This study aims to investigate the stability of resilient microgrids that use flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) devices. Microgrids are a popular way of integrating various distributed energy resource (DER) technologies into the distribution system. However, the use of electronic power converters (EPCs) to couple these DER technologies has created new operation challenges that could affect microgrid stability, reliability, and resilience. Induction motor-type loads (IMs) are dynamic loads that are commonly found in distribution grids and air conditioning (A/C) types of loads. These loads demand a lot of reactive power for correct operations. This high demand could lead to a phenomenon called fault-induced delay voltage recovery (FIDVR), which can cause problems with dynamic voltage stability (DVS). To address these challenges, this study proposes the incorporation of FACTS controllers, such as a static VAR compensator (SVC) and a distribution static compensator (DSTATCOM), into the microgrid as reactive power supply resources. This proposal includes designing, optimal location, and dynamic modeling of FACTS devices to enhance microgrid operation resilience.

Dyshidrotic eczema, or pompholyx, manifests as small, itchy blisters on the hands and feet, causing redness, swelling, and skin peeling. While the precise cause remains unclear, stress and psychological factors are believed to be the contributors. This case centres on a 13-year-old male patient with a one-month history of hand itching, featuring papule-like eruptions on the dorsum of the hands specify which hand. Intense itching, worsening at night and alleviating with warm water, was observed. Constitutional and individualized homeopathic medicine formed the basis of this case study. Pulsatilla Pratensis 200C, was administered as a single morning dose before meals on an empty stomach, highlighted the significance of optimal absorption for effectiveness. The outcome was remarkable, showcasing a 90% improvement in dyshidrotic eczema of the hands. This instance underscores the efficacy of homeopathic medicine in reversing such conditions. The findings propose that personalized homeopathic treatment holds promise as an approach for individuals. This case emerges as a pivotal asset for advancing Homeopathic research, significantly contributing to refining dermatological care.

Recent years have seen a sharp rise in the quantity of text data available from numerous sources. This extensive body of literature contains a multitude of knowledge and information that, in order to be of any use, needs to be sufficiently summarized. A lot of attention has been paid to text summarizing, however other from extractive summarizing activities like news or book summarizing, there hasn't been any real-world use for it. Text summarization produces an automatically generated summary that incorporates all relevant and important details from the source text. Textual information summarization is a difficult work for humans, and in the big data era, the rate at which information is growing makes it impractical or impossible to summarize most of it by hand. This research paper is based on secondary data sources attempt to examine the contemporary trends and challenges in text summarization. It also explores various kinds of text summarization techniques and also articulates on NLP techniques and benefits which can be leveraged for the convenient text summarization.

ABSTRACT The paper is concerned with the non-equilibrium between Western ideas of exotic East and Eastern hard reality by taking 'ANNALS AND ANTIQUITIES OF RAJASTHAN', a romantic historiography of Rajasthan (desertic state on the western border of India) written by British colonial administrator Col. James Tod (famously known here as "GHODE WALE BABA") in 1829 with an oriental outlook. Tod's perception of Rajasthan, his ideas of RAJASTHANI FEUDALISM, and his imposed Western epistemic violence have solidified a romantic exotic perception of the land and its people. His ideas prove problematic as he seemed to idealize one community and painted the entire societal structure in the same color. ANNALS has faced charges of bias (of his kind) towards Rajput gallantry, as the narrative primarily speaks of it. In doing so, it unfortunately, marginalizes other social groups, paints a partial picture, and is full of unrealistic notions that are founded on bardic legends. The paper attempts to bring out the factors which shaped a certain understanding that Tod harbored by using a suitable theoretical framework and prove him more of a traveloguer inspired by the influx of romantic fascination, than a historian pronouncing solid facts. The two volumes of his now classical text remain essential reading for anyone interested in the history and culture of Rajasthan and the early colonial encounter in India. Thus, it becomes crucial in understanding the state's Historical past and political present and exerts a subtle influence on the national imagination of contemporary Rajasthan. After the introduction of Oriental theory by Edward Said, much study has already been undertaken in uncovering the truth of colonial power, it presented the East, for the benefit of the West, in the shades that comforted existing Western ideology. The paper intends to employ a combination of Orientalism, Post-colonial theory, Euhemerism, and Neo-Historicism to unravel the complexities of the text in question. Also, it will question the 'ANNALS' canonization as the founding stone for the written History of this colorful desertic landscape called the LAND OF KINGS(RAJASTHAN).

Abstract: Broadly speaking we see three main perspectives of feminism in India such as Liberal feminist perspective, Gandhian feminist perspective, non-Brahmin feminist perspective. With the social religious movements of the 19th century came concerns about feminist issues and the pursuit of civil, political, and religious rights which can be named as liberal perspective. The equality of men and women and their complementary nature are the main thrusts of the Gandhian point of view argument. has a unique perspective on understanding feminist issues. The non-brahmin feminist perspective drew attention to the fact that for the actual exercise of rights and freedoms it is not enough to simply assume the innate equality of men and women, but rather equality should be shared between different caste communities and women. The paper begins with the introduction of various feminist perspectives in India. However, this study primarily focuses on the contributions of non-Brahmin feminist perspective especially contributions of Mahatma Phule, Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. The analytical framework contains.

Quality education is the backbone for the growth of any society and education policy is the way to attain it. In India, the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) has been introduced considering it as a landmark change in the education system. It aims to universalize education from pre-school to higher education with a vision of creating quality institutions, a culture of innovation and a highly skilled workforce making revolutionary reforms in the Indian education paradigm. The NEP 2020 is also in the line of Goal 4 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 2030), which clearly believes for having an effective leadership in higher education as the base for sustainable development. As the leaders hold a position to lead the institutions for fulfilling the goals, they play a vital role in the achievement of welfare. However, not all the leaders face the challenges in the same manner. Effective leaders will have to scrutinize how productively they are maintaining their positions and also to find out the best leadership role which is appropriate in the education context for its better administration, modification and refinement in the institution. Therefore, the main objective of this descriptive study is to understand the role of an effective leadership in higher education in the context of National Education Policy, 2020. The findings are articulated and suggestions are given in the conclusion so as to fulfill the objectives of the present paper.

The present piece of work was planned to study the impact of the RMWE / leached effluent of Alumina industry (NALCO) situated at Damonjodi, Koraput on a Blue-green alga, Anabaena cylindrica, Lemm and its environmental significance. The effluent of the industry was tested and found to be deadly toxic. The effluent along with the red mud wastes generated from the industry was dumped in the Red mud pond for storage and for natural evaporation. The red mud waste collected from the red mud pond was brought to the laboratory, air dried and powdered. The RMWE is almost equivalent to the leached effluent coming out from the red mud pond. The toxicity test was conducted to assess the lethal concentration values for the RMWE on this alga. Toxicity test revealed that the effluent waste coming out from the red mud pond is highly toxic in nature. The sub-lethal concentration of red mud waste extract was 0.325% (v/v) for this alga under laboratory controlled condition. During experimental period the dry weight significantly decreased with the increase in exposure period. The control alga showed normal growth during the experimental period. The total chlorophyll content decreased with the increase in exposure period. Total pheophytin content and carotenoid content followed a similar trend like total chlorophyll. No dual behavior was observed during the study. When the exposed alga was transferred to toxicant free medium, no recovery of the alga was noted. From the observed results it can be inferred that the red mud waste extracts was deadly toxic and should be allowed to leak from red mud pond. This leached red mud waste after leakage enters into the neighboring areas and enters in to the crop fields causing immense damage to the rice crop and killing the inhabitants of the crop field like blue-green alga. This alga fixes atmospheric nitrogen and a farmer friendly alga disappeared from the contaminated crop fields. All care should be taken to stop leaching from the red mud pond and the red mud waste should be carefully protected to avoid further damage to the surrounding environments.

Economic growth is closely linked with the financial system of the country. As a financial institution, banking sector contribute a lot to the economic development. Our banking system has shown a fabulous growth since nationalisation and even after reforms of 1991 but has also faced decline in profitability on the other side due to sudden hike in the non-performing assets of the banks. In spite of due care, many loan and advances are turning into bad debts due to failure of recovery mechanism and becoming non-performing assets. The present study aims to examine the position of NPAs of the Schedule Commercial banks of the India over a period of 7 years from the year 2014-15 to 2020-21. The secondary data were used to conduct the study. The statistical tools such as mean, Standard deviation and chi-square test were applied. For estimating expected trend of NPAs, least square technique of the time series analysis was used. The study revealed that there is no significance association in position of gross NPAs, Net NPAs and NPA Provisions over a period of time. It was concluded that RBI and government should implement innovative and strict policy for reducing NPAs.

The concept of ecofeminism posits a connection between women's subjugation and societal exploitation. They study the oppression and devaluation of women, looking at how it affects their status and goals. The fundamental goal of this essay is to analyze the novel Secret Daughter's ecofeminist concepts. In the book, a few more themes are covered, including female infanticide, miscarriage, adoption, and child labor. This is a literal observation of male chauvinism towards women. Humans relocate from rural areas to urban areas in pursuit of employment, better living conditions, and higher education. Their native land was forced to be abandoned as famine struck due to decreased cultivation and output caused by the lack of rain. This study focuses on the daily problems that women face in slums how they are treated there and how they get over their weaknesses. Introduction: Cricket and Badminton are physically demanding sports. These are comprised several specialisms requiring different skills and types of fitness. Those game require eye to hand coordination, reaction ability, hand grip strength, shoulder strength, abdominal strength, flexibility etc. In cricket, two hand grip strength is used to control the various shot in cricket skills, when holding the bat. Similarly badminton, one hand grip strength is used to control accuracy during the play. Strength is essential to carry out the functions of the shoulder, abdomen and leg etc. Objectives: of the present study to compare the handgrip strength, shoulder strength, abdominal muscles strength, leg explosive strength between cricket and badminton state level players. To compare the reaction time between cricket and badminton state level players. Methodology: The researcher was selected state level 20 cricket players and 20 badminton players their age range17 to 25 years, from place like, Krishanath College, Kalyani Town Club, Hooghly District Sports Association and Kalyani University. Total of 5 strength (left handgrip, right handgrip, shoulder, leg explosive and abdominal muscle) and reaction time were selected for the study. The data were collected using standard equipment and tests (Hand Grip Dynamometer, Push up, Sit up, Standing broad jump & Ruler Drop Test). Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (paired sample t value) were used for data analysis. Findings and Conclusion: The findings of the present study was not significant of left handgrip strength, right handgrip strength, shoulder strength and abdominal muscles strength of cricket and badminton state level players. But leg explosive strength and reaction time were found significant difference at 0.05 level between cricket and badminton state level players.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is an incurable disease that is becoming more common globally and placing a financial and social strain on health systems. The last stage of CKD, renal failure, is potentially fatal if kidney replacement therapy is not used to treat it. Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blockers, and calcium channel blockers are examples of commercially accessible medications used in current therapy, yet they typically merely slow the course of CKD. This review article focuses on efficient plant-based or plant-extract based alternative medicines that enhance CKD prevention and therapy. Oxidative stress, fibrosis, and inflammation are three well-established mechanistic pathways in the pathophysiology of chronic kidney disease. Through their antioxidant properties, a variety of plants and their extracts are already known to improve renal dysfunction, which in turn reduces inflammation and fibrosis. There is evidence that kidney failure may significantly affect vitamin metabolism, urine excretion, in vivo synthesis, and food intake. Empirical data suggests that renal failure may significantly impact nutritional consumption, in vivo synthesis, urine excretion, or vitamin metabolism. Therefore, individuals with CKD frequently require vitamin D and B12 supplements. Here, we examined a few significant medicinal plants that may be used to cure and manage illnesses related to the kidneys. These plants include antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. In future, more clinical investigations regarding usage, safety, effectiveness, side effects, and suggested dosages are recommended for various stages of CKD are recommended.
