 Abstract

Social media such as Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc., are the primary sources of information which is totally computer-based technology. It facilitates the sharing of ideas, thoughts, and information to discuss their issues and opinions. They build virtual networks and communities to produce, share, and sometimes exchange ideas, images, videos and many more over the internet via computer, tablet or smartphone via web-based software or web application. People are surrounded by mobile devices and interactive social networking sites such as Twitter, Telegram, Messenger, Facebook, Whatsapp which has made the social media a vital aspect of their life. In this paper, an attempt is made to understand the impact of social media in Karimnagar and Jagtiyal districts of Telangana State by collecting data from 140 respondents using convenient sampling. The results show that there is difference between various variables of their demographic profile and the social media.

 Abstract

Internet of Things (IOT) is an idea about remotely connecting and monitoring real world objects (things) through the Internet. When it is related with our residence, thisconcept can be appropriately incorporated to make it smarter, safer andautomated. This paper focuses on buildingof a smart wirelesshome security system which sends alerts to the owner by using Internet in case of any intrude. Internet of things can share information and complete tasks while you are busy with other activities from industrial machine to consumer home appliances.The aim of IOT is to unify everything in our world under a common infrastructure, giving us control of things around us as well as keeping us informed of the state of the things. The influence obtained by preferring this system is that the user can receive alerts and the status sent by the wi-? connected microcontroller managed system onhis phone from any distance irrespective of whether his mobilephone is connected to the internet or not.

 Abstract

Genetic engineering is the innovative idea that brings large support and way out in all kinds of necessary needs in life of living organisms as by genetic engineering multiple copies of gene can be produced. With the process of recombinant DNA technology genetic engineering greatly developed into higher level in molecular biology by its transgenesis method of recombination many spheres of life are improved to a higher extent. Artificial recombinant DNA techniques permit the genes in the human genome for its identification and mapping, and allows their fine structure determination. Recombinant DNA technology plays great role in agricultural, medicinal, pharmaceuticals, food industry, clinical and research developments and inventions. In this review paper a concept of recombinant DNA technology, steps involved in the process and medical applications are discussed in concise manner.

People across the world travel from one place to another or country for relaxation , jobs, education , medical and pilgrimage purpose. The Travel and tourism Industry ply a very important role in making their journey better and enjoyable by providing proper hotel , social , airlines , railways , transportation facilities at a reasonable rate . However , the tourist face a lot of problems while travelling to India due to many reasons starting from lack of infrastructure facilities to poor road connectivity , no social security , un hygiene atmosphere, cases of kidnapping , robbery at heritage places, which calls for improvement . Tourism Industry support and play a very important role in the economic growth and provide employment opportunities to a huge population , Tourism policy requires changes along with it introducing special insurance scheme for travels , students , old age people, introducing mobile vendor facilities , introducing soldier tour package , making geographical and historical tours mandatory for students . Special vehicles for disabled and pregnant women at tourism spots and promoting high alert security force at heritage spots for the safety and security of tourist both domestic and International .

This research paper highlights a study of the tragedy, Doctor Faustus with various aspects. Really, Christopher Marlowe is the pioneer in good Tragedy writers in the Elizabethan age. This paper shows that Marlowe was a unique dramatist in his style of writing tragedy. This Research paper explores various aspects of this tragedy with a moral that man should never go against God.  Abstract

The value of the firm is created by optimal working capital management, the term which refers to the quantum of fund required to maintain day-to-day running of an organization. The fund is required to run the wheels of the business enterprise. Working capital constitutes the short term investment decision of the organization; it is short term sources and application of fund. The cost of these short term source of fund is very important to an organization because it is the life blood of an organization, it consist the liquidity flow as different from profitability of the organization. Working capital management is an important factor in accessing organizations� performance that is ability to efficiently maintain the balance between liquidity and profitability. The main objective of this paper is to ascertain the impact of working capital management on organization performance. Specifically to determine the effect of working capital management on organization efficiency and profitability of manufacturing companies. Data were sourced from secondary data making used of annual reports and financial statements of four (4) quoted manufacturing companies in Nigeria. It analyzed using multiple regression analyses. It was discovered that every stage in the production process needs adequate working capital and that there is relationship between working capital management, efficiency and profitability of manufacturing companies in Nigeria. Therefore it was recommend that an optimum level of debtors should be sought by organization through an efficient debtors� management and that stock should be efficiently managed.

 Abstract

Abstract : Gender is the most rapid and profound social change in the twentieth century. The patriarchy is not a new concept but dates back to seven thousand years ago in agrarian and newly emerged states with male chauvinism. Men possess legal powers over his children and wife. This legitimacy of patriarchy was always taken for-granted by the society and believed it a religious doctrine. While other Gender inequalities continue to exist in the different contexts of cultural norms, political and social and institutionalized rules. Male domination has not ended but its foundations are somehow crumbling and falling. Bapsi Sidhwa has expressed this theme of gender discrimination in most of her novels as a Gender class. Sidhwa has realistically expressed the Gender discrimination in her novels with the stories of women sufferings that come to life with these tales.
