Interactive ranking techniques have substantially promoted analysts ability in making judicious and informed decisions effectively based on multiple criteria. However, the existing techniques cannot satisfactorily support the analysis tasksinvolved in ranking large- scale spatial alternatives, such as selecting optimal locations for chain stores, where the complex spatial contexts involved are essential to the decision-making process. Limitations observed in the prior attempts of integrating rankings with spatial contexts motivate us to develop a context integrated visual ranking technique. Based on a set of generic design requirements I summarized by collaborating with domain experts. I propose SRV is, a novel spatial ranking visualization technique that supports efficient spatial multi-criteria decision- making processes by addressing three major challenges in the aforementioned context integration, namely, a) the presentation of spatial rankings and contexts, b) the scalability of rankings' visual representations, and c) the analysis of context-integrated spatial rankings. Specifically, I encode massive rankings and their cause with scalable matrix- based visualizations and stacked bar charts based on a novel two-phase optimization framework that minimizes the information loss, and the flexible spatial filtering and intuitive comparative analysis are adopted to enable the in- depth evaluation of the rankings and assist users in selecting the best spatial alternative. The effectiveness of the proposed technique has been evaluated and demonstrated with an empirical study of optimization methods, two case studies, and expert interviews.

The self-regulating of power industry, large power users can buy electricity directly from power producers. For trades between different domestic markets, it is necessary to research on the method to find the cheapest route for power exchanging. Moreover, as there exists no coordinator above domestic markets, the power routing problem must be solved in a distributed way. Most previous research are based on power electronic transformers. Some research proposed EMS of sub- networks as energy routers, but failed to consider the power flow constraints or did not converge in some specific cases. Our method is based on the EMS of multiple markets, which saves cost by eliminating expensive electronic transformers and has high efficiency in systems with numerous nodes by considering the domestic markets as generalized nodes. We take transmission costs and congestion costs into consideration, and uses greedy approach to determine the cheapest route for power transmission between different domestic markets and make convergence analysis about our algorithm. This method proves effective and convergent when there is no loop among the markets. A four- market loop-free case was used to illustrate the efficiency of the method.

Abstract The past decade has seen many changes in party politics of India in which the focal point of all these changes can be considered a right-wing political party established in India after independence, which is now the world's largest political party. BJP won the general elections in 2014 and emerged as a political party that got a clear majority in Lok Sabha after almost 30 years. In 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP choose Narendra Modi as its PM candidate, who made modern and developed India the basis of election campaign by giving the slogan 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas' keeping the Gujrat model in front of the whole country, which was a new experiment other than BJP's Hindutva ideology. BJP freed the country from policy paralysis since the time of coalition governments. In its first term BJP adopted good governance policies such as; Make in India, Digital India, Jan-Dhan Yojna, Smart Cities Mission along with different economic reforms. Party also took a big step to remove Planning Commission and established NITI Aayog on its place, which is more cooperative and federal than former. In the presented paper, where and how much contribution of leadership and organisation in BJP's election performance; will be analysed. The reason for the continuous good performance of BJP in the elections is not only due to the presence of an experienced leader, but also the party's organisation at the grassroots level is very strong. This paper also aims to find out what is the reason that despite the excellent performance at the national level, the performance of the BJP at the state level has not been as good in the last few years. BJP has adopted pro-business policies in place of more socialist policies which has been criticized by various parties. This paper will try to find out what has been the effect of these pro-business policies of BJP on the good governance and the economy of India and what can be advantage and disadvantage of such schemes in the future. Critics believe that BJP is a dominating party and its core competence is hard-core Hindutva ideology, but it would not be wrong to say that BJP has left his core competence behind and established itself as a nationalist party. Due to which a large section of the Indian public remains a supporter of BJP and Prime Minister Modi, despite various criticisms.

The role of trace elements in medicinal plants is crucial in determining their therapeutic efficacy and bioavailability. Trace elements are essential nutrients that are required by plants in small quantities for growth and development. These elements play a crucial role in various physiological processes such as photosynthesis, metabolism, and stress response. Furthermore, the interaction between these trace elements and the biochemical pathways within medicinal plants can influence their ability to combat various diseases and promote overall health. As research in this field continues to expand, it is important for scientists and herbalists to further explore the intricate mechanisms through which trace elements contribute to the healing properties of medicinal plants. By gaining a deeper understanding of these relationships, we can harness the full potential of nature's pharmacy to improve human health and well-being.

A watershed is a geo-hydrological unit that directs water flow to a central location via a network of drains. All areas on earth are inside a watershed. Water is the wellspring of all life on Earth. Water is the most crucial component in the growth of living organisms, and human development relies entirely on its availability. The water ratio on Earth is fixed and exists in many forms such as marine areas, water vapor in the atmosphere, snow in mountain regions, and water in rocks. Nature maintains equilibrium via the water cycle. Human greed has disrupted the equilibrium of water ratios. The world's population is expanding daily, leading to a higher per capita water demand. However, water sources have remained the same for years. Industrialization, civilization, agricultural expansion, building, and everyday water use have led to significant water consumption. Additionally, water is regularly wasted in large quantities owing to numerous factors. In the future, there is a high risk of water shortages and the potential for a water crisis due to the current situation. Scarce surface water supplies and depleted ground water are significant challenges in the arid region. Rainfall is the primary source of water resources in the state of Rajasthan. Groundwater is the primary and exclusive source for providing drinking water to Jhunjhunu and Nawalgarh block. Watershed development is a complex and multifaceted endeavor that requires careful planning, implementation, and monitoring. Water has become a valuable resource. There are locations where the price of a barrel of water exceeds the price of a barrel of oil.

Hyperlipidemia has been ranked as one of the greatest risk factors contributing to prevalence and severity of coronary heart diseases. Coronary heart disease, stroke, atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia are the primary cause of death. The elevation of serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol has been reported as a primary risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Hyperlipidemia is a condition when abnormally high levels of lipids i.e. the fatty substances are found in the blood. Hypolipidemic drugs are extensively used as prophylactic agents to prevent such atherosclerosis induced disorders. More than 70 medicinal plants have been documented to have significant hypolipidemic action. During the last decade, an increase in the use of medicinal plants has been observed in metropolitan areas of developed countries. Medicinal plants play a major role in hypolipidemic activity. The advantages of herbal medicines reported are effectiveness, safety, affordability and acceptability. Traditional herbal medicines are naturally occurring, plant-derived substances with minimal or no industrial processing that have been used to treat illness within local or regional healing practices. Traditional herbal medicines are getting significant attention in global health debates. In China, traditional herbal medicine played a prominent role in the strategy to contain and treat severe acute respiratory syndrome

Abstract: This study has been undertaken to investigate the status of physical education in different school under Bilha block of Bilaspur district All education and no play make the teaching learning process dull and monotonous. That is why in school curriculum health and physical education has been introduced to make the child free to practice and active his physical organs. The chief aim of our education is to all round and complete development of the child. In this all round development child's physical, mental, social, emotional, aspects are included. The pre-condition for all development is healthy physical growth of all children (NCF, 2005,2.3.1). Physical development supports mental and cognitive development especially in young children the capacity to think, reason, make sense of the self and the problem solving skills depends upon physical education. According to Aristotle" Education is the creation of a sound mind in a sound body" (Nayak, 2013). Analyzing his definition we can say that physical development is the first step to proceed other development. For this reason NCF2005 (3.6) Recommended Health and Physical education must continue to be a compulsory subject from the Primary to Secondary stages and as an optional subject at the Higher Secondary stage.

Abstract The 21st century is the age of cataclysmic change and creativity. India needs educated manpower in huge members. The traditional teaching-learning methodology is outdated and the best methods are to be identified to improve the required skills of the teachers and students. The teaching method is the mechanism that is used by the teacher to organize and implement several educational means and activities for certain goals. Teaching techniques are the means that reflect the success of the learning process and the competencies of the teacher. Being a teacher, I always need to look for new ways to deliver knowledge to my learners, and on many occasions, I found that traditional teaching methods were not as effective as they used to be due to the current advancement in technology. Teaching becomes more effective when it is performed in a quicker response to the needs of the learner so that blending various techniques to deliver knowledge and ideas becomes necessary. Pedagogy is a way to enhance teaching methods that are now in use across the globe. Hybrid teaching includes e-learning in addition to face-to-face teaching. The use of technology and multimedia is described in detail. The application of innovative teaching and learning methods is critical if we are to motivate and engender a spirit of learning as well as enthusiasm on the part of students. To address this problem, teaching and learning have become essential. Adoption of various methods and strategies as mentioned in the paper will help in getting the desired outcome. To choose the method that satisfies the aims and provides the teacher with high competency.

Telomere plays a crucial role in DNA sequence for protecting genetic information and maintaining chromosomal stability. Many existing studies show the function and structure of telomeres among various species. Despite the increase in analyzing telomeres, the plant telomere components have received little attention and remain largely unexplored. Thus, the present piece of work will focus on components of plant telomeres and explore the evolutionary perspectives of plant telomere sequence and the dysfunction of plants. A study sample has been taken from different plant species and environments and analyzed by using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) techniques and quantitative PCR (qPCR). The result showed that there is a significant association between the relative length of telomere and sequence. Moreover, it showed that telomerase when bound near the 3'-end, there was a significant mechanistic difference in the ways of telomere end binding protein, and the oligonucleotide of TEL* achieved the highest significant value.

New possibilities in 3D printing may open up a whole new chapter of opportunities for pharmaceutical research and bio-technology applications. There are a number of ways that could be used as drug dosage forms, supporting delivery, or helping to research cures. To explore its work. 3D printing has been around for many years; predominantly been used in manufacturing. This type of printing, also called stereo-lithography, can create almost any object by fusing different materials, layer by layer, to form a physical version of a digital 3D image. Over the past 15 years, 3D printing has expanded into the healthcare industry, where it has used to create custom prosthetics and dental implants. Now, there may be a chance to use it for personalized healthcare. Since a three-dimensional (3D) printed drug was first approved by Food and Drug Administration in 2015, there has been a growing interest in 3D printing for drug manufacturing. There are multiple 3D printing methods - including selective laser sintering, binder deposition, stereo-lithography, inkjet printing, extrusion-based printing, and fused deposition modeling - which are compatible with printing drug products, in addition to both polymer filaments and hydrogels as materials for drug carriers. We see the adaptability of 3D printing as a revolutionary force in the pharmaceutical industry. Release characteristics of drugs may be controlled by complex 3D printed geometries and architectures. Precise and unique doses can be engineered and fabricated via 3D printing according to individual prescriptions. On-demand printing of drug products can be implemented for drugs with limited shelf life or for patient-specific medications, offering an alternative to traditional compounding pharmacies. For these reasons, 3D printing for drug manufacturing is the future of pharmaceuticals, making personalized medicine possible while also transforming pharmacies.
