 Abstract

Co-amorphous drug delivery systems (CAMS) are characterized by the combination of a crystalline material with low molecular weight co-former that forms a homogeneous single-phase amorphous system. Over past decades it is a most promising approach for enhancement of solubility as well as bioavailability of poor water soluble drugs (BCS class II and IV). In this review provides updated overview on the CAMS using various quantitative approaches i.e., co-formability, dissolution performance and physical stability, Glass Transition Temperatures. Along with review also covers specifically, co-formability, molar ratio of drug and co-former, preparation methods for CAMS, physical stability as well as in vitro and in vivo performance with the various positive outcomes in which low soluble drug solubility markedly increased several folds by using CAMS.

 Abstract

Dendrimers with their versatile nature in both synthesis and application have gained appreciation and popularity among the other supra molecules. Nowadays, dendrimers find application in the field of medicine for target oriented drug, bioimaging and as diagnostic material tool in MRI88 and X-Ray contrast agent and also used as bactericidal, fungicidal, and anti-viral agents. Recently, dendrimers and dendrimer-based nanoparticles are attractive candidates for improving the solar energy conversion and in OLEDs. The regular and hierarchically branched nature of dendrimers make them very much interesting in the field of photo conversion process. In addition to the biological applications of chalcones, they are also known for their fascinating optical and electronic properties. Chalcones acts as an effective electron accepting unit and by proper usage of the chalcone in the synthesis of dendrimers would results in the enhanced improvement in the power conversion process. Carbazole is known to be as an electron rich fused heterocyclic molecule which bears the nitrogen atom. This simple molecule gets attention in the material field due to its engrossing properties such as low cost, greater stability. This paper is detailed study with results and discussion.

 Abstract

Dairy farming plays a vital role in economic sustainability , employment and nutritional security of rural farmers. The livestock sector has witnessed a phenomenal growth especially in the last decade owing to increased demand for food and food products of animal origin. In India majority of rural households belong to small and marginal farmers in terms of land and animal holding. In Andhra Pradesh in order to create employment , income generation and nutritional security Govt of Andhra Pradesh ,A.H. Department implemented Mini Dairy scheme in drought prone area like Y.S.R. Kadapa district. 2 Murrah buffaloes were given to farmers on subsidy and their nutritional security and calorie intake were calculated through information obtained by structured questionnaire interview schedule and also from A.H Department .The net income generated by the beneficiaries of Mini dairy scheme stood at Rs. 1,41,939 per annum, Non-beneficiaries received an amount of Rs.30,776. Mini dairy provided family labour with an employment of 137 man days against 119 man days in respect of non-beneficiaries. This study indicates that rearing Murrah Buffaloes helps the rural farmers in income generation and employment.

 Abstract

Stock market is one of the most lucrative investment avenues in India. People invest in the stock market because it has the potential to generate handsome returns in a small span of time. Investors trade in the stock market either through the primary market or through the secondary market. In an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise money, the offer is usually geared towards institutional investors. They have always been the dominant force, many a times even getting to dictate the terms and conditions on their sheer clout. But, with a huge influx of retail investors, things seem to be changing now. Retail investors are becoming a force that no one can ignore now. In fact, their clout has risen so much that merchant bankers are focusing more on them in this fund raising exercise. Retail demand for recent IPOs has been on a rise. This paper makes an attempt to investigate the factors contributing to the increased interest of retail investors in initial public offerings.

 Abstract

Banks have traditionally been in the forefront of harnessing technology to improve their products, services and efficiency. They have, over a long time, been using electronic and telecommunication networks for delivering a wide range of value added products and services. In India, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is the apex banking institution that regulates the banking systemin the country. E-banking is a safe, fast, easy and efficient electronic service that enables people access to bank account and to carry out online banking services, uninterruptedly. The system can save time by carrying out banking transactions at any place and at any time using internet access. It must be noted, however, that while e-banking provides many benefits to customers and banks, it also aggravates traditional banking risks. This paper makes an attempt to study the challenges and opportunities, various services given by E-banking. Compared to developed countries, developing countries face many impediments that affect the successful implementation of e-banking initiatives.

 Abstract

Abstract Counterfeit products are global problem affecting the pharmaceutical industry and others. They are quickly becoming a major threat of our society. The production of personalized items and early prototypes became an easy task for everyone with the arrival of affordable 3D printing solutions and free, user-friendly 3D modeling software, the question of how to provide additional information to the printed shapes came up again. The proposed system can be conveniently implemented with a Fused Deposition Modelling 3D Printing Machines and Smartphones. The 3D printed QR-Code was adopted with the sole aim of eliminating the problem of duplicating and cloning of anti-counterfeit tag. An investigation on the unavoidable and unmanageable process variation on the 3D printing Mechanism was conducted. Evaluations show that the proposed model would outperform the existing system up to 85%.

 Abstract

It would be better if stats data on heart disease could be added here. For eg. According to WHO the number of people is reported to be suffering from heart disease, making it the most common disease worldwide. As we know that sometimes the lifestyle of human beings suffers from stress, anxiety, and depression, etc. The Detection of this disease is quite difficult in advance and it is challenging in medical science. The target of this paper is to understand certain machine learning models (MLMs) detection accuracy with classification techniques and limitations. Many researchers used certain machine learning models called classification techniques like naive bays (NB) decision tree (DT), Cooperative Neural-Network Ensembles (CNNEs) logistic regression (LR), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Least Square Twin Support Vector Machine (LSTSVM), k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Bays Net (BN), Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Multi-Layer Perception (MLP).in general, we have a total of 50+ Features Attributes in the dataset. And we select the most appropriate features to detect the disease by using different features selection techniques to improve the accuracy. Maximum classification accuracy of 96.29% was achieved and we need to improve the accuracy with a minimum amount of time and try to develop single MLMs for detection and selection of precise features to improve the accuracy. Many researchers use hybrid approaches to combine two or more classification techniques (based on selected symptoms and features of a human being) in the layered form to improve the accuracy in terms of percentages. Sometimes it's not more effective and time-consuming. Hence, we need to develop flexible MLMs with feature selection and reduction techniques. Thus, the present study is focused on improving the accuracy. Also, include future perspectives or applications of your study.

 Abstract

The main objective of this research study is to evaluate the impact of socio-economic factors (gender, age, and income) and their various interactions on the preferences of youth towards purchasing branded clothing. Gender, age and income are the three independent variables and preferences of youth towards purchasing branded clothing is the dependent variable for this study. The data for the study were gathered from 435 youths in Nagpur city through a well-structured and self-administered questionnaire. The proposed relationship was investigated empirically by performing three-way ANOVA. Analysis was done using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). This study used availability and purposive sampling techniques for selecting the samples of youth from Nagpur city. The results of three-way ANOVA analysis show that, from the three independent variables: age, income and gender; only income is found to be significantly affecting the preferences of youth towards purchasing branded clothing. The various interaction effects were also found to be non-significant. Therefore, the research concludes that monthly household income of youth significantly influences the preference of youth towards purchase of branded clothing.

 Abstract

Recently, a huge family of various viruses, the coronavirus, has become widespread, contagious and dangerous to all humankind. By exhaling the infected breath, it spreads from person to person, leaving droplets of the virus on various surfaces and being inhaled by others to catch the infection. Therefore, it is important to protect the people around the place from this deadly virus. Everyone should take precautions such as social distance, hand washing every two hours, disinfectant use, social distance, and the most important thing about wearing a mask. Wearing masks in public places is now widespread all over the world. Extreme population of India in a small area has been the hardest and most devastating. This paper proposes a method for recognizing whether masks are turned on in offices and other workplaces with many people. The project used a convolutional neural network for the resolving this social issue. The model is trained on a real dataset and tested with live video streaming with honest accuracy. In addition, the accuracy of the model is perfected by various parameters and several people at different distances and frame positions.

 Abstract

Background: Dementia refers to a group of syndromes that affect the brain and are characterized by progressive global deterioration in intellect including memory learning orientation language, comprehension and judgment. The Dementia Severity Rating Scale (DSRS) is a brief informant-rated, multiple-choice questionnaire made up of 12-items that measure functional abilities. The DSRS requires minimal staff training to administer, takes five minutes to complete, and can be completed via mail, Internet, or phone. The DSRS incorporates a broad range of scores, making this instrument useful for quantifying all levels of functional impairment, and permitting the detection of fine increments of change over time 8. Reliability and validation studies have shown that the DSRS has high reliability, as well as a constant linear rate of change throughout the entire course of AD.
