This paper is an attempted to assess the social responsibilities and community participation towards AWC and evaluate non formal preschool education at AWCs in Sivasagar district of Assam. The sample of 90 respondents was selected from different AWCs located in Sivasagar district of Assam. A purposive sampling technique (non probability sampling) has adopted for sample selection and exploratory research design has adopted to access the social responsibilities, community participation and evaluation of non formal preschool education at AWCs. The main tools for collection of data were interview schedule and observation method. Though there is a good number of studies on Anganwadi system under ICDS, the proper evaluation of social relationships, community participation and the works for preschool education have not received due attention yet. The study revealed that people are not aware of what ICDS is and what programmes and benefits are there for them. There is no relation, linkage or co-ordination between the local clubs, youth organization and Mahila Mandal with the AWC, which is a vital weakness and should be overcome to strengthen the process of community participation.

The traditional methods of teaching language, like the structural, humanistic and natural methods that served for many years have been not really not effective because they give limited attention to teaching language for purposeful communication. The communicative approach which is (as its name suggests) an approach and not a rigidly defined method and its development was a reaction against the mechanical pattern practice and the belief that language usage is the result of conscious learning of grammar. Communicative language teaching (CLT) emphasized the need to teach communicative competence as opposed to linguistic competence. In other words, while the learners use the language they also get feedback and, in the process, learn the language . The paper discusses some merits of the communicative approach in language teaching.

In the present investigation, comparative study protein content of selected fresh water fishes and crab Barytelphusa cuniculars. Fishes and crabs were collected from Girna dam. Crabs Barytelphusa cuniculars is widely available in Nashik region. The nutritive value of fish is more recognized in our society compare to crab meat. But crab meat is better than fish because crab meat comprises essential amino acid, minerals which are essential for human growth. Consumers have no idea about nutritive value of crab. The present work attempt to provide details about crab meal and suggested crab meal better than fish meal

The introduction of Internet has led to the introduction of the timely breaking news websites that offer a variety of information to the users with no issue. The content of the online news portals covers all categories of news including sports, politics, entertainment etc. Generally the details of the news stories will be attached to a link particularly a hypertext or a thumbnail. When the user clicks on the link the original source page will open and user can read the news story. There may be the benefit of time, cost, space and environmental friendly in news accessing. As like the wide acceptance of digitization in other areas, in News portals also created a great influence in the mind of news readers. The content, structure and technology together made this influence over conventional newspapers. This study examines the level of understanding about the impact of change of news from paper to portal in teenagers of Northern districts of Kerala Kozhikode and Kannur.

There are different life cycle models available for developing various types of software. Every Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model has some advantages and some limitations. In that case software developers decide which SDLC model is suitable for their product. Further, we need development of software in a systematic and disciplined manner. This is advantage of using a life cycle model. A life cycle model forms a common understanding of the activities among the software engineers and helps to develop software in a proper manner, so that time can be reduced. The objective of this paper is to compare all traditional or existing SDLC model with our Proposed SDLC model for development of software in effective and efficient manner.

This study is set out to explore and purify the L-glutaminase from Bacillus subtilis. Hepatocellular carcinoma has low worldwide prognosis and is one of the most prevalent forms of malignancies. Accumulating data shows the beneficial impact on the occurrence of diverse cancers of amino acid depleting enzymes. Here we investigated the effects of Bacillus subtilis L-glutaminase on Hep-G2 cell lines by in vitro antioxidants and anticancer activity. The enzyme was purified 22.9-fold from a cell-free extract with a final specific activity of 35.71 IU/mg and the recovery was 32.45%. DPPH radical scavenging activity of l-glutaminase IC50 value is 88.34?g/ml. MTT assay reveals IC50 value of L-glutaminase is 161.7?g/ml. These results together suggest that L-glutaminase plays a key function in liver cancer.

Today, We are living in IT era and an ever growing interest in Internet of Things (IoT) with Web technologies are unleashing a true potential of designing a broad range of high-quality consumer applications. These all are used in smart home, smart cities, smart buildings, smart agriculture, smart business and smart health also which are currently benefiting and will continue to benefit from IoT and Web technologies in a foreseeable future. Similarly, semantic technologies have proven their activeness in various domains and a few among multiple general challenges which semantic Web technologies are addressing are to (i) Improve machine interpretation, (ii) Resolve heterogeneity for various devices, (ii) Provide self description of data and Integration, (iii) Help to extract new knowledge and (iv) interoperability for representation, management and storage of data. In this paper, our focus will be on the combination of Semantic Web and IoT technologies for house hold devices and we will present to our audience that how a merger of these technologies is leading towards an evolution from IoT to Semantic Web of Things (SWoT). Also introduce the basics of Internet of Things, Semantic, Semantic Web, Existing tools and technology, Comparison of existing tools and semantic technology in IoT devices to demonstrate how semantic web technologies become robust for House hold IoT devices and what are the reasons that suggest we should implement semantic web for IoT devices.
