Pride month comes as a celebratory period where the LGBT community celebrates self-expression. This also comes as a period where brands all over the world color their logos in rainbow colors to show their support for the LGBT community. However, there is much to doubt about brands' intentions as their rainbow-colored logos resort back silently as the pride month passes. This might appear immoral, unethical, and inauthentic to many LGBT community members. This research attempts to unearth the factors that lead to LGBT brand authenticity. Antecedents were subjected to multiple regression to further identify the antecedents most predictive of LGBT brand authenticity.

The majority of India's population lives in arid and semiarid regions, where precipitation is scarce, making agriculture a crucial industry. Thus, farmers have started growing pulses like chickpeas, lentils, peas, and green gram to feed people. In these areas, black gram is one of the most common crops. Yields were poor because to the lack of water and nutrients (most nutrients are inaccessible owing to strong bonding with soil particles, and most nutrients are in the air gaseous form, principally nitrogen), which were also scarce. Farmers use excessive amounts of artificial fertilizers, which boost productivity but weaken the soil and kill off the biota. Biofertilizers, such as Rhizobium strains, PSB (phosphate solubilizing bacteria), VAM (vascular arbuscular mycorrhiza), Cyanobacteria, and other microorganism fertilizers, play a crucial role in pulse crops by increasing nutrient uptake in crops through the formation of nodules in their roots, which aids in the Mineralization process and converts the unavailable form of nutrient into a usable one.

Abstract India is facing major environmental challenges, including air and water pollution, deforestation, and climate change. To address these issues, the Indian government has implemented several initiatives to promote sustainable development and protect the environment. These initiatives aim to promote the use of clean energy sources, improve the efficiency of energy use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protect forests and wildlife, and improve the management of waste and water resources. One significant initiative is the implementation of the National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC), which lays out a comprehensive strategy for reducing India's carbon footprint and mitigating the impacts of climate change. This plan includes the promotion of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable agriculture and forestry practices. The Indian government has also launched the National Solar Mission, which aims to increase the share of solar energy in India's total energy mix. Additionally, the government has taken steps to protect and conserve India's forests, wildlife, and biodiversity. This includes the creation of protected areas, the promotion of eco-tourism, and the implementation of conservation and sustainable management practices. The government has also implemented policies and programs to improve waste management and reduce plastic pollution, such as the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission) and the ban on single-use plastics.

This research paper examines the evolution of fintech companies in rural India and their performance over time. Despite significant changes and improvements in product offerings, challenges in serving rural customers persist. Through an analysis of factors contributing to the success of fintech companies in rural India, such as government support, availability of digital financial services, and access to affordable internet connectivity, this paper provides a comprehensive assessment of the state of fintech in rural India. Challenges experienced by users of fintech services in rural India, including technological difficulties, lack of customer support, and limited-service offerings, are also examined. The paper concludes by providing suggestions for fintech companies to improve their performance in rural India and address the perception that their performance may not be as good as it is in urban areas or other countries. Such suggestions include developing tailored product offerings for rural customers, strengthening customer support systems, and providing targeted education and awareness campaigns to promote the benefits of fintech solutions. Overall, this research paper offers valuable insights into the performance and evolution of fintech companies in rural India, and its findings can inform the development of effective policies and strategies to address the unique challenges facing fintech companies serving rural populations.
