The attention of the investigators on natural fibre reinforced composites grows fast both in terms of their industrial applications and fundamental research. Their availability, renewability, low density and price as well as satisfactory mechanical properties make them an attractive ecological alternative to glass, carbon and other man-made fibres used for the manufacturing of composites. The utilization of bamboo fibres as reinforcement in composite materials has increased tremendously in recent years as a response to the increasing demand for developing biodegradable, sustainable, and recyclable materials. Dendrocalamus strictus, the botanical name of bamboo used for the purpose, makes this effort a socially relevant project, as this species is richly available throughout India. Though the present research is focused mainly on the bamboo fibre reinforced composites, their relative evaluation can only be made on comparing them with a similar set of composites with some conventional synthetic fiber. The measured values of the physical and mechanical properties, like, Density and Void Fraction, Micro-hardness , Tensile Properties, etc. of the bamboo fiber reinforced epoxy composites filled with different particulate fillers are compared with those of a similar set of glass fibre reinforced composites filled with same particulate fillers.

The relation among religion and happiness can be tricky to define. While both make up part of a person's well-being, belief and trust. Where Happiness refers to an individual's emotions, feelings or moods there the same research found the happiest people tend to be religious and more devotee towards various rituals perform in the society thereafter it is associated with the feeling of contentment. Various threads has been linked with the term happiness to get some meaningful relationships over the years. Therefore, it become interesting to find out some imperative correlation if any exist among the religious activities and happiness. In the present paper we attempt to find out the linage between these two variables in India with the sample of approximately 4000 individuals that was taken from World Value Survey 6 i.e. 2010-14.

1. Abstract: We discuss graphs of type G(k) i.e. one point union of k-copies of G for cordial labeling. We take G as triple-tail graph. A triple-tail graph is obtained by attaching a path Pm to any three vertices which forms a path p3 in given graph C4. It is denoted by triple- tail(G,Pm) where G is given graph and all the three tails are identical to pm. We take G as C4 and restrict our attention to m = 2, 3 and 4 in Pm. Further we consider all possible structures of G(k) by changing the common point and obtain non-isomorphic structures. We show all these structures as cordial graphs. This is called as invariance of different structures of G(k) under cordial labeling.

The paper presents the plan, model, analysis and design of a vertical irregular Commercial Building structure and investigate its performance under various lateral loading conditions. In order to compete in the ever growing competent market it is very important for a structural engineer to save time to provide design guidelines using ETABS 2016. Earthquake occurred in commercial building shows that if the structures are not well designed and constructed with an adequate strength it leads to the complete collapse of the structures. To ensure safety against seismic forces of commercial building hence, there is need of studying of seismic analysis to design earthquake resistance structures. In seismic analysis the response reduction is considered for two cases both Ordinary moment resisting frame and Special moment resisting frame. The main objective of this paper is to study the seismic analysis of structure for static and dynamic analysis in ordinary moment resisting frame and special moment resisting frame. Equivalent static analysis and response spectrum analysis are the methods used in structural seismic analysis. We considered the commercial building of structure for the seismic analysis and it is located in zone A. IS 456:2000 codes is the basic code for general construction in concrete structures, hence all the structural members are designed using limit state method in accordance with the IS 456:2000 code and design aids. The total structure is analyzed by computer with using ETABS 2016 software. We observed the response reduction of cases ordinary moment resisting frame and special moment resisting frame values with deflection diagrams in static and dynamic analysis. The special moment of resisting frame structured is good in resisting the seismic loads. Thus, to provide design guidelines using ETABS 2016 and to find a detailing strategy which will ensure a sufficient level of safety for various levels of loading demands.

Abstract: Businesses all over, whether small or big, need efficient and speedy procedures for exit as much as for start-up. As businesses grow in size there is also a possibility that poor management, bad business decisions or even for that matter fraud, may result in a business becoming unviable, the business becoming unfeasible. A close look at the Indian system neither provides an opportunity for speedy and effective rehabilitation nor for an efficient, coherent or a well regulated exit. The Insolvency & bankruptcy laws were scattered in lot more enactments and could not help recovery as it were time consuming, a need was felt that new stringent laws be enacted which would take care of the existing defaulters in a time bound manner. Also the process of liquidation and also the winding up is very costly, witnessing inordinate delays and resulted in almost erosion of asset value. As we all are aware that an effective insolvency system is an important element of financial system stability. The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) received the assent of the President of India on 28th May, 2016. The Parliament enacted this new law for the reorganization and insolvency resolution of LLP, corporate persons, individuals and partnership firms within a time bound manner for maximization of value of assets and to consolidate the existing framework by creating a single law for insolvency and bankruptcy. There is a need to change the negative perception of recovery and litigation associated with the debt recovery mechanism prevalent in India. The IBC is to facilitate a better and faster debt recovery mechanism. The IBC is very clear, only in case there is failure to work out a resolution plan under the corporate insolvency resolution process which is prescribed under the code, then and then only the corporate debtor must be liquidated.

ABSTRACT: The determination of heavy metal in sewage water, soil and plant growing along the discharge channel of Sharada industrial effluent. Pollution is the release of contaminant natural environment and should be evaluated for the safety level weather it is free from contamination of heavy metals. Most of the study that have conducted in soil, plant and water samples showed that heavy metals exit in soil, water and plant samples. This study focuses on sewage water, soil and plant along the discharged channel of Sharada industrial effluent because it is widely used and it became the basic need for farming and irrigation around the area. The evaluation of the safety level of sewage water, soil and plant is very important. Hence, this study is done to achieve a few objectives. That are to determine the concentration of heavy metals in sewage water, soil and plant samples weather they are safe or not according to the standard of water quality, soil and plant for heavy metals by WHO and EPA. So as to determine the concentration of each element in order to identify which is the most concentrated and vice versa. This study compares the level of heavy metals concentration according to the types of site sampling from industrial agricultural and housing areas. By using AAS, the result of this study showed that the levels of most heavy metals concentration exceed the limit for the level of the soil, plant and water quality. Therefore, some of the sample analyzed in this study is not safe for consumption because the lead, zinc, chromium and cadmium content were higher than the permitted level.
