 Abstract

Medicines play an important role in sports injury rehabilitation. In this article, mainly the chemistry related to synthesis, structures and uses with market report of such chemical drugs have been discussed. The main emphasis has been given to analgesics, anti- inflammatory drugs, which can be used for immediate therapeutic treatment in sports related injuries.

 Abstract

Coronavirus disease 19 (covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the novel SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona virus-2) has emerged as a worldwide threat in December-2019 and then spread rapidly. Scientists and Clinicians are attempting to find antivirals specific to the virus, vaccine development for a novel virus is a challenging effort for them which may take several years to discover. Design and repurpose of existing drugs have been studied by researchers for the approval of other conditions which are effective against covid-19. Repurposed drugs may not be highly potent, as they are not developed specifically to this particular virus. Finally, two vaccines have been granted for emergency use approval in India by the government. The main purpose of this study on covid-19 vaccine development, repurposed drugs and approved drugs- its side effects, advancements and challenges during vaccine development. By this we can understand the vaccine development process and its current authorized approved drugs.

 Abstract

The research area is located on Bantarujeg District, Majalengka Regency, West Java. The purpose of this research is to determine the drainage pattern characteristics on the interpretation of geological characteristics. This research was conducted through studio analysis using remote sensing and Geographical Information System (GIS). Several media such as drainage pattern, slope, and geological map, and satellite images were used in this research. Indonesia Topography Maps and Digital Elevation (DEM) were used to obtain stream network and slope data. Based on the drainage pattern analysis, it can be identified rectangular, trellis, subdendritic, subparallel, and radial drainage pattern in the researh area. Rectangular and trellis drainage pattern can be identified in the north of the research area which indicates the presence of geological structures in the area, especially fault and fold structures, and also sedimentary rocks dominance. Radial drainage pattern can be identified in the central of the research area which indicates the topography of the Mt. Sireum, volcanic rocks, and slightly steep to steep slope. Subparallel drainage pattern can be identified in the south of the research area which indicates the slope topography of the Mt. Cakrabuana in the southwest of the research area, volcanic rocks, and geological structure indication whereas subdendritic indicates the foot of slope of the Mt. Cakrabuana, sedimentary and volcanic rocks, and geological structure indication. Slope characteristics identified through drainage pattern analysis are also supported by slope map and satellite images of the research area which show the same characteristics. On the other hand, the initial geological characteristics interpretation of the research area which is identified through drainage pattern analysis is also supported by previous geological research data in the geological map of the research area. Hence, it can be concluded that the drainage pattern analysis can be used for geological interpretation of a particular area and assist researchers to plan field activities properly.

 Abstract

Social media such as Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc., are the primary sources of information which is totally computer-based technology. It facilitates the sharing of ideas, thoughts, and information to discuss their issues and opinions. They build virtual networks and communities to produce, share, and sometimes exchange ideas, images, videos and many more over the internet via computer, tablet or smartphone via web-based software or web application. People are surrounded by mobile devices and interactive social networking sites such as Twitter, Telegram, Messenger, Facebook, Whatsapp which has made the social media a vital aspect of their life. In this paper, an attempt is made to understand the impact of social media in Karimnagar and Jagtiyal districts of Telangana State by collecting data from 140 respondents using convenient sampling. The results show that there is difference between various variables of their demographic profile and the social media.

Internet of Things (IOT) is an idea about remotely connecting and monitoring real world objects (things) through the Internet. When it is related with our residence, thisconcept can be appropriately incorporated to make it smarter, safer andautomated. This paper focuses on buildingof a smart wirelesshome security system which sends alerts to the owner by using Internet in case of any intrude. Internet of things can share information and complete tasks while you are busy with other activities from industrial machine to consumer home appliances.The aim of IOT is to unify everything in our world under a common infrastructure, giving us control of things around us as well as keeping us informed of the state of the things. The influence obtained by preferring this system is that the user can receive alerts and the status sent by the wi-? connected microcontroller managed system onhis phone from any distance irrespective of whether his mobilephone is connected to the internet or not.

Genetic engineering is the innovative idea that brings large support and way out in all kinds of necessary needs in life of living organisms as by genetic engineering multiple copies of gene can be produced. With the process of recombinant DNA technology genetic engineering greatly developed into higher level in molecular biology by its transgenesis method of recombination many spheres of life are improved to a higher extent. Artificial recombinant DNA techniques permit the genes in the human genome for its identification and mapping, and allows their fine structure determination. Recombinant DNA technology plays great role in agricultural, medicinal, pharmaceuticals, food industry, clinical and research developments and inventions. People across the world travel from one place to another or country for relaxation , jobs, education , medical and pilgrimage purpose. The Travel and tourism Industry ply a very important role in making their journey better and enjoyable by providing proper hotel , social , airlines , railways , transportation facilities at a reasonable rate . However , the tourist face a lot of problems while travelling to India due to many reasons starting from lack of infrastructure facilities to poor road connectivity , no social security , un hygiene atmosphere, cases of kidnapping , robbery at heritage places, which calls for improvement . Tourism Industry support and play a very important role in the economic growth and provide employment opportunities to a huge population , Tourism policy requires changes along with it introducing special insurance scheme for travels , students , old age people, introducing mobile vendor facilities , introducing soldier tour package , making geographical and historical tours mandatory for students .
