Learning software for machines is quickly becoming the most popular and widespread form of agricultural technology. Artificial machine learning is one of the sectors of the agriculture industry that is growing at the fastest rate. The application of artificial technologies in the field of agriculture has led to improvements in accuracy as well as the finding of answers to previously unresolved issues. In agriculture, the application of machine learning should work towards improving crop quality while also increasing plant output. Cotton is the most essential crop for producing fiber, not only in India but also around the world. The cotton textile industry stands to benefit from the acquisition of this since it is the raw material used in the production of fiber (cotton fiber). Infections caused by bacteria, fungus, and worms, as well as unregulated agricultural practices that are harmful to the leaves, are the primary challenges that cotton growers confront. Therefore, in order to prevent a low yield, farmers need to be aware of the crop diseases that have hurt the crop in the past. The consistent use of pesticides, together with the evolution of pests into organisms that are increasingly resistant to the effects of chemical control, has resulted in yields that have remained flat or fallen, in addition to a decline in the quality and productivity of the soil. Although a great number of cutting-edge machine learning models have been developed and examined, widespread application of these models in agricultural contexts has not yet been achieved. Transfer learning is a method that can be used to adapt and apply existing models in order to improve disease detection in plants and crops. In order to diagnose diseases that affect cotton plants, we have utilized contemporary methods and presented a hybrid methodology. In a hybrid method, contemporary computer vision models such as Faster RCNN and Single Shot Detector (SSD) are employed to recognise plant leaves and locate ROI (Region of Interest).

Past earthquakes witnessed the poor performance of unreinforced masonry walls (URM) structures resulting into huge economic loss and large number of casualties. In this context, the present paper is aimed to investigate the shear behavior of a series of masonry walls under Diagonal compressive loading. To improve the wall behavior in shear, Polypropylene band (PP-band) and fiber glass mesh (FGM) are used as retrofitting material. Both faces of wall are wrapped to get full tightening effect during loading. This paper compares the shear behavior and flexural behavior of the unreinforced masonry walls with fiber glass mesh. The walls are constructed of full scale and half scale sizes. These walls are also compared with shear wall and the results of each particular wall are obtained. It has been observed that retrofitted walls exhibit significant improvement in terms of load carrying capacity and shear behavior. Failure mode of the walls are computed using analytical formulations. It was observed that both the strengthening materials not only increase the load carrying capacity but also helps in changing the failure mode from brittle to ductile in some extent. During the study, it may be concluded that the use of PP band and fiber glass mesh are effective in improving the shear behavior of masonry walls for all types of walls.

Latin America is one of the ancient lands in the world where human habitation is habited more than thirty thousand years. It has its own indigenous civilization with its languages, literatures, religions and cultures. With the arrival of European, especially Spanish invaders the cults, literatures, religions and languages of Latin American nations were hybridized, reformed, and revived in such a way that it has deconstructed and reconstructed the new nations and civilizations. Spanish language and literature has drastically changed the verbal and logosyllabic communication pattern of Latin American people and endowed them Latinized Roman alphabetic script and communication system. Nevertheless, the indigenous languages and oral literatures of Latin America got scripted and documented in Spanish language for the next generation. Hence, Spanish language and literature has altered the entire resonance and thinking pattern of the people so artistically that today almost all Latin American nations preferred Spanish Language as the official language and produced main stream literature in Spanish language.

The field of Theoretical Mathematics has a number of methods and techniques to obtain specific parameters for a given set of data that relates to frequency, time, acceleration and velocity. Newton-Gregory Forward Interpolation Method is one such technique that can be applied for the real-time analysis of motion of physical objects through mathematical modeling. The physical motion of objects involves trajectory path analysis, projectile motion analysis that can relate to the jet plane taking off or a rocket being shot or the motion of a stone or rod in a specific projectile path. The motion of the particle or member can be for a given period of time with certain parameters like positions known and the corresponding velocity and acceleration can be obtained. This novel research idea involves performing the motion analysis of a physical member or particle that moves in a circular path for a specific period of time using Newton-Gregory Forward Interpolation Method and validating the same through the software application Python IDLE 3.10. The study basically involves giving the input as time periods and the corresponding positions of the member to obtain the velocity and accelerations. The same parameters are given as input to the python and the required mathematical code is developed to be executed to obtain the solution.

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are a phylogenetically diverse group with the ability to convert soluble carbohydrates into lactic acid. Many LAB have a long history of safe use in fermented foods and are recognized as food-grade microorganisms. LAB are also natural inhabitants of the human intestinal tract and have beneficial effects on health. Considering these properties, LAB have potential applications as biotherapeutic vehicles to delivery cytokines, antigens and other medicinal molecules. In this review, we summarize the development of, and advances in, genome manipulation techniques for engineering LAB and the expected future development of such genetic tools. These methods are crucial for us to maximize the value of LAB. We also discuss applications of the genome-editing tools in enhancing probiotic characteristics and therapeutic functionalities of LAB.Together with novel approaches such as CRISPR-Cas, the established systems for engineering now allow significant improvements to LAB strains.use of GM-LAB as cell factories in closed systems that prevent their environmental release is the least problematic aspect, and this is also discussed.

Religiosity and devotion perform a crucial part in many human 's life and can have a number of consequences on their mental health. Religious and spiritual activities, such as prayer and attendance at religious services, have indeed been shown in studies to help people manage with stress and anxiety, resulting in improved mental health. Furthermore, religious and spiritual views can provide people a feeling of mission, meaning, and confidence, which can lead to greater psychological health. However, religious views and practises can be stressful for some people, especially if they cause emotions of regret or shame. Ultimately, the connection among religion and spirituality and mental health is multifaceted and differs widely depending on one's background and beliefs. More work is required to better comprehend the connection among religiosity and devotion and mental health, in addition to find appropriate treatments for people who struggle with this issue. Religion and spirituality have indeed been proven to perform a part in the therapy and control of a various of mental health issues, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and addictions, in addition to stress and anxiety. Some people with depression, for example, find some comfort and consolation in their religiosity or devotional beliefs, which can assist to reduce depression symptoms. Moreover, several research studies have shown that religiosity and devotional practises, such as mindfulness meditating and praying, can enhance brain function, resulting in increased mood and reduced symptoms of despair and anxiety. It is crucial to emphasise, however, that religiosity and devotion can have an adverse effect on mental health in some people. Religious views that emphasise guilt and shame, for example, it might leads to feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem, which can contribute to the development of melancholy and anxiety. Imidazopyridine derivatives are a proton pump inhibitor that reduces gastric acid secretion and has been successfully used to heal and relieve symptoms of gastric or duodenal ulcers and gastro-esophageal reflux. It has been synthesized by an oxidation of sulfide produced from a substitution reaction between 2-mercaptobenzimidazole and pyridine derivatives. The transformation of sulfide into sulfinyl has been generally carried out with peroxyacid such as mCPBA. The method for optical resolution includes fractional recrystallisation. The fractional recrystallisation method includes a method in which a salt is formed between a racemate and an optically active compound [eg. (+)-Mandellic acid, (-)-Mandellic acid] and salt is separated by fractional recrystallisation etc. and if desired subjected to neutralization process to give a free optical isomer. The chiral column method includes a method in which a racemate or a salt is applied to a column for optical isomer separation. In High performance liquid chromatography for example optical isomer are separated by adding the racemate to a chiral column (such as Daicel series) and eluting in water a buffer (for example, a phosphate), an organic solvent (for example, hexane, ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, acetonitrile, triethylamine or mixture thereof) or mixture of the foregoing.

This study had made to reinforce the problematic black cotton soil and to avoid the settlement of the foundation, by installing Micro-Piles (M-P) individually and in group. In the group piles, the three pile group and four piles group is adopted in this study. The three pile group is installed in triangular pattern, whereas the four pile groups installed in square pattern at different length and different spacing, also the group efficiency is determined for both patterns and is compared with each other. The model tests were performed with the use of mild steel model test tank of dimension 350mm in length, 350mm in width, 350mm in depth and the model footing of the size 140mm x 140mm of 6mm thick. The analysis was carried out for individual and group piles of respective pattern which are installed in the black cotton soil with different lengths i.e. 30%, 50% and 70% of length and spacing of 2D, 3D and 4D respectively, where D=dia of micro-pile. The vertical load is applied to experimental setup and the ultimate bearing resistance is recorded with respect to 30mm settlement. It is examined that, the ultimate loads bearing resistance of the M-P in Black Cotton Soil rises with increase in length and spacing between the piles. Due to upraise in the load holding capacity, inversely the foundation settlement also decreases, it also observed that the load taken by the piles increases with increase in their numbers. The maximum load of 14.6 KN and 18.8KN is observed in three and four numbers of piles and 7.8 and 13.5KN is the least loads observed in three and square group piles respectively. When it comes to the Group efficiency (GE), it is found that the GE decrease with increase in the length, but the GE elevates with increase in distance between the piles, the GE observed in different patterns of triangular and square pattern of group piles. It is observed that the GE has a peak value of 79.24% in Square pattern at 30% of length and spacing of 4D, minimum value of GE is found to be 42.59% in triangular pattern at 70% length i.e. 245mm length at spacing of 2D.
