The study of the history of Kashmir in itself is of great interest as the region has with unique geographical features. The present work is an effort to explore the impact of Sufism on the various aspects of the Jammu and Kashmir during the 16th-18th centuries which covers the entire Mughal and some of the Afghan period. Sufism changed the destiny of Kashmiris in case of their faith. It is a debatable issue but due to some unavoidable circumstances in Kashmir, the various literature of the Sufis or related to them, either remained hidden in the supervision of some of the Pirs, or could not be properly utilized for further exploration of Sufism and its impact on the different walks of life of the people of Jammu & Kashmir. Yet I visited to the various ziarats, shrines and tombs of different Sufis and Rishis of Jammu & Kashmir and to the religious places khanqahs, dargahs and Masajids of the Valley, to gather material for the present study.

Since the beginning, nature has nurtured us and helped us survive through millennia of evolution. We also forget what has taken us to the current situation. We try to change nature, try to tame it and it is costing us greatly. The climatic change impacts on our ecosystems are already extreme and widespread, and maintaining food security in the face of climate change is one of humanity's most intimidating issues. The extinction of numerous species has imbalanced the eco-system, the global warming causes sea levels to rise and poses a danger of major flooding. The uncertainty and the loss of farming pattern due to weather change is hampering our agriculture causing food crisis. But the silver lining is that we have realized our mistakes and trying to correct them, mass awareness is increasing to protect nature, and there are courses to make us realize what all we can learn from nature, and stay as a collective group, being calm and patient, learning acceptance and non-resistance and evolving to a better self. We must have to protect nature and we slowly understand this. Fortunately, many countries are already introducing policy and regulatory reforms to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions in certain industries. Several scholarly methods are implemented to reverse the changes. Therefore the paper attempts to show the changing pattern of agriculture with the change of environment and its effect on human life and ecology and different measures taken for the restoration of the environment.

NO3- and NH4+ are the common forms of nitrogen that all plants utilize for proper growth and development. Nitrogen significantly increases and enhances the yield and its quality by playing a vital role in biochemical and physiological functions of the plant. Both form and amount of nitrogen in nutrient medium have significant effects on the rate of cell growth and differentiation. Uniqueness of nitrogen lies in the fact that plants can use it either in anionic (NO3-) or in cationic form (NH4+). This paper examines the present knowledge of the main effects that different concentrations of nitrogen have on plant morphogenesis in vitro. During the present study, effect of different concentrations of nitrogen on in vitro morphogenesis of Petunia hybrida Hort. (Vilm) was evaluated. In the present study it was concluded that maximum callus production and root formation was observed in MS Basal Medium and the medium containing half concentration of nitrogen.

Paints make the house and furniture look attractive, new and even keep safe from different insects. Regular paints in the house keep away the boredom and give freshness to the surrounding. But with giving good vibes it can even become a serious problem for the people living in the house. The effects of paints on the environment and health may last forever if we did not make choices wisely. The wise choice can be made by gaining knowledge of the product they are buying. Eco-friendly organic paints are made of natural minerals and are water-based. They have the ability to control pollution, killing bacteria and fungi. The toxic paints that contain chemicals, oils, lead are harmful to children and critical to the environment. The pigments in the paints can be natural or man-made. The natural pigments can also be dangerous than man-made. This paper has provided ways to make the environment clean and pollution free. In a business ecosystem, consumers are the most vital elements. A business is not reviewed in isolation but is always considered in a combination with the consumers of its good and services. Given such high level of importance that a consumer has in a business network, it is a matter of great shame that their consumer rights are not protected due to non-availability of effective and stringent laws and the ineffectual redressal mechanisms, especially in e-commerce or online transactions. Though e-commerce has enabled the Indian consumer to cross boundaries of states and countries to procure products of their choice, this increased scope for purchase and sale transactions brought about by e-commerce is not well protected by the various Indian consumer laws. The laws with respect to the same have proved to be stagnant, leaving many of such customers remediless. Non protection of data made available online, ineffective delivery system, misleading advertisements, uncertainty with respect to jurisdiction in case of disputes, are some of the emerging concerns in the field of e-commerce. In the light of the above, this article would in brief, look through the lens on rights which a consumer has in case of online transactions, keeping in background the various Indian consumer laws available namely the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Competition Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act etc. Recommendations and measures for removal of such lacunae as present in the Indian consumer laws have also been covered under consumer protection act.

True Malnad Region entrepreneurs are resourceful, passionate and driven to succeed and improve. They're pioneers and are comfortable fighting on the frontline. The great ones are ready to be laughed at and criticized in the beginning because they can see their path ahead and are too busy working towards their dream. An entrepreneur is a businessperson who not only conceives and organizes ventures but also frequently takes risks in doing so. Not all independent business people are true entrepreneurs, and not all entrepreneurs are created equal. Rasashastra is a pharmaceutical branch of Ayurveda which mainly deals with the metals, minerals, animal origin products, toxic herbs and their use in therapeutics. There are specific criteria mentioned for identification in ancient texts about the selection of raw material to be taken for drug formulations. As the Identification (i.e. standardization) of raw material is the foundation of quality final product Here in this study, Abhrak was the drug selected for identification. Twelve samples were procured from various pharmacies and markets. These samples were assessed on the basis of organoleptic proforma and special tests. One Grahya and One Agrahya sample were further assessed with the help of physico-chemical and Instrumental analysis. The findings from ancient literature and modern analytical technique were found to be similar. The standardized sample was then further subjected to Shodhana in two different media i.e; Godugdh and Gomutra. Observational charts were maintained during the procedure. The results of the pharmaceutico-analytical techniques used (SEM-EDC) showed that the Godugdh Shodhit sample showed a 48.46 % reduction in Arsenic compared to the ashuddha abhrak, whereas the Gomutra Shodhit Abhrak showed a 31.90 % reduction in Arsenic as compared to the Ashuddha Abhrak sample. There was more reduction in percent weight of Aluminium, Silica, Iron and Potassium in Godugdh Shodhit Abhrak as compared to Gomutra Shodhit Abhrak. According to present study, it can be concluded that Godugdh may serve as more efficient media for Shodhana of Abhrak as compared to Gomutra.

Role of Social Media in Marketing is primarily the utilisation of social media platforms to engage with the target audience to construct the brand, increment sales, and drive site traffic. This includes publishing extraordinary content on business social media profiles, tuning in to and connecting with the followers, analysing your outcomes, and running social media promotions. The motive behind this research was to find out the impact of Social Media on the Consumer Purchase Decision, as to how the consumer purchase decision gets influenced by various factors related to social media for example advertisements present on social media, reviews or information available about discounts. Many papers suggest that consumers engagement via social interactive tools becomes important as more marketers incorporate social media. According to Vollmer and Precourt (2008) social media websites are creating a venue for customer to customer conversations about brands and products and these sites represent an ideal tool for electronic word-of-mouth, as consumers freely create and disseminate brand related information in their established social environment.
