizens with all the comforts and luxury in life. A part from this burgeoning middle class in the county, the economic growth seemed to have touched the lives of the poor also.

As per the standard finance, the investors are considered as rational in their investment decision making and they consider all the information available in the portfolio investment decision process. It is also assumed as per the standard finance that the markets are efficient, hence the market always give the proper information. However over the years, these assumptions have been challenged by the psychologists and they argue that the investors are not rational while taking the investment decisions and they are often influenced by the some emotions. And this has resulted in new field of finance known as Behavioral Finance. It explains how the emotions play an important role in making any investment decisions. In this paper, the literature review of various papers have been studied, so as to get the proper understanding of the subject and to see how important it is for financial decisions making. This paper has been divided into four chapters- the first chapter gives the introduction of the paper, followed by the second chapter which gives the objective behind taking this paper. The third chapter gives the detailed literature review from various papers. The last chapter concludes the paper.

Mobility model is the foundation of the simulation study of various protocols in the Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET). The entity mobility model is a family of mobility models widely used in the study. A comparative study on entity mobility models is presented in this paper. Firstly, both the advantages and disadvantages of five typical entity mobility models are summarized; these models include the Random Walk model (RW), the Random WayPoint model (RWP), the Random Direction model (RD) Smooth Random Model and Gauss-Markov Mobility Model. Secondly, focus on primary parameters of these models, effects of node density on the performance metric of MANET routing protocols are analyzed. Finally, with the help of the OPNET simulator, the effect of different entity mobility models on the performance of MANET Proactive protocol is analyzed. This paper measures some performances such as End to End delay, Throughput and Routing Overhead of MANET.

Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) belong to Wireless Networks where the nodes communicate with each other in a multi-hop fashion without any centralized control. In these networks, the dynamic topology of nodes, interference, path loss and multipath propagation. So, it does not require an infrastructure to resume the network connectivity. This infrastructure less, resource constrained, with limited memory and computing capacity along with the dynamic topology of MANET, demands different network strategies to be implemented to accomplish the communication. Considering all these issues, routing performs a crucial role while computing the path from source to the destination. Further, Mobility modeling and control makes the topology of MANET more challenging which requires considerable human focus. To handle this scenario, different solutions have been presented by many potential researchers. This paper attempts to focus on the performance of reactive routing protocol AODV by considering different entity mobility models by using OPNET Simulator viewing that applicability of the protocol can be enhanced. So, this paper measures some performances such as End to End delay, Throughput and Routing Overhead of MANET.

A mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) is basically called as a network without any central administration or fixed infrastructure. It consists of a number of mobile nodes that use to send data packets through a wireless medium. There is always a need of a good routing protocol in order to establish the connection between mobile nodes since they possess the property of dynamic changing topology. Further, in all the existing routing protocols, mobility of a node has always been one of the important characteristics in determining the overall performance of the ad hoc network. Thus, it is essential to know about various mobility models and their effect on the routing protocols. Many academic papers have evaluated the influence of mobility models of MANET on network performance assuming similar routing and network conditions. In this paper, we do not cater the influence of mobility models in a standalone position rather we have varied mobility and analyzed the effect of several entity and group mobility patterns under proactive and reactive routing schemes based on some performance metrics. We have analyzed that proactive schemes and group mobility models outclass their counter parts. At the last we present simulation results that illustrate the importance of choosing a mobility model in the simulation of an ad hoc network protocol. Also, we illustrate how the performance results of an ad hoc network protocol drastically change as a result of changing the mobility model simulated.

BACKGROUND: Postpartum Back Pain is common, with up to 75% of women experiencing back pain immediately following birth. Low Back Pain may cause due to spinal anesthesia after lower segmental caesarean section. Many parturient and their obstetricians believe that spinal anesthesia will cause Low Back Pain. However all Low Back Pain is not caused due to spinal anesthesia and we documented a case study about Low Back Pain after cesarean delivery. Therefore, she was unable to properly care for her newborn. Case report: A 29 years old female presented a Low Back Pain that begins after delivery. Pain was 7 out of 10 on the numeric pain scale. There was no history of LBP or Pelvic girdle pain prior to or during her pregnancy. According to the hospital records, there were no issues associated with the administration of the epidural. Conclusion: Postpartum Low Back Pain was reduced by giving Kirks Spinal Stretching and Abdominal Muscle Strengthening Exercise. The Spinal Range of Motion is also increased.

In order to acquire the cell character before partner with the cell, cell search is to be performed in 3GPP Long haul Advancement (LTE) systems. Sending the Primary Synchronization signal (PSS) and the Secondary Synchronization signal (SSS), the cell identity is exchanged. With the utilization of SSS, we get one of 168 conceivable regards for the physical cell identity and from the PSS we get one of the three conceivable regards. On specifically executing SSS area, on account of the sufficient number of required correlators a substantial zone is made. The gear utilization for the area of the SSS and a definite arrangement about it is exhibited in this paper. The usage of the SSS is performed utilizing the Parallel Self Time Adder (PASTA) and compared withthatofCarry Select Adder(CSA).
