The generator frame is the main load-bearing component in generator set. The generator frame consists of assembly of the parts of generator like generator, electrical equipment, accessories, etc. The generator frame must be strong enough to with stand the torque and vibrations loads generated by the generator. The generator frame is mostly made by welded steel plates and bolted connection, so it is complex in structure and cannot be calculated by applying theoretical formula in strength of materials. For this reason, we need to utilize the finite element method to make calculation by means of engineered software. In this project we have considered a generator has a weight of 180Kgs with a production capacity of 10KW.This generator weight of 180kgs is applied as static load on the generator frame. As the generator considered in this project has lot of movable parts, it is subjected to huge vibrations. So, the generator frame is analyzed to check whether it will withstand for these vibrations caused by generator. Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) package is used to perform the analysis. In the present days, CAE package is widely used for different analysis in various fields. In this project a 3D model of the generator frame is done in NX-CAD and is converted into parasolid. This parasolid file is imported into ANSYS to perform finite element analysis. Structural static analysis is performed with a generator weight as static load, and stresses and deflections are documented. In these project dynamic characteristics of the generator frame is also evaluated by performing modal analysis to calculate natural frequencies of generator frame. Spectrum analysis is preformed to check structure behaviour for random vibrations. Efforts are made to optimize the design for the above said conditions. NX-CAD software is used for generating 3D model and ANSYS software is used for doing finite element analysis.

A robot gripper is the physical realization of an electromechanical system to perform physical handling tasks automatically. A robot gripper is an essential element of the robotic system and it is designed to suit industrial application to typically grasp, carry, manipulate and assemble the components. The design of a gripper finger is a difficult task with many considerations such as task requirements, geometry of gripper and the complexity of mechanism. In this thesis, a five fingered robot gripper is designed and modeled in 3D modeling software creo2.0 Motion analysis is performed on the gripper by applying angular displacement to the rotary motors determine angular velocity, angular momentum and motor torque. Static analysis is performed on the robot arm by applying forces of 441.299N and 882.59N and torque of 17.64 N-m and 35.28 N-m using two different materials Alloy Steel and Titanium. Motion analysis is performed in solid works and Finite Element analysis is performed in ansys. Cost analysis is performed in estimating the cost of five finger robot gripper. Material analysis is performed to explore further alternate material options for weight reduction and also design integrity and sustainability. In which it undergoes structural deformations. Thus in this project we are modeling a connecting rod in solid works 2016 design software and doing static structural analysis in ansys work bench 14.5 software. Thus the part which is modeled is converted into igs file to import in ansys work bench and static structural analysis is carried out at 3MPa of pressure load by applying various materials including composite materials, materials used in this project are such as aluminum alloy (which is already existing), 42crmo4, aluminum based composite material reinforced with Boron carbide (Al6061+B4C). By applying these boundary conditions on connecting rod the unknown variables such as stress, deformation, strain, and maximum shear stress are found using the FEA based software (ANSYS). In this we are using the dynamic analysis and the static analysis is use to calculate the deflection of spindle-bearing system. This analysis is to find out the deflections, stress induced And the frequencies of the mode shape for both steel material and 20MnCr5 material in machine tool spindle. This project is on the application of computer aided analysis using finite element method. The boundary conditions, loads, material properties are added according as per the design. The resultant of the deformation and stresses and the frequency of mode shapes obtained are reported and discussed.

Connecting rod is one of the most important part in automotive engine. Connecting rod is the link between piston and crank shaft. Which it converts reciprocating motion of piston into rotary motion of crank shaft. In internal engines connecting rod is mainly made of steel and aluminum alloys (for light weight and absorb high impact loads) or titanium (for higher performance engines and for higher cost). As a connecting rod is rigid, it may transmit either a push or a pull and so the rod may rotate the crank through both halves of a revolution, i.e. Piston pushing and piston pulling. Earlier mechanisms, such as chains, could only pull. In a few two-stroke engines, the connecting rod is only required to push. Due to the increasing demand of the Internet, we are facing a great problem of the depletion of our existing IPv4 (Internet Protocol version 4) network. To solve the situation, we have to use IP version 6 in coming years. But the IPv4 network will not be opt out, but also coexist with IPv6 network. For the transition from IPv4 to IPv6 and vice versa, there are three prominent transition mechanisms are used. They are Dual Stack, Tunneling and Translation. In this paper, the performances of these three mechanisms have been analyzed. IPv6 header format, its security and the routing also have been focused. For the simulation Packet Tracer simulation software has been used.

For designing high speed digital systems, it consider so many factors, among those the Number System, what it uses plays a crucial role. The selected number system must provide inherent properties such as Carry-free operations, Parallelism and Fault Tolerance. All these can be achieved with the use of Residue Number System (RNS). The RNS is an unconventional number system i.e., defined in terms of relatively Prime Moduli Set {m1, m2,.....,mn} that GCD (mi,mj) =1 for i?j. The RNS based system contains three major blocks, such as Forward Converter, RNS Processor and Reverse Converter. For Reverse conversion two algorithms are used i.e. Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) and Mixed Radix Conversion (MRC). The CRT is desirable; because of the data conversion can be parallelized, while MRC is a sequential process by its nature. While designing RNS, the selection of choice of moduli set plays a key role. The 3n-bit dynamic range RNS moduli set {2n-1, 2n, 2n+1} is the most famous RNS moduli set because of its simple and well formed balanced moduli. However, the arithmetic operations with respect to the modulus 2n+1 are complex and dynamic range is not sufficient for applications that require larger dynamic range. The 4n-bit dynamic range four moduli set minimize the dynamic range, and have long conversion delay and asymmetric moduli channel length. In this paper, a special five moduli set (2n-1, 2n, 2n+1, 2n+1-1, 2n-1-1) for even n is proposed. It has high dynamic range (m1*m2*m3*m4*m5), while keeping the moduli small enough and converter efficient. In this paper reverse converter design is done with the CRT and the results are compared with the MRC and also with the three and four moduli sets. The required language is Verilog HDL, and the required Software tool is Xilinx ISE Design Suite 14.7. The simulator is ISim (VHDL/Verilog) and the synthesis tool is XST (VHDL/Verilog).

Now-a-days people are using their smartphones for various purposes like uploading data, sharing data, use of online services, etc. along with their primary functions. But the problem with smartphones is that they are having limited computational and storage resources. Use of cloud computing in mobile computing environment solve this problem which also increases the capacity of mobile devices .But the major concern about the use of cloud is the security issue which also becomes the problem in mobile cloud computing environment. We proposed a light-weighed cryptographic mechanism a proxy re-encryption to solve the data integrity, data security issues in which users has to keep only short secret keys for all cryptographic operations in mobile cloud without involvement of any trusted third party.

Data mining is an interdisciplinary subfield of computer science. Data mining technology enables agricultural business to understand the hidden patterns inside weather conditions, fertilizer, water, insecticide, pesticide, mix crop patterns according to main crop. The information helps agricultural business promote their most profitable crop cultivation way and maximize the profit. In addition it encourages farmer to Sustainable development that they may have been missed or overlooked. Thus data mining technology can be used in agricultural system from the level of designing infrastructure to extract the relationship between crop cultivation, input likes mix crop pattern/modal, fertigation, irrigation, weather season condition, market price analysis for sustainable development thus it can also be used to predict cropping span time , cost and dependencies among other tasks. So the paper focuses for one parameter that how to predict the weather condition for the month so that farmer can be suggested to take decisions accordingly. The algorithm proposed is WEATHERPREDICT.

In previous times, the dynamics of a car body and its design were done manually. This was subjected to a lot of errors and took a lot of time. The analysis was also done manually on real automobiles which resulted in a major loss of resources and cost a lot of money. This was subjected to lot of errors and took a lot of time. To reduce the probability of error occurrence, computer applications were developed to design automobiles and their features. The design of automotive systems using simulation tools features cost reduction and quality enhancement. The evolution of computer aided design (CAD) systems and related technologies has promoted the development of software for chassis modelling. It visualizes the main outputs of the model, which consist in numeric data and graphic elements. This reduces the simulation time dramatically and enables the optimization process to come to successful results. The following paper presents the method of modelling and design of the car body using modern software tools, to obtain as much as possible a realistic model suitable for further analysis. The work is based on elements of aerodynamics and vehicle dynamics and impact of external influences on it. This paper presents the procedures for obtaining the results from a combination of more modern tools (CCM+), which is certainly a trend in modern ways of designing and constructing.

India is a country where agriculture is very important sector. The production and profit gained from agriculture mainly depends on the quality and quantity of the crop being grown. For this it is very important that the plants should be protected from any of disease that may adversely affect the quality and quantity of the crop. Thus, it is very important to detect the disease affected crop if any and diagnosis of the disease at the early stage itself. This can reduce the loss of the crop. In our project, a deep-learning approach is being proposed to detect and classify banana leaf diseases. In particular, we make use of the LeNet architecture as a convolutional neural network to classify image data sets. Our system can efficiently predict the banana leaf disease and will suggest remedies for the disease being predicted
