Pension is a regular payment made by the government or employer to the person of or above the retirement age. In the year 2000, the National Social Security Fund was created in China and it is supervised by the national council of social security fund. Whereas in India, the New Pension Scheme was created in 2004, supervised by Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority(PFRDA).This paper has made an effort to compare the pension schemes of two countries i.e. India and China, on the basis of varoius parametres such as retirement age applicable to receive pension, assets allocation through pension fund and tax benefits to the pensioners. This paper is based on a purposive sampling method and to analyze pension schemes for both the countries secondary source of data is used. This paper has three-goal, first, comparision between the age of the pensioners (male and female) of India and China, followed by second objectiveto compare the assest allocation of penion fund and then further tocompare the tax benefits from pension schemes.Paper concluded that in India, retirement age is more comparing to China and many taxbenefits are provided to pensioners for their contribution. Paper has also identified that in India, a pensioner caninvest his contributionwith a specified limit under the scheme whereas in Chinacomplete contribution amount is being invested in annuities.

Diabetes is fastest growing metabolic disorder. It is also the biggest health challenge which is increasing in number day by day. The latest data states that around 463 million people in world are suffering from Diabetes. Diabetes if undiagnosed, Untreated leads to multiple complications and even premature death. Main factor causing increase in number of patients is lack of awareness and its progress which can lead to irreversible changes in body. Diabetes can be managed and its ongoing complications can be avoided if detected early. In Diabetes carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism are hampered. According to National Urban diabetes survey the estimated prevalence of Prediabetes is 14 % in India. Prediabetes is condition where blood glucose level is higher than normal but not high to be labeled as Diabetes. This is many times a reversible condition from where the further progress of the disease can be arrested and normal metabolism can be achieved. Before the onset of Diabetes type 2 most of the people always in stage Prediabetes condition where Blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not yet that high to be diagnosed as Diabetes. This condition is also referred as Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) or Impaired fasting Glucose (IFG). Ayurved has mentioned Prameha of twenty types. All the brihatrayee have mentioned the treatment for the Prameha. Its clear from the statement that Prameha is reversible and can be cured. Further Madhumeha, a Vataj Prameha has been clearly said to be Asadhya. Our Samhitakars knew the stage of Prediabetes which has been recently declared by World health organization.

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of selected psychological variables with playing ability of Basketball players and Volleyball players. The other purpose of this study was to compare the selected psychological variables between the Basketball and Volleyball players. For the purpose of this study 20 female intercollegiate Basketball Players and 20 female intercollegiate Volleyball Players of Degree College of Physical Education, Amravati were selected by adopting purposive sampling method and the age of the subjects was ranged from 18 to 25 years. The selected psychological variables were Will to Win, Sports Aggression and Sports Competition Anxiety. Will to Win and Sports Aggression were assessed with the help of related questionnaires developed by Anand kumar and P. S. Sukla. Sports Competition Anxiety was also assessed by applying Sports Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT) questionnaire developed by Reiner Martin. Playing ability of Basketball players and Volleyball players were measured by applying Johnson Basketball test and Modified Brady Volleyball test respectively and their scores were recorded accordingly. It was hypothesized that there might be significant relationship in the selected psychological variables with playing ability of Basketball and Volleyball Players. It was further hypothesized that there might be significant difference in the selected psychological variables between the Basketball and Volleyball players. To establish the relationship between the selected psychological variables and playing ability of Basketball and Volleyball players, Pearson's Product Moment Co-efficient Correlation was employed and to determine the significant difference in the selected psychological variables between the Basketball and Volleyball players independent "t" test was employed. The level of significance was set at 0.05 for testing the hypothesis. The findings of the statistical analysis revealed that no significant relationship was observed between Volleyball playing ability and selected psychological variables. Basketball playing ability was negatively correlated with Sports Aggression, whereas and Will to Win and Sports Competition Anxiety were found insignificant. It also revealed that no significant difference was observed in any of the selected psychological variables.

The procedural aspects under Indian Criminal Justice system is based upon the system established by the British in India during thr Raj. At recent times, the system remains the same, more or less, without any major changes. If looked closely, there are fault lines which are existing in the implementation of these criminal justice systems. Basically implementation rests with 3 institutions, i.e. the police, the courts and the prisons. Courts, especially with their inherent powers, play a very vital role in the implementation procedures when it comes to Indian Criminal Justice System

According to Waves optics, the velocity of light remain constant inside denser medium, if the Frequency increases then its wavelength decreases, there by adjusting its velocity. Also, refractive index of medium depends on wavelength of light, for red color refractive index is less than that of violet color, as per Cauchys formula. So the speed of red color is more than violet in denser medium. But this is not true; the speed of all colors remains same (c) inside the crystal between two lattice points. When light enters the denser medium, the photons are being absorbed & emitted continuously. The speed of photon between two consecutive absorption or emission is 3 ?10?^8 m/s , but due to difference in number of absorption and emission of various colors (photons) by atoms, they spent different times inside the crystal. Since massive photon suffers more absorption and emission. Due to this they spent more time inside the transparent medium. If we consider particle nature of light and consider photon as a particle of light, velocity of photon does not remain constant at all the point inside the crystal. Between two lattice points the velocity of photon is greater than v = 2 ?10?^8 m/s for glass medium and at the lattice point during absorption and emission, it is less than v = 2 ?10?^8 m/s. The average velocity, not constant velocity of photon in the glass is v = 2 ?10?^8 m/s. So the expression for refractive index for photon will be = c/l t ,where l is total length path of denser medium and t is the total time taken to cover the length l. So the change in velocity is not due to change in wavelength of photon.

Multifunctional composites offer the ability to increase the ef?ciency, autonomy and lifespan of a structure by performing functions that would have been considered by designers as mutually exclusive. In the present perspective paper, a subclass of multifunctional composites is considered: metamaterials. In this perspective, a multifunctional composite is de?ned as made of two or more materials that perform two or more functions in a manner that is constructive to the overall purpose of the structure where there is no differentiation between structural or non-structural functions. Equally, we de?ne metamaterials are a class of man-made structures that display properties that are opposite to those typically found in nature. These engineered architected materials continue to revisit and extend the boundaries of traditional materials science, opening up a wealth of new opportunities impacting on all aspects of human life. In our work, multifunctional metamaterials are delineated: electrodynamic, acoustic and mechanical. We review the current progress in these types of multifunctional metamaterials in terms of their bandwidth, fabrication techniques and applicability; noting that lattice structures offer considerable potential across all three functionalities. It culminates in the discussion of three key challenges which are seen by the authors as critical in the development of the next generation of lattice-type multifunctional metamaterials; namely, bandwidth, fabrication technique and proof of applicability. Success by the scienti?c community in these areas will lead to 3D multi-scale and multimedia lattice frameworks capable of in?uencing all three types of waves instantly; such a system would be a major technological breakthrough and will rede?ne our concept and understanding of multifunctional metamaterials in the next 1020 years.

In the field of aviation, maintenance of aircraft is an important process which has a direct bearing in ensuring safe operations. Aircraft maintenance personnel mainly comprise of aeronautical engineers as well as Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) who are imparted with requisite knowledge and technical skills for carrying out aircraft maintenance. The maintenance of aircraft is mainly based on preventive maintenance concept which involves various scheduled activities to be carried out by maintenance personnel at regular time periods as laid down by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). In spite of carrying out periodical maintenance of highly reliable modern generation aircraft, there is inherent risk in aviation as To err is Human is an unavoidable aspect in maintenance practices. The consequences of any error on the part of maintenance personnel can be catastrophic resulting in loss of aircrew, passengers and may be disastrous depending on the nature of accident. In most of the aircraft accidents, investigations have revealed that the main causes are attributable to lapses in maintenance activities. Such lapses cannot be eliminated completely as per Murphys Law which says that If anything can go wrong, it will. However, study on behavioural aspects of maintenance personnel and regular audits of workplace have revealed the criticality of Non-Technical Skills (NTS) such as communication, situational awareness, problem solving and adaptability to working under stress. These skills are as vital as the hard technical skills which are required to be developed by the maintenance personnel to ensure operational and maintenance safety at workplace.
