Prevalence of otitis media to be 9.2% (54/ 587) in children 0-5 years old. [1] which shows there are multiple risk factors of incidence of Chronic Otitis media in pediatric age group. The factors for high incidence of Chronic Otitis media in pediatric age group, the variation in clinical presentation in cases of Otitis media and the factors that allow acute infections within the middle ear and mastoid to develop into chronic infection is on account of morbid susceptibility. There is a need for the basic conceptual understanding of chronic media otitis in the perception of states of susceptibility, and the correlation between susceptibility (which is qualitative) and its role in the evaluation of the disease phenomenon, treatment as well as expression of susceptibility in clinical presentation of chronic Otitis media which is the need of time.

Four Schiff-bases were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino phenol, 2-amino thiophenol, 2-amino pyridine and 2-amino benzoic acid with 2-acetyl furan and these compounds with reacted with Pb (II) acetate to get their respective complexes. All the compounds and their Pb (II) complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and I.R. spectral studies. They compounds were also screened for their biological, anti-bacterial and antifungal agents. (Key Words: Schiff-bases, I.R. spectral biocidal studies)

Many beliefs about emotions are gendered in the sense that they communicate ideas about feelings that are viewed as more usual, appropriate, or natural for one sex. Gender disparities, societal attribution, and suppression of anger are the main focus of this paper. This paper initially discusses what anger is. The relevant work on gender differences in anger is then reviewed, with an explanation of the gender prejudices associated with anger expression and experience. Then, it is discussed how suppressing emotions may be detrimental to one's mental and physical well-being. The paper concludes with suggestions for coping strategies to manage the suppression of anger and advice for busting the enduring myths regarding women's anger.

Drip irrigation along with fertigation reduces the wastage of water and chemical fertilizers and subsequently optimizes the water and nutrient use by making them available at the point of their use and as per crop demand, which finally increase water and nutrient use efficiency. This modern agro-technique provides an excellent opportunity to maximize yield and minimize environmental pollution such as leaching of nutrients and chemicals by increasing fertilizer use efficiency, minimizing fertilizer application and increasing return on the fertilizer invested.120% recommended dose of fertilizer significantly improved the growth (plant height, number of leaves per plant, average weight of bulb, polar and equatorial diameter of bulb). Whereas, 120% RDF revealed maximum marketable yield and minimum neck thickness which showed good quality parameter. Yield attributes i.e. bulb yield per hectare was maximum with 120% RDF which was statistically at par with other two fertilizer levels. Spacing and fertilizer levels showed significant effect on yield parameter (bulb yield per hectare and marketable yield) and their interaction was non-significant. The maximum bulb yield and marketable yield (q/ha) was recorded with F3S1 (120% RDF with 10 x 7.5 cm spacing) which was statistically at par with other treatment combination, except F2S1 (100% RDF with 10 x 7.5 cm spacing). Combine effect of two factors did not show any remarkable influence on growth parameter (plant height, no. of leaves and neck thickness), yield attribute (average weight of bulb, polar and equatorial diameter) and quality parameter (rotten bulb and TSS).

The biometric systems are increasingly used in our society. In this paper, we will address on one of these system: the biometric authentication using voice. Starting from the general background of the existing biometric systems we will proceed to analyze each step of a voice authentication system. We will describe the principles of application and at the same time the main problems related to this system, like security and reliability of this kind of system. Like every other authentication system, this one can be target of threats and attacks to its security and we will try to explain the main ones. Therefore we will give an overview about how the system is used in practice
