Venous ulcer are the wounds which are most serious chronic and venous insufficiency complications, these venous ulcers caused due to the inappropriate functioning of the venous valves. when vein get damaged and ruptured due to any trauma, then the pressure in the vein gets raised and cause hypertension and in turn it lead to ulcers. In this case the possible study effect was made to present the venous ulcers to the patient and that was only due to the trauma. The varicose vein with varicose ulcer the tissue gets exposed with microbial infection on the surface of the right lower limb of the foot was treated with vranaprakshalam, vranaropanam, and jauloukaavcharan therapy and certain dressings. The infection gets reduced due to initial treatment of providing vranaprakshalam and dressing on the wound without any exposure would give result of fast healing. Most of the infection get reduced due to the jaloukavcharan therapy.

Aging is a natural process growing old. It is an irreversible process. Whoever is born is destined to die. In between these two events everyone undergoes the process of aging. Growing from infancy to childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age involves several implications on the life of an individual. This is particularly so in terms of health and well being of the individual. Although health and illness are the part and parcel of the life of an individual from birth to death, old age is correlated with several conditions of illness and illhealth. Several social and economic conditions determine the health conditions and state of illhealth during old age. In the present study the researcher attempts to identify the influence of certain social and economic conditions on health and wellness during old age. The study is based on the fieldwork conducted in Sullia Taluk of Dakshina Kannada District in Karnataka state. The study reveals that it is not simply the biological and physiological conditions that influence health and wellness and illhealth and diseases during oldage, but the social and economic conditions during that period determine the state of health during oldage.

Bioelectret of Teflon sheet was prepared for the polarizing time of 5, 6, and 7 hr with a field strength of 700, 800, and 1000 kV/m at room temperature (300 K). The thermally stimulated discharge current (TSDC) spectra of Teflon were complex and were composed of two peaks of opposite polarity. This suggests that there are two separate mechanisms for the release of TSDC. In addition, TSDC spectra of non-polarized Teflon sheets give triple reversal from positive to negative, negative to positive, and again from positive to negative.

environmental destruction has become the foremost important issue within the recent years. Like manufacturing of cement produce gas whereas the assembly of aggregates adds dust to the environment. Production of coarse aggregates also impact the geology of the globe from they were extracted. A step taken during this direction is that the use of waste products along with or in replacement of cement. Use of more and more environmentally friendly materials in any industry normally and construction study particularly, is of paramount importance. additionally, because the high cost of conventional building materials is that the key factor affecting housing delivery in India. This has necessitated research into alternative materials of Construction. Our present project intends to explore the foremost effective use of stuff like plastic bottle caps waste (PET), and coconut fibre as a constituent of concrete mix replacing the coarse aggregate partially. the foremost objective is to encourage the use of these waste products as construction materials in low-cost housing. during this study, M25 grade of concrete was used and 28 cubes were casted furthermore as their compressive strength and workability was evaluated at 3, 7 and 28 days. The compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete was reduced and increased because the share replacement was varied. The result showed that this concrete is used in concrete construction.

polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most common endocrine disorders that affect approximately 6- 20% of women of childbearing age. It is characterized by hyperandrogenism and ovarian dysfunction along with metabolic disorders. Anovulation, hirsutism, obesity, insulin resistance and dyslipidemia may appear as clinical symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome. There is increased risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiometabolic risk particularly in presence of obesity. Women with polycystic ovary syndrome are at high risk of obesity which further leads to metabolic, psychological and reproductive changes. Drugs like metformin, combined oral contraceptive pills, Spironolactone, play a key role in polycystic ovary syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome is not curable, but symptoms can be managed, hence lifestyle modification including proper diet, exercise and behavioral management remain the primary and most effective prevention strategy for polycystic ovary syndrome management.

Rice husk burning and coal-fired power plant emissions cause a slew of environmental issues. The recycling of rice husk ash (RHA) and fly ash (FA) from power plants as reactive materials for the production of sustainable (green) concrete is discussed in this study. The goal of this study is to see how effective RHA and FA replacement ratios are on the fresh and hardened properties of concrete mixtures. For each recyclable material, the replacement ratio from the cement content was 30%. (10% RHA and 20% FA). The drop of freshly poured concrete was determined. The compressive strength and bond strength of hardened concrete were also studied as mechanical properties. The compressive strength was measured at 7 and 28 days. The water permeability of cured concrete was tested as a physical property. When compared to the control combination, test showed that the RHA and FA improved mechanical and physical qualities. The cementitious concentration of 450 kg m3 produced better results than the other materials used. The replacement ratio of 30 percent cement by 10% RHA and 20% fly ash, in particular, resulted in enhanced mechanical characteristics. The water permeability of all combinations reduced as the cementitious concentration increased due to the decrease in air content. As the cementitious content reduced, the water permeability loss ratios improved.

Pamba River is the third largest river in Kerala with a length of about 176 km and a catchment area of about 2,235 sq. km. It is one of the most polluted river system in Kerala. The present study is a pioneering effort to evaluate the feasibility of incorporating Alum coagulant as an effective interim treatment strategy for the removal of coliforms and thereby bringing the process of super chlorination down to low dose chlorination. Pamba river water with high amount of fecal coliform and suspended solids was subjected to chlorination dosage of 10 mg/l for 30 minutes contact time followed by dechlorination with sodium thiosuphate. Super chlorination resulted in the doubling of COD indicating the formation of more recalcitrant highly toxic chlorination derived by-products. The newly formed compounds were extracted and were subjected to structural analysis by FT/IR. The data obtained indicated the presence of Trihalomethane, Haloaceticacid as by-products. The Alum treatment proved that there is remarkable reduction in coliforms at 30 mg/l for 30 minutes contact time without affecting COD. Hence for Pamba River, an integrated alternative treatment strategy using Alum to bring down the toxicity level caused by super chlorination can be deployed.

Crime against women is very common in India. It can be at the workplace, during travel or even at homes. Sexual harassment at work place is the most recently debated topic on social media these days. There have been many complaints and cases lodged against sexual harassment which came into light only because of social media. Young women took the social media platforms to share their stories and incidents of sexual harassment in order to expose the culprit. Social media became a medium of trials for sexual harassment complaints. But it got misused as well when young women started false accusations in order to fulfill their desires. Social media gave a platform for some to voice out their sufferings and became a platform for some to fulfill wrong desires.

This research is motivated by the poor oxygen level indoors. The purpose of this research is to increase public awareness on sustainable development of oxygen level by growing indoor plants. Because of not having proper oxygen indoors, creating health problems in peoples like headache, giddiness, nausea, asthma etc. A field survey was conducted in Mahabubnagar district, Telangana by questionnaire method and found that due to urbanization and overcrowding congested situation are observed. Not only the outdoor environment is polluted, but also the indoor environment is also much more polluted because of toxic chemicals like benzene, formaldehyde, toluene etc, which are seen in the room because of paints, cleaners, personal care products, perfumes and deodorants and also from printers, fridge etc. Majority of the people already know the importance of indoor air quality, but they are not having the knowledge to increase the air quality indoors. The cost effective easy to implement methods are needed to increase oxygen level indoors. As an alternative we can grow indoor plants. People are growing house plants for beauty and aesthetic value but if they grow indoor plants they benefit more.

Mobile cloud computing has entered a new era of technology which would help in keeping large quantity of data in a lesser cost. Platforms for accessing and computing of large amount of data are much more viable than previous days. Researchers have been using large volumes of data for producing out puts and they consider data as an asset. Now a days data is being outsourced for conducting research in different sectors like market study, military purposes, tackling terrorist attacks ,whether forecasting etc this increased the value of data and it has to be kept safe. To preserve the nature of data high level encryption should be done while transferring the data but this may cause problems when multiple users try to access data from a cloud source. Researchers are trying to develop new encryption technique to reduce the risk of security while transferring the data. Solutions that are being discussed are a multi keyword search scheme supporting result ranking by adopting k nearest neighbors knn technique and another is a dynamic searchable encryption scheme through blind storage to conceal access pattern of the search user. Searching the encrypted data should be easy and should provide an easy feeling like using a search engine in the internet. It should also support multi key word search easy identification of relevant search result. The data base would be large the searchable encryption scheme should be in such a way that it would result in minimum delay. The ideal scheme for providing better performance is a multi keyword ranked search.
