The development of technology and technological advancement as made smartphone to become essential part of daily life of people. Smartphone are used as a source of communication device, socialized tool, entertainment, internet and even payment tool. Online payment apps with the support of mobile technology as allowed the owners of smartphone to carry out many financial transaction and identification implements. Cryptography is often used in an information technology security environment to protect data that is sensitive, has a high value, or is vulnerable to unauthorised disclosure or undetected modification during transmission or while in storage. Cryptography relies upon two basic components: an algorithm (or cryptographic methodology) and a cryptographic key. This Recommendation discusses the generation of the keys to be managed and used by the approved cryptographic algorithms. This paper proposed first approach method Minutiae points from fingerprint using Image Processing and Texture features from iris (MIPT) for cryptographic key generation from multimodal biometrics, extraction of Minutiae points from fingerprint using Image Processing, extraction of Texture features from Iris, feature level fusion of fingerprint and iris features. Simulation and experimental results are verified using MATLAB/Simulink platform.

Labor or childbirth is series of events that take place in the genital organs in an effort to expel the viable products of conception (fetus, placenta and the membranes) out of the womb through the vagina into the outer world. Active Management of Third Stage of Labour (AMTSL) as a prophylactic intervention is composed of a package of three components: 1) administration of an uterotonic, preferably oxytocin, immediately after birth of the baby; 2) controlled cord traction (CCT) to deliver the placenta; and 3) massage of the uterine fundus after the placenta is delivered. WHO recommendations have supported active management of the third stage of labour (AMTSL) as a critical intervention for PPH prevention. The aim of the study was to assess Knowledge and Practice of Active Management of Third Stage of Labour (AMTSL) among nurses working in selected hospitals of Kashmir. A non-experimental approach with Descriptive Correlational design was used for this study. The sample comprised of 30 nurses working in selected hospitals of Kashmir. Purposive sampling technique was used to select sample. Data was collected by using self-structured knowledge questionnaire and checklist. The findings of the study revealed that maximum number of subjects were in the age group of 20-30 years 29(96.7) with 12(40%) of subjects having qualification BSC (N), highest number of subjects 24(80%) were working as junior staff nurses and all 30 (100%) of subjects were Muslims. The study indicates that majority of subjects had adequate knowledge scores 15(50.0%) and practices score 18(60%). There was no correlation between knowledge and practice scores among subjects. Moreover, there was significant association between the score level and demographic variable viz; source of information (chi square=4.531, p value= 0.339). Hence the study concluded that knowledge is independent of practice.

The Finger-Print identification, acts as the significant role in the security environment, custom-access, enforcement of the law and for investigation in the forensics department. This finger-print detection problem faces the elastic-distortion in the finger-prints which turns out to be the main case in the false-matching of the images. In this cases, prevailing in some of the application this problem will give a chance to malicious-users to indulge purposely for the distortion of images and to omit the identification-process. Effective detection system would enable the individuals to obtain the secure-based and enjoyable life-style. Hence to overcome this distortion and to pursue the detection process, several machine-learning approach, classification techniques and the neural-approached were employed for the acquisition of finger-prints, finger-prints classification, detection-phases and in the analysis phase of finger-prints. In this paper, the recent literature-evaluation of the fingerprints-classification algorithms, machine-learning approaches for handling the distortion, neural-network approaches, various finger-prints applications, detections and rectification of the original fingerprint images by the various classifiers and involving the several feature-extraction methods. Additionally, the comparative-analysis is generated by the comparisons of machine-learning algorithms, classifiers studies in accordance to the classification terms, matching phenomena, extraction of the features and the spoof-detections. At the conclusions, the challenges associated to the finger-print analysis is discussed and the future plans is also stated.

Demonetarization is an economic activity to cancel the existing currency in an economy. In India, 2016 November 08 witnessed such an act from Government of India. The government proposed the demineralization with an objective of saving the economy from black money, counterfeit notes and terrorism funding. This study proposed to evaluate the impact of demonetarization for a period of pre and post 100 days and what was the trend if there was no demonetarization. Data for analyzing the study taken from secondary market ,particularly from NIFTY-50. Liner regression and Graphs are the tools using here in this study.

Abstract: For easy and safe navigation of visually challenged people, by detecting obstacles & people, through a detection system which uses UVC camera. This visual detection system detects obstacles up to 300cm using Sonar and sends back the feedback by beep sound and alerts the person with the objects location. Along with this an UVC webcam is affixed with 32 bit ARM micro-controller. This is featured along with algorithm to the visually challenged people walking sticks. The above mentioned setup supports image-processing, which processes images and sends response post detection, which measures the properties of the obstacle i.e., identifying human through facial & object detection. Algorithms is implemented in open CV which executes in LINUX.
