 Abstract

Administration data framework, or MIS, comprehensively alludes to a PC based framework that gives chiefs the instruments to arrange, assess, and productively oversee divisions inside an association. Keeping in mind the end goal to give past, present and expectation data, an administration data framework can incorporate programming that aides in basic leadership, information assets, for example, databases, the equipment assets of a framework, choice emotionally supportive networks, individuals administration and venture administration applications, and any electronic procedures that empower the division to run productively. Since tourism is currently developing everywhere throughout the world, the part of lodgings is getting to be more noteworthy than previously. Inns assume a major position in the market, so utilizing manual framework may prompt mistaken administration. Along these lines, utilizing an automated framework is more productive. This framework can't work alone in a lodgingsince it focuses for the most part on reservation forms. The framework needs a bookkeeping framework and an administration data framework so it can serve every one of the requirements of the inn successfully.

 Abstract

Abstract With a population of more than 600 millions a nominal GDP of $ 2.31 trillion, ASEAN (The Association of Southeast Asian Nations), made up of Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillipines, Singapore, Thailand, Combodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos and Brunei Darussalam, is fast becoming a major economic force in Asia and a driver of global growth. India is a major trading partner of ASEAN with approximately 10.5% share of trade. India-ASEAN relations have witnessed remarkable growth in recent years. At the ASEAN-India Commemorative Summit 2012 in New Delhi we elevated our relations to a Strategic Partnership. Our relations have received new momentum under the Act East Policy. The relationship is set to deepen in days to come as the two sides step up their collaboration across a range of economic and strategic issues, including trade and connectivity, culture, people-to-people contacts, trans-national terrorism, and maritime security. With ASEAN and India working towards establishing a Comprehensive Free Trade Area through the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), their cooperation will be key to promoting political stability and economic prosperity in our shared region. There is a lot to be gained from a bilateral engagement between India and the Members of ASEAN in services, especially as the region remains relatively closed to Foreign Service providers. Services tend to be more value-added and generate greater economic returns than production of goods; they also create more jobs and are found to be the more efficient investment. This paper analyses the opportunities in services trade that may arise out of the India- ASEAN Economic Cooperation to makes an assessment of the net gains that could arise from liberalisation of the commercially traded service sector. It analyses the economic scenario in the Asia-Pacific region and takes a macro overview of the trade creation potential of an agreement on trade in services between India and the members of ASEAN and India in the context of the ongoing attempts at multilateral liberalisation and the proliferation of bilateral/regional comprehensive new-age free trade agreements.

 Abstract

Successful deployment of Electronic Health Record helps improve patient safety and quality of care, but it has the prerequisite of interoperability between Health Information Exchange at different hospitals. The Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) developed by HL7 is a core document standard to ensure such interoperability, and propagation of this document format is critical for interoperability. Unfortunately, hospitals are reluctant to adopt interoperable HIS due to its deployment cost except for in a handful countries. A problem arises even when more hospitals start using the CDA document format because the data scattered in different documents are hard to manage. In this paper, we describe our CDA document generation and integration Open API service based on cloud computing, through which hospitals are enabled to conveniently generate CDA documents without having to purchase proprietary software. Our CDA document integration system integrates multiple CDA documents per patient into a single CDA document and physicians and patients can browse the clinical data in chronological order. Our system of CDA document generation and integration is based on cloud computing and the service is offered in Open API. Developers using different platforms thus can use our system to enhance interoperability.

 Abstract

Our lives continue converging with an advancing innovation, which keeps progressing and changing our society. The recent development of 3d innovation brings about highly realistic and immersive resolution visuals as the resultant stereoscopic image provides a perception of the depth. The primary motivation behind the 2D-to-3D image transformation is to create the second view picture of an input 2D image that feels intentional. Conversion includes two procedures to be specific namely, the depth estimation of the given input image and the depth image-based rendering. The depth estimation from an image is a very computationally intensive process and a more challenging procedure. Depth estimation methods are been formulated into conventional and semi-automatic approaches. Conventional methods, where no human intervention is needed and an automatic computer algorithm estimates the depth for a single image, however, has not accomplished the level of quality. Therefore to accomplish a superior quality stereoscopic image, a hard segmentation algorithm is been proposed for calculating a better depth map that is fast and strong in preserving the edges. Furthermore, Image noise removal is done by using median filtering technique and the cross-bilateral filtering is used which smoothes away the local variations without affecting the strong edges which are especially reasonable for the applications with a 3d stereoscopic display.

 Abstract

Shyam Selvadurai is an immigrant Canadian novelist whose family migrated to Canada in the wake of ethnic conflicts in Sri Lanka. Born to a Tamil father and a Sinhala mother, Selvadurai became aware of the ethnic tension in his country during his childhood only. As a growing child he could very well experience the bitterness and the consequences of ethnic hatred within his own family. His fiction is, therefore, a very meticulous amalgam of the vicissitudes of his own life and the gradual disintegration of his country due to incessant strife between the Tamils and the Sinhalese. His novel Cinnamon Gardens is a fine rendering of the causes which led to the situation of ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka. This paper would attempt to critically explore the narrative of Cinnamon Gardens to understand the historical as well as socio-political causes which gradually lead to the situation of conflict in Sri Lanka resulting in the dislocation and mass migration of millions of people from the country.

Abstract: Ar?ha is a clinical condition in which structural derangement takes place. The do?as are vitiated due to indulgence in etiological factors by the person that in turn leads to Agnim?ndya that further hampers the functions of Apaana V?yu. The vitiated Apaana V?yu is responsible to get localized in the Mamsa and Meda of guda pradesha, which result into appearance of Mamsa praroh?s or Arsha. There are different modalities of treatment in this disease viz; Bhesaja, Kshara, Agni and Shastra. The treatment of Arsha by Bhai?aja does not produce the complications like putrification, pain and bleeding etc like the other modalities of the treatment. There is a indication of Dantadhya lepa in Arsha. But most of the Acharyas have mentioned only the contents and uses of lepa, but there is no clear indication how to prepare that. The present paper deals the pharmaceutical preparation of Dantadhya lepa.

 Abstract

The Indian economy is extensively depend on development of agriculture. Hence enhancement in field of agriculture is conspicuous for developing country like India. The diseases in rice are mainly caused due to bacteria, fungus and pathogens which leads to decrease in productivity of yield. Manual detection of disease by farmer are challenging and requires constant assistance by experts. Therefore image processing technique are used for identification of type of disease in paddy crops. A small robot unit is used to spray the pesticide according to disease detected (RBB, RB, RSR, RBS).This consists of cost effective devices as microcontroller, wireless camera, sprayer and RF transmitter and receiver.

 Abstract

Structural health monitoring and contol have received a great attention in construction. Nowadays Structural heatlh minitoring is certainly one of the most powerful management tool and is therefore gaining importance the civil engineering community, therefore it is necessary to minitor the structure very properly under applied loads .It helps in the investigation of cracks and damage under applied loads, corrosion due to steel, failure of bonds, excessive strains in concrete and reinforcement steel bars, critical deflection etc. Monitoring, both in the long term and short term, helps to increase the knowledge of the real behaviour of the structure and the planning of maintainance thereoff . In the long term, static monitoring requires an accurate and very stable system, able to relate deformation measurements over years. On the other side, dynamics analysis of structure , or short term monitoring, require of a sysytem capable of measuring deformations occuring over relatively short period of time. Because of the increase awareness and efforts of aging, damage and other natural disaster it has become necessary to introduced the advanced and latest method of monitoring system and should develop new tools for indentifying thecracks and damages in the structure. Today, these tasks are done by visual inspection and very traditional methods such as the tap test. There is a check of cracks in the structure in one to two year with the help of labour for the bridges and there is a need to keep a check on building and infrastrcuture as well. The monitoring of the structure has been used from the last three decades and when the damage is sustainable it has some success and when there is insufficient damage it is not successful. Therefore there is a need to improve the technique of monitoring.

 Abstract

Magic realism or magical realism bears an antithetical aspect. Magic and realism are two different aspects. But these two different aspects are mingled conjuringly to bring a dramatic effect or charm. These two aspects juxtapose and appear in the aesthetic scenario. It is a genre of narrative fiction and more broadly art that while encompassing a range of subtly different concepts, expresses a primarily realistic view of the real world while also adding or revealing magical elements. Magical realists incorporate many techniques that have been linked to postcolonialism, with hybridity being a primary feature. In well known works written by Latin Americans, the message is often one of resentment towards the colonization that took place in the time of their ancestors. So it gives a jerk to the postcolonial sentiments.
