The institution of marriage and its trends need to be studied in greater depth, especially in the Indian context where the social dynamics of marriage and the process of mate selection have been witnessing tremendous changes. Many studies reflect the changes that have occurred in the institution of marriage nowadays, because of the introduction of urbanization, industrialization, secularization, modern education impact of Western culture, and marriage legislations in the Indian society. This paper sheds light on the prevalent forms of marriage in the Indian society. An effort has also been made to cover the studies depicting a sociological insight into the institution of marriage and its emerging trends or patterns.

Abstract: Health is called the true Wealth and a healthy body is the very basis of all human actions. Right to life as a natural, fundamental and human right has become an integral part of every positive legal order in the world. Right to Life is, in fact, incomplete without the health of individual .This right has been recognized internationally through various Declarations and Covenants by the efforts of United Nation, and in India by various legislative provisions. Indian Judiciary also has played a very active role in recognizing this right. Despite all these facts, the health problems that India faces are highly complex and challenging. It is still struggling with health hazards of communicable diseases, AIDS, cancer, Diabetes, Heart diseases that are further aggravated by widespread poverty, malnutrition, illiteracy and ignorance. In India, aprox.1.5% of the GDP is spent on the health care, which is expected to be increased in the coming years to improve the health care in India. COVID 19 has proved a fatal blow to the entire World. The world has drastically changed during this pandemic. It has been observed that any such disease not only affects the health of people, but also the economy and over all development. This endemic has also brought new issues which need immediate attention, like threats of manmade viruses, proper distribution of medicines in the time of medical emergency, need of expansion of the infrastructure in the hospitals. It is a challenge before the government to take immediate steps in order to ensure the right to health to every citizen of India.

Generally, the size of the database is just too bulky to manage studies with hand effort. Thus, numerical algorithms and mathematical approaches necessitate computer applications to beat huge computational time and processes. Currently, many computers aided systems and software for geological modeling. The accuracy and speed of computers enable the evaluation of varied scenarios within reasonably short times in this technological world. Computer systems have been demonstrated very essentially for mining and geological studies. With the help of a mine planning and design software SURPAC, a geological database of Gold ore was created. The coordinates and alignment of the borehole points and their constituents and their grades were fed into. The deposit which has been studied is Gold ore. Block modeling was done with the help of a downhole composite and the volume of the total block model was also calculated. Geostatistical analysis of the database data, and the estimation of the block model using the sample grade or bodyweight value. Thus, we can ensure that the analytical calculation results are in a reasonable estimation process.

They play a crucial role in nutrition and also convey fat soluble vitamins fat stored in tightly container so they do not go rancid in food fats come in several form including saturated polyunsaturated oil is not mix with water vegetable oil are get from plants. Fats and oils are taken into consideration as important nutrient in our diet. All fat is not awful, in fact, healthful fat is important to manipulate our body systems, maintain our intellectual health, fight fatigue or even manipulate weight. They provide us with the maximum focused supply of power together with important fatty acids that act as precursors to vital hormones, the prostaglandins. They act as carriers for plenty fats soluble nutrients and make our meals extra palatable. Healthy fat is important for correct mind improvement and for healthy life for each individual. So, our first task is to recognize the chemistry of fats, sort of fatty acids contained in fats from which we are able to determine which fats is ideal and which is awful for health.

Economic liberalization is a process of interaction and interdependence between different sectors and industries which implies neither deficiency nor surplus through input and output or free export and import among different countries. It is a global chain with free market operation connected with each other. Considering that there should not be the deficiency or excess of demand of product and price should not be fallen destructively such that price is not cover their cost. But in reality the small tea growers are not receiving favorable terms of trade of their product. Price is the key mechanism by which domestic and international markets are linked by free market operation under the context of economic liberalization. Thus for effective functioning of the market with action the demand and supply reaction, should be accurate and match each other such that how much produce should exactly equal to how much consume i.e. demand of product is equal to supply of product. The present study has made an attempt to find out the reasons of price fluctuation of tea leaves from the context of economic liberalization and suggestive measures through a case study of small tea growers in Jorhat district of Assam. The challenge often confronted by the clients (owners of buildings and contractors) in housing sector of Assam that they require paying different wage rates to the workers serving in identical skill jobs. Due to such confusion, they get difficulty in estimating the fund need to be paid to the workers in advance and suffer a sizeable amount in vain. Despite the government of the state have fixed the minimum wage rates for workers as per skill category for both rural and urban areas , in practice, the uniformity in the payment of such wage rates to the workers is hardly found, particularly in the private housing sector of the state .The state fixed wage rates not only differ from the market prevailing ones, the disparity in payment of the wage rates to the workers in same/identical skill jobs has been observed either in same or different geographical areas of the state. Against this backdrop, an attempt has been made to examine the degree of inequality in wage distribution among the construction workers in urban housing sector of the state. This has been done mainly through examining the wage inequality with respect to job, labour quality and geographical areas.

Humans are increasingly changing their lifestyle from active living to passive living due to technology and occupational settings. The Covid - 19 pandemic has added to it exponentially and more prone to adversity on mental health as well as the quality of lifestyle. The virtual shift of the workplace and long sitting hours lead to physically inactive and encouraged sedentary behavior. Social isolation, staying away from people, lack of personal touch with colleagues and peer groups, lack of proper sleep & quality time with family and loneliness has resulted in burnout and chronic stress. This affects the cognitive function in terms of working memory and executive functions. The physical in-activeness and sedentary behavior has affected the quality of lifestyle and mental health. The WHO says that sedentary lifestyle has attributed to serious mental health problems leading to clinical depression, stress, and anxiety. The study shows that the quality of lifestyle depends on the activity they do to improve their physical and mental well - being. Thus reducing the activity of sedentary behavior ameliorate the cognitive function and improved physical activity. The focus is on encouraging behavioral changes to shift sedentary or virtual lifestyle to active lifestyle to resulting in better quality living and mental health.
