Investment analysis involves researching and evaluating a security or an industry to predict its future performance and determine its suitability to a specific investor. Investment analysis may also involve evaluating or creating an overall financial strategy. In the last decade it was observed that investors link between unique news and stock market prediction, which are usually researched, this also leads to high volatility, breaks in model behavior, and parameter uncertainty. Already existing reports do not provide the Unique textual information and novel data can be systemized, encoded, and bundled into categories and indices to provide meaningful information that can support our understanding of stock behavior. Fundamental Analysis is bedrock to investing or we can also say that a basic knowledge of Fundamental analysis helps us in laying a better Foundation for our investment decisions by diversify the risk of portfolio in different sectors and this happen with the answer of some questions like Is Company experiencing a rising net profit, making actual profit or can it beats its competitors in the future or not & by comparing EPS ,PE, beta value of the stocks, book value per share ,shareholding pattern & Recent news related to that sector, industry etc.

Green human resource management (Green HRM or GHRM) emerged as an academic concept from the debate of sustainable development and corporate sustainability. Wehrmeyer (1996) is often stated as laying the foundation with his idea that "if a company is to adopt an environmentally-aware approach to its activities, the employees are the key to its success or failure". One of the most common definitions refers to GHRM as "the HRM aspects of Environmental Management". A broader defi

Toona ciliata Roem. Var. ciliata is a timber tree that is used in the production of timber, ornamental sculpture, tanning leather, dye to colour silk, and many more things. It is a member of the Meliaceae family. It has 15 species, which are mostly found in tropical areas. Cedrela toona roxb is another name for it. It is also widely used as folk medicine for fever, ringworm, menstrual disturbances, cancer, ulcers, dysentery, leprosy, and as an astringent, expectorant, tonic, anthelmintic, and aphrodisiac. Due to the presence of toonacilin, siderin, deoxycedrelone, leucoanthocyanidin, deoxycedrelone, sesquiterpene, limonoids (toonaciliatins), and many more phytoconstituents, researchers have proven many pharmacological activities like anti-diabetic, anti-feedant, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, etc. Toona ciliata's phytochemistry and pharmacology are thoroughly examined in this review in an effort to suggest areas for further study.

Ayurveda is the oldest life science. Ayurveda believes that our bodies, like all universal substances, are made up of Pancha Mahabuta (the five basic elements). In this Panchabhautika Sharira, various processes are continuously going on leading to the loss of various elements. To replace it, you need to consume appropriate ahara (food). Acharya Charaka states that the body is the result of food and Agni (the element responsible for digestion) plays an important role in the proper digestion and metabolism of Akhara (food). Ayurveda's Ahara pak also indicates relevance to contemporary texts. This hypothesis emerged millennia ago after extensive research that has confirmed its scientific status today.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic condition characterized by persistently elevated blood glucose levels (DM). Hyperglycemia, the medical term for abnormally high blood glucose levels, is a hallmark of diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus (DM) develops from a combination of hereditary and environmental factors that lead to immune system dysfunction and insulin resistance. Factors that increase the likelihood that you may get diabetes include having a high body mass index or having a first-degree relative who has the disease (BMI) The global prevalence of obesity has risen as a result of poor dietary practices and an increase in sugar intake. Statistics all throughout the globe are showing the effects. The global prevalence of diabetes is increasing, with an estimated 1.6 million people having the disease by the year 2025. Diabetic microvascular problems, such as diabetic foot, may be prevented with early diagnosis and appropriate treatment, hence voluntary and automated procedures for detecting DM are crucial. Alternatively, foot thermography is a potential technology because it enables viewing of thermal patterns, patterns that are changed due to shear and friction associated with lower limb neuropathy. For the purpose of synthesizing thermal images of the foot, we use the usage of categorization indices such as the Thermal Change Index (TCI). In light of these considerations, in this investigation we use deep convolutional neural networks, using 12 distinct data augmentation approaches, to identify DM patients based on foot thermography alone.

The Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) also known for hemorrhagic fever initially seen in the democratic republic of Congo. Endemic to Africa the outbreaks are recorded in six other countries. The fruit bat is considered to be the natural host for the Ebola virus disease. The Ebola virus transmit through the close contact with blood and body ?uids of infected person. The Ebola virus replicate through their own genetic material insert in DNA of host cell and hijack all cellular progresses. The incubation period of Ebola virus is between 6 to 16 days. The symptoms of Ebola virus is diagnosed by the several ways, symptoms of Ebola virus disease includes the high onset of fever, headache in early phase, vomiting, diarrhoea and possible progression to hemorrhagic fever rash and at last phase multi organ failure. The infected person should stay in isolation and quarantine. The anti-viral therapy for EVD, immunotherapies, vaccines are some ways to treat the Ebola virus.

We developed a convolutional neural network (CNN) to convert front-facing camera data straight from raw pixels to steering commands. This end-to-end strategy turned out to be unexpectedly effective. The machine learns to drive in traffic on local roads with or without lane markings, on motorways, and with the least amount of training data from people. By using simply the human steering angle as the training signal, the system automatically picks up internal representations of the necessary processing stages, such as spotting useful road elements. For instance, we never expressly trained it to recognize the outline of a road. Our end-to-end approach simultaneously optimizes all processing steps in contrast to explicit decomposition of the problem, such as lane marking detection, path planning, and control. We contend that doing so will eventually result in bigger systems and better performance. The internal components will self-optimize to maximize system performance rather than improving intermediate criteria chosen by humans, such as lane detection, leading to better performance. It makes sense that these criteria be chosen for simplicity of human interpretation, but this does not imply that they will always result in the best system performance. Because the system learns to solve the problem with the fewest amount of processing steps possible, smaller networks are made possible. For training, we used an NVIDIA Dev Box and Torch 7, and for navigation, we used an NVIDIA DRIVETM PX self-driving car computer running Torch 7.

In this report, the moving item is tracked using rotation angle readings from the servo motor and distance values from the ultrasonic distance sensor. You must forecast them in order to choose the right course or go the shortest distance, depending on the surroundings. Therefore, it is necessary to compare the two tracking methods in order to demonstrate that the proposed tracking method, which uses an ultrasonic distance sensor and servo motor as input elements, is more accurate and cost-effective than the tracking method, which uses vision, LRF, and multiple ultrasonic sensors as input elements. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that using an intermediary filter improves tracking accuracy.

The therapy of essential hypertension is advised for telmisartan, a strong, long-acting, nonpeptide antagonist of the angiotensin II type-1 (AT1) receptor. The primary objective of this study was to develop, construct, and physico-chemically assess effervescent Telmisartan tablets as they are simple to deliver and oral dosage forms can be challenging for the elderly and young. Croscarmellose, sodium starch glycolate, and cross povidone are examples of superdisintegrants that are used to boost the effectiveness of solid dosage forms. The rapid disintegration may be caused by the rapid uptake of water from the medium, swelling, or burst effect, which increases bioavailability.

Ayurveda attempts to provide overall wellness rather than just treating our physical ailments. In order to be fully healthy, one must understand every aspect of himself, including his mind and soul. Ayurveda's two of primary objectives are maintaining good health in healthy people and treating diseases in sick people. Maintaining health is the primary focus of one aspect of Ayurveda. Here, the term "health" refers to physical and mental as well as spiritual health. Ayurveda mentions a wide approach for keeping the body healthy and free from any kind of ailment. The WHO definition from 1948 states that health is a complete condition of physical, mental, and social well-being and not just the absence of sickness or disability. It implies that being physically healthy also includes being intellectually and emotionally fit. Our lifestyles in general should include maintaining good health. Since leading a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases. Because of their unhealthy lifestyles, people nowadays are dealing with several health issues. Examples of lifestyle disorders include diabetes, hypertension, excessive cholesterol, and joint pain etc. Similar to Vibandha as stated in Ayurveda, constipation is itself a diseased condition or a symptom of disease. In general, it refers to fewer or difficult-to-pass bowel motions, hardened, painful stools, painful defecation, and the sensation of bloating, abdominal discomfort, or incomplete elimination. Painful defecation is frequently caused by constipation. The most frequent causes are dietary or routine changes, a lack of appropriate fiber intake, or both. Fluid homeostasis in the body is maintained by hormones. Constipation can be a symptom of a number of diseases and disorders that disturb the hormone balance, such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, and others. Therefore, a survey study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between constipation and lifestyle diseases in particular.
