The present study was carried out to preliminary phytochemical evaluation and to characterize the bioactive constituents present is methanolic extracts of alysicarpus monlifier L .(DC) . (PAPILIONACEAE) using UV,FTIR and GC-MS(Preliminary qualitative chemical test for methanolic extract shows the presence of tannins, phenolic compounds, saponins, flavonoids, carbohydrate, phyto sterols.) The crude extracts were scanned in the wavelength ranging from 200-1100nm by using perkin elmer spectrophotomer and the characteristic peaks were detected. For GC-Ms analysis, while the mass spectra of the compounds found in the extract was matched by the NIST library. The FTIR spectrum shows may be the presence of aminoacid, phenol, alkanes, carboxylic acids, aliphatic amines and alkyl halides. The results of the GC-MS analysis, nine chemical constituents have been identified. The major chemical constituents were pentadecanoic acid 14-methyl,1-methyl ester(26.87%), tetradecanoic acid (11.08%), eruic acid (28.02%) and cyclic 3-1,2 ethane diyl acital (11.92%), The Extract was screened for antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureas, pseudomonas, E-coli and basillus Alysicarpus monilifer showed potent antibacterial activity against gram negative and gram positive bacteria.

Enormous information is a lot of data. It has high esteem, volume, speed, veracity, assortment, and inconstancy. In the computerized world, data is created and gathered at the high range. As per IBM and Cisco late report, 3.6 quintillion bytes of data are produced day by day and it will go up to 40 yotabytes (1024) in the year 2020. The patient data from the doctor's facility, data from the administration, private association, saving money, web and cell phones is put away as large information in the cloud. It has both touchy and no sensitive data. Making harm the delicate information will make a genuine harm the general population. As the measure of the information increments, new difficulties of security emerge and it is hard to give security to the data. The customary security instrument isn't suited for ensuring the huge data. So a propelled security technique must be actualized to secure the data.

The main purpose of this survey paper is to familiarize themselves with IoT (Internet of Things) from a broad perspective of protocols, technologies and applications and related issues. The concept of IoT is a combination of multiple technologies. IoT includes the latest versions of RFID, smart objects, namely communication technologies, smart sensors and internet protocols. The main theory is that without external working factors, smart sensors provide applications directly. The future aspect of IoT promises to be the prime center of different technologies that connect sensors to each other and enable smart outputs. In this article, we will discuss the architecture and related technical aspects of the IoT. It also comprise an overview of the IoT technologies, protocols and applications, and related topics. The goal is to create a structure for researchers and application developers to understand how different protocols work, outline some of the key issues related to the IoT, and the relationship between IoT and other technologies.

Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is an utmost concern by many researchers. MecA gene codes for the class of penicillin binding proteins (PBP) which are responsible for antibiotic methicillin resistance. It is a genetic cassette of 52 kb with two recombinase genes. In the present study, Penicillin binding protein sequences of ten intra generic Staphylococci were compared with five selected pathogens of other genera. pBLAST with PSI (Position Specific Iterated) algorithm was used to compare and analyse penicillin binding protein sequences from existing protein sequence databases. The percentage of identity with total query coverage and the relatedness were studied by constructing a dendrogram using MEGA 0.6 software. Further, the functional and structural annotations of ten intra and inter generic PBPs were compiled from Pfam and Uniprot databases for understanding the functional and structural domains.

Various areas related to design of fixture are already been very well described by various renowned authors, but there is a need to couple and apply all these research works to an industrial application. The present volume of this research work integrates all these aspects and the evolutionary functional approach is proved from the fact that real industrial component is considered for fixture designing. The component is case of motor body widely used in automobile industry, made up of aluminum ADC12. The major operations to be performed are drilling and grooving. The research includes design and manufacturing of a fixture, which provides location and clamping arrangement for machining 5 operations on various faces of component in one setup on VMC EZ5 of pallet size 600 mm x 400 mm. Application of hydraulic systems till now was limited to machine tools, material handling devices, transport and other mobile equipment, in aviation systems, etc. but very few applications and research work is carried out on hydraulic fixture. This paper includes the unique aspect of designing and manufacturing 5-cylinder hydraulic fixture for machining case on VMC. While designing this research, a good number of literature and titles written on the subject by renowned authors are referred. The important details of the part and fixture are included in each fixture design section along with component drawing, fixture drawing, 3D view of component & fixture using AutoCAD 2017. Fixture is not only designed but manufactured also, it sets the classical example of design for manufacturing.

Hadoop, the most popular open source implementation of Map-Reduce, stores and processes large datasets in a distributed manner. It is better suitable for offline batch processing. The popularity of Hadoop has grown in the last few years because it carries out analysis of data in a variety of formats, from unstructured data, to semi-structured data, such as logs, to structured data with a fixed schema. The Hadoop Ecosystem includes other tools to address particular needs like Hive and Pig. Hive is a SQL dialect and Pig is a dataflow language for that hide the tedium of creating Map-Reduce jobs behind higher-level abstractions.

The rate at which the detonation wave travels through an explosive column is the Velocity of Detonation (VOD). It is one of the most important properties of explosive on which its performance is dependent. In this paper design and execution of VOD measurement unit is discussed. This unit has to be compatible with a sensor designed earlier and has to work in synchronism with the detonation wave as sensed by the sensor in real time. A high-speed event capturing unit based on the high-frequency stable clock, signal accession hardware to capture fast rising/falling edges of the event and long line driving capability are some of the basic requirements of the unit.

Security refers to protective digital privacy measures that are applied to prevent unauthorized access to computers, databases and websites. Effective network security manages access to network. It targets a variety of threats and stops them from entering or spreading on your network. The various types of attacks that came under the category of active attack and passive attack have been discussed. In this paper we have discussed various security issues and threats at application layer.

Nowadays, with the rapid development of technology, the attacks on networks and computer have been tremendously increasing. One of the serious threats is malware which makes the computer networks more vulnerable to attack from hackers. There exist various methods to detect malware like Signature based algorithms. . But these methods may not prove efficient because of the polymorphism property of the malware and also these detection mechanisms are static. In this paper, efforts have been taken to design a R4 model (Retrieval, Reuse, Revise, Retain) for case based reasoning of malware detection and prevention.

Distributed computing is a developing with worldview with extensive heterogeneous independent frameworks with adaptable computational capacity. For this planning is an essential to enhance the general calculation and increase the benefit. Cloud computing is the form of distributed computing and also a variant of grid computing. It uses highly in commercial and research purpose but one basic challenge is scheduling of the computation process. Scheduling of computation process is NP-hard problem. So effective task scheduler has adaptive sense to reduce the computation time and increase the utilization by increasing throughput. In this paper experiment performed on different optimization algorithms like BFO, ACO, and Genetic algorithm. BFO perform significant effective in throughput, energy, response time and execution time. The average improvement is 10-20% in every defined parameter.

Anaerobic wastewater treatment differs from conventional aerobic treatment. The absence of oxygen leads to controlled conversion of complex organic pollutions, mainly to carbon dioxide and methane. Anaerobic treatment has favourable effects like removal of higher organic loading, low sludge production, high pathogen removal, biogas gas production and low energy consumption.
