The accurate determination of drug content and purity is a critical aspect of pharmaceutical research and industrial manufacturing. Spectrophotometric techniques, such as UV-Visible (UV-Vis) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, have emerged as powerful tools for this purpose. This paper explores the role of spectrophotometric methods in bridging the gap between research and industrial applications in the context of drug determination. Through a comprehensive review of the literature, we highlight the significance of spectrophotometry in pharmaceutical analysis. We discuss how these techniques have evolved from academic research to practical industrial use, revolutionizing drug quality control, formulation development, and regulatory compliance.

There has been prolonged debate with some of my friends in understanding the applicability of Gandhism in the modern corporate world that talks of stocks, prices, stoplosses and margins every day. To worsen the state of their minds, a question of what is there in today's modern management principles and leadership skills, has also been started lingering around. One would have to go through the whole history to study Gandhian methods and leadership principles and come out with an answer to convince my friends who really want to know the "truth". But, it could not be possible as there are very few management and leadership related books and resources during the beginning of the last century. Also, most of the practices and leadership skills are formulated only in the later part of the century. A thorough and definite understanding of Management and Leadership is required to further explore in this direction. In the above context, the current research paper tries to find out the relevancy of Gandhian principles in today's corporate world, to what extent they can be applied in Indian as well as global business houses and most importantly how can managers benefit from these principles in improving their way of working.

In modern era, Intellectual Property (IP) is recognized as a property all over the world and there is a huge scope and protection for the person's, who invented or produced any lawfully allowed intellectual outcome from his/her effort, capital and time. The person's are allowed to enjoy monopoly right over their invention or for any work for certain years. Intellectual Property is allowed inventor or author or owner of the work exploit commercially or allow others to exploit commercially. In the era of evolution of Internet, E-Commerce and Information Technology there is a scope for domain name under trademarks. Holding and registering a domain name for a company is as much important as holding and registering the name and logo of the company. So it is very necessity to know about domain name, its protection and legal issues in this article.

This paper presents five different proofs of the projection theorem, also known as the orthogonal projection theorem or the perpendicular projection theorem. The projection theorem states that for a vector space V equipped with an inner product, given a closed subspace W of V, every vector v in V can be uniquely decomposed as the sum of a vector w in W and a vector w? orthogonal to W. The proofs presented in this paper offer various perspectives and approaches to understanding and demonstrating the projection theorem. The first proof utilizes a geometric approach, visually illustrating the projection of a vector onto a subspace and demonstrating the uniqueness of the projection using the Pythagorean theorem. The second proof employs matrix representation, expressing vectors as matrices and showing how the projection can be computed using matrix multiplication. The third proof utilizes direct computation, expressing vectors as linear combinations of orthonormal basis vectors and proving the uniqueness of the projection by analyzing the coefficients. The fourth proof adopts a least squares approach, highlighting the projection as the vector that minimizes the distance between a given vector and the subspace. By formulating the problem as a system of normal equations, the uniqueness of the projection is derived. The fifth proof explores the concept of orthogonal decomposition, demonstrating that the set of vectors obtained by subtracting elements from the subspace forms a closed subspace. The orthogonal nature of these vectors further establishes the uniqueness of the projection.Through these diverse approaches, this paper offers a comprehensive understanding of the projection theorem, shedding light on its geometric, algebraic, and matrix-based interpretations. By presenting multiple proofs, readers gain a deeper insight into the fundamental principles underlying the projection theorem and its application in various mathematical contexts.

This paper endeavors to explore a complex and multifaceted element of geo-politics, reflecting the evolving dynamics of international security and the EU's aspirations for global stability. It provides an analysis of the EU's security engagement in Afghanistan, examining its objectives, challenges, and overall impact on the country's security landscape. In the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the EU recognized the need to address the security threats emanating from Afghanistan, particularly concerning terrorism, regional stability, and human rights. The EU's engagement in Afghanistan primarily aimed to support the stabilization and reconstruction efforts, enhance security, promote governance and rule of law, and foster socioeconomic development. These goals were pursued through a comprehensive approach, combining military, diplomatic, and development initiatives. It's security engagement in Afghanistan was marked by a significant military contribution through the deployment of troops as part of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and later the Resolute Support Mission (RSM). This military involvement aimed to provide security, build Afghan security forces' capacity, and assist in counterinsurgency operations. However, the EU's military engagement faced numerous challenges, including the resilience of insurgent groups, the complexity of the Afghan conflict, and the difficulties in achieving sustainable security gains. Furthermore, the EU played a crucial role in supporting political processes, including elections and peace negotiations, as well as advocating for human rights, gender equality, and the empowerment of marginalized groups. The overall impact of the EU's security engagement in Afghanistan remains complex. While progress was made in certain areas, such as capacity building, governance, and education, the country continues to face significant security challenges and socioeconomic disparities. The EU's involvement has contributed to shaping Afghanistan's security landscape, but the task of achieving lasting stability and peace remains elusive. The paper focuses upon: The primary objectives of the European Union's security engagement in Afghanistan in the post-9/11 era, and to what extent were they achieved? How has the EU's security engagement in Afghanistan evolved over time, and what implications does this have for future EU involvement in conflict areas and fragile states? The paper is based on secondary sources as well as primary sources. The primary sources are taken from government documents, and the United Nations official websites.

Rape is simply the ultimate weapon, which men use to exercise power over women. Rape is an expression of the need to illustrate that power of supremacy, which men enjoy over women and the exercise of that power is condoned and encouraged by existing social attitude and practices. Rape is the manifestation of institutional coercion that flows from the structure of economic, social and political relations between men and women in general- a type of structure that discourages women for asserting themselves physically, emotionally, socially and financially. Race, class, caste, minority, religion, culture are few of the factors that affect the causation and experience of rape. Rape triggers off different types of reactions to the victim and to the society. The reactions of the victim are not same because of the varying degrees of physical and mental suffering endured by them. In view of the grave social consequences which may follow after the occurrence of rape, it is not surprising that majority of the rape victims prefer not to report the crime at all. Rape is the most under reported of all violent crimes. Victims and their family members, who consider reporting the rape, are often discouraged from doing do, due to the law enforcement officials and the sensational and undesirable publicity that is given to such crimes. To avoid humiliation and harassment at the hands of law enforcement officials and denigration in the society, victims generally refrain from reporting the crime. This deliberate silence regarding the reporting of rape cases reinforces the view that some forms of human behaviors are inevitable, which should not be made public and as we are powerless to prevent them, we must insulate ourselves from them. This view propagates rape as an inevitable accomplishment of human society, a natural fact that we must learn to live with.

study uses data from the period of 2010-2020. The results suggest that there is a negative relationship between GDP growth and fiscal deficit in the short run, indicating that an increase in fiscal deficit leads to a decrease in GDP growth in the same period. However, in the long run, the relationship is not significant, suggesting that fiscal deficit does not have a significant impact on the GDP growth of India. The study also explores the impact of other macroeconomic variables on the relationship between GDP growth and fiscal deficit. The results show that inflation has a negative impact on the relationship in the short run, indicating that an increase in inflation leads to a decrease in GDP growth in the same period when fiscal deficit is high. However, in the long run, inflation does not have a significant impact on the relationship. The study also finds that exchange rate depreciation has a negative impact on the relationship in the short run, while foreign direct investment has a positive impact on the relationship in the long run. Overall, the study provides useful insights into the relationship between GDP growth and fiscal deficit in India. The findings suggest that policymakers should be cautious when managing fiscal deficit as it may have a negative impact on GDP growth in the short run. However, in the long run, the relationship between the two variables is not significant, indicating that other factors such as inflation, exchange rate, and foreign direct investment are more important in driving economic growth in India.

Cardiac disorders are especially vulnerable if not diagnosed early on due to their greater criticality. The use of medical sensors and wearable devices has led to the development of new methods, such as electronic health records and body area networks, for the continuous monitoring and diagnosis of patients' health issues. Machine learning algorithms are employed for efficient health data classification processes due to the continuous and enormous number of data provided by body area networks. The classification of health data, however, presents the greatest difficulty because of the importance of precision and the requirement for early detection of cardiovascular disorders. Consequently, a major shortcoming of current systems is their inability to diagnose diseases early and with greater accuracy. The primary goal of this study was to suggest a framework that would decrease the dimensionality of medical datasets by omitting superfluous or redundant characteristics, hence increasing classification accuracy while decreasing computational time.

Conduct Disorder has become a major health and social problem. Around the world wide the prevalence of conduct disorder is 5% (Scott, 2007). The disorder may be combination of genetic, environmental and psychological factors. The symptoms of the conduct disorders were majorly exhibited in the schools, because of the maladjustment. The schools teachers plays pivotal role in identifying the primitive symptoms among the children which will be highly helpful in treating them at an earlier stage. The present study focuses to evaluate the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding the conduct disorders on adolescents among 40 higher school teachers who were selected using convenience sampling technique working at Government high school Puducherry. The pretest knowledge were assessed using self structured questionnaire. The planned intervention were given to the study participants on the same day. The post test knowledge was also assessed using the same questionnaire on day 7. The result shows that on post test 75% of the participants were acquired adequate knowledge and 25% were in moderate. The calculated 't' value (t=-18.55). The result clearly showed that the planned teachers programme significant improve the knowledge of school teachers on conduct disorders among adolescents
