 Abstract

This journal explores the historical perspective of the Matua religion's impact on the upliftment of the Indian Namasudra community in the post-independence period. Founded by Harichand Thakur in the late 19th century, the Matua movement sought to address the socio-economic, educational, and cultural challenges faced by the marginalized Namasudras. The post-independence era presented a complex landscape for the Namasudra community, grappling with historical discrimination and economic marginalization. The Matua religion emerged as a guiding force, advocating for land reforms, economic empowerment, educational initiatives, and cultural revival. This abstract provides an overview of the socio-historical context, highlighting the transformative role of the Matua movement in reshaping the destiny of the Namasudra community. The subsequent sections delve into the specific dimensions of socio-economic upliftment, educational empowerment, cultural renaissance, and the challenges and triumphs encountered on this journey towards a more inclusive and equitable society.

 Abstract

The escalation of occupational stress and the concomitant reduction in personal leisure time have contributed to an increased reliance on medications and drugs. These pharmaceuticals serve as pivotal resources for preserving human life, especially in critical medical situations. To ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of medications, regular monitoring is imperative. Despite the multitude of medications stocked in stores, instances of theft, expiration, or misplacement are prevalent, often driven by personal avarice. In order to avert such circumstances and safeguard patient lives, the implementation of a Drug and Medicine Monitoring Model is recommended. This model leverages RFID and IoT technology to meticulously monitor the inventory of drugs and medicines within the store. Through the deployment of this system, pharmacists or hospitals gain comprehensive insights into the availability, quality, location, and safety of medications and drugs.

 Abstract

Primary healthcare is a critical component of health service delivery, serving as the foundation for protecting, maintaining, and restoring health. In India, the concept of primary healthcare was established by the Bhore Committee in 1946. Over the past six decades, there have been significant improvements in primary healthcare services, infrastructure, and related healthcare indicators. However, several challenges remain in achieving universal health coverage. This review article examines the evolution of India's primary healthcare system, highlighting current and future challenges. The study involved a comprehensive literature review of indexed and non-indexed journals, websites of important organizations, and national programs related to primary healthcare in India. Key findings and recommendations are discussed to address the identified challenges and improve the primary healthcare system.

 Abstract

The problem of finding an appropriate parking space is a challenging one, particularly in large cities. With the increase in car ownership, parking spaces have become scarce. The growing demand for these spots coupled with limited availability has led to imbalances between supply and demand. A lack of adequate parking management systems has resulted in many streets being littered with illegally parked cars. A scalable, reliable, and efficient parking management system is needed to combat this problem. Deep learning-based computer vision techniques have emerged as promising solutions for such problems. These technologies have had a huge impact on the field of image recognition and processing. They also present great potential for further applications in the area of vehicle tracking. Hence, they can be used to detect parking spots. A densely packed city center can be an unbearable place to park your car. Finding parking spaces can prove frustrating if you're not careful. Automatic smart parking systems promise to ease the burden of finding a spot in busy areas. To help drivers find a parking spot, we have developed a vision-based smart parking framework. First, we divided the parking lot into blocks and categorized each block to determine whether it was occupied or empty. Then we sent information about the availability of free or reserved parking to motorists on their smartphones. Our system demonstrates superior performance compared to commercially available solutions because it offers higher accuracy.

 Abstract

Abstract: The queer people are 'strange', at least that's what the name suggests. Their strangeness is ridiculed, ostracized and mocked on all societal and corporate fronts. Though the 'difference' was celebrated in pre-colonial India, the Criminal Tribes Act (1871) imposed by British India's Governor-General put the community under negative strands. The decriminalisation of Section 377 of the IPC in 2018 brought a breath of fresh air into their existence. Fashion has become their arena of self-expression and has given them the power of freedom, through which the very 'difference' is appreciated, identified, respected, and treasured. Very few research papers are published in the area of Indian queer fashion. "My language of rebellion is not asking people for acceptance, but about showing them that I am queer and so is my fashion," says Luna, a gay model (2023). The first part of the paper will discuss the queer history of India, including the spiritual connection. It will also discuss traditional genderless Indian costumes like dhoti, kurta, and angrakha. The second part of the paper will bring about an elaborate portrayal of many firsts in queer fashion in India. The details will include the first trans fashion designer, Saisha Shinde; the first talent management agency dedicated to the queer community, Current Management; the first LGBTQ Pride shop in Mumbai, TRIB Fashion; the first transgender model to feature in the India Fashion Show, -Anjali Lama; and the first LGBT fashion show in India, at Agra in 2016. The third part of the paper will highlight a few collaborative community projects that involve LGBTQ+ activists, artists, designers, and models who weave the web of unity through freedom and empowerment. Lakme Fashion Week 2018, Feronia Fashion Night (the event that encourages only queer people to be the participants); the exclusive brands for LGBTQ+ - BeUnic; queer-owned small businesses - Gagged and Sassage Stickers; Inclusive fashion brands available in India - H&M, Marc Jacobs, Levi's, Calvin Klein and Adidas; The last part of the paper will amplify the achievements of Indian queer designers who rule the roost in the fashion world - Rohit Bal, Param Sahib and others. It will also deal with Pranshu - a 16-year-old queer artist from Ujjain who ended his life owing to the hateful comments he received when posting his video on his Instagram handle (2023).

 Abstract

Shiva and Hinduism are expressed by different authors form India in different languages from time immemorial. Amish Tripathi is the one who popularized Shiva and many other gods to the people of English reading community with his Shiva Trilogy. Shiva Trilogy includes three novels: The Immortals of Meluha(2010), The Secret of the Nagas (2011) and The Oath of the Vayuputras (2013). Here Shiva the mythical character and his family is narrated in the backdrop of Sanatana Dharma or Hinduism. He used science and technology in this novel to depict Shiva in a different light. Amish's Shiva's human quality and appearance is accepted by more than 40 million readers of the world. Shiva is also presented by Namita Gokhale but is completely in contrast with Amish's Shiva and she depicted Shiva as god as per Hinduism with all its rituals and belief (bakthi) and this book was also read by many as she is a powerful writer. Both of them selected Shiva as their hero because of his wide acceptability by all alike.

 Abstract

Nouveau Humanist Traditions and Standpoints In Mainstream The paradigmatic shift from humanism to nouveau narrative called posthumanism is all set to have a pop up in the western as well as other ethnicities. The unsurpassable human intelligence is being overshadowed by the artificial intelligence which is the most discussed hotpot of current scenario. The onto epistemological regularity of post humanism is discussed in the mixed perception of humanity where Donna Haraway (1985) has pointed out the origin without any origin, secondly the term posthumanism can be seen as post humanism that is a strong critique of human supremacy. The objective of my proposed research paper is to substantiate how this genre helps producing more great and productive and rich ideas that not only excel through the technological advancement but also through change in cultivating humanity. These dystopian post humanist ideas in literature will enable us to subsume both pros and cons of new ideas and advancements along with the disrupting equivalence of society and human being and disheaveled approaching posterity.

 Abstract

Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy, and its growth and sustainability are critical for ensuring food security and economic development. However, the sector faces numerous challenges, including unpredictable weather patterns, natural disasters, and price fluctuations, which significantly impact farmers' livelihoods. Agricultural insurance has emerged as a vital tool to mitigate these risks and empower farmers to withstand uncertainties. This research paper examines the evolution of agricultural insurance in India, examining policy initiatives, government interventions, and institutional frameworks. It examines crop, livestock, and weather-based insurance products, highlighting their effectiveness in financial security. The paper also examines technology and data analytics' role in enhancing schemes' efficiency. It explores India's agricultural insurance sector's challenges, such as limited farmer awareness, delayed claim settlements, and innovative risk assessment methodologies. It emphasizes the importance of insurance in empowering agriculture and promoting resilience, especially in the face of climate change.

 Abstract

North East is an umbrella term, a uniform phraseology which collectively refers to the eight Indian states-Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim commonly known as North Eastern Council (NEC). Is a wonderful place, a frontier territory, an onto-teleological concept that encompasses cultural, lingual and socio-political differences. From the view point of political convenience, North East is marginalized in case of issues like border, boundary, identity, center, mainland, nationality and the likes. In the words of Bibhash Choudhury, "the idea of North East India can be seen in terms of geographical location as it encompasses a specific territorially defined space of the country ". If we look into the literary situation of North East India, we must go back to some historical events such as the Bhakti Movement, the beginning of British Colonialism, the advent of the Christian Missionary, the imposition of Bengali language on the Assamese people, the Assam Movement and the likes. These events had tremendous impact on the socio-political, religious and cultural aspects of the people of North East. This cultural loss and instability are remarkably reflected in the following lines from Tilottoma Misra's book "The Oxford Anthology of Writings from North East India:Fiction " "An intense sense of awareness of the cultural loss and recovery that came with the negotiation with 'other' cultures is a recurrent feature of the literatures of the seven north eastern states ".

 Abstract

Hereditary knowledge production refers to knowledge or practices passed down from generation to generation that form part of the traditions or heritage of Indigenous communities. Missionary activities and the spreading of western education system gradually uprooted the traditional education systems of Travancore. Education not only confined in the four walls of a class room or grasp knowledge from the textbooks but it reflects the character formation, cultural, vocational, mental and physical developments of the students. Moral, intellectual, physical, mental and academic development of the student is guaranteed in the indigenous educational institutions. Colonial domination in the educational field adversely affected the traditional knowledge structure of a society. To imitate an alien system of education a system was completely rooted out from the society without preserving it for future generation. This paper throws light on the importance of traditional education system, what was its limitations, about how they vanished from the society due to westernization of education and how could it be reinstated by making improvements in a value-based education system.

 Abstract

Particles at the nanoscale are nothing new. They are produced by combustion processes as well as occurring naturally. Since much molecular biology research is already done at the nanoscale, biologic systems are by nature made of nonscale building blocks. The capacity to manage manufacturing and create tailored particles with extremely precise sizes and shapes is what makes nanomaterials novel. For a considerable amount of time, chemists have been able to manipulate the configuration of individual atoms within molecules, which has allowed them to develop materials for specific purposes and produce pharmaceuticals that work well. These days, the study, processing, and application of materials based on their atomic-scale features are all included in the field of nanotechnology. One billionth (lxlO-9) of a meter, or 1/80,000th of the thickness of a human hair, is one nanometer (nm). It is equivalent to the length of ten hydrogen atoms arranged side by side. The arrangement of atoms and molecules in the size range of 1-100+ nm is the subject of nanotechnology. A DNA molecule has a width of about 2.5 nm. Cell membranes vary in width from 6 to 10 nm. Pirotn has dimensions that fall between 1.0 and 15.0 or 20 nm. Nanoparticles are a subfield of quantum physics, which is the discipline of physics that uses quantum theory to explain and predict the features of a physical system. They behave unlike solids, liquids, or gasses. The use of nanotechnology for biological systems monitoring, control, diagnosis, and therapy is known as nanomedicine. Nanomedicine is a broad field that covers, among other things, nanofibers and polymeric nanoconstructs as biomaterials, sensors, and laboratory diagnostics, as well as nanoparticles that function as biological mimetics.

 Abstract

Cloud authentication is a vital security measure that verifies the identity of users and devices before granting them access to cloud resources through Biometric authentication, Certificate- based authentication, Multi- factor authentication, password-based authentication. Authentication methods are essential security measures that prevent unauthorized users from accessing systems. andresources. IAM models shield resources from unauthorized access by managing who and what can access themThis version focuses on the security aspect of using IAM models to control access to resources. to access resources in a PaaS model, users and devices must be authenticated. This can be done in a number of ways, including passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA).

 Abstract

The term justice covers an extremely broad scope. It may be social, economic, and political. Justice is sometimes understood as the just distribution of available resources in society to all the sections of people residing in it. John Rawls in his theory of Justice stated that justice consists of the just distribution of primary goods. He talked about 'justice as fairness' with equal liberty and opportunity to all sections, and the contribution of the possible benefits to the less advantaged sections of society. He believed in the greatest benefit of the least advantaged group. Affirmative actions taken by the governments of various independent States in the world are somewhere close to the vision of John Rawl's Just State. These affirmative actions are based on providing special assistance, representation, and benefits to weaker sections of society, whose members are socially and economically backward. The members of these backward sections may belong to different groups of people associated with specific caste, race, creed, sexuality and nationalism. In this paper, I will try to cover the positive evolutions in the social status of various sections of society through affirmative actions taken by the States. Different steps taken by the governments, with special emphasis on Indian lawmakers, to bridge the gap between the higher sections and the weaker sections of society will be studied. But equal distribution of resources and Affirmative action cannot go side by side without conflict. Hence, the paper will also highlight the conflicts among different sections of society with special emphasis on Indian society. Emphasis will be on the past and present social developments based on these actions by the governments. Examples will be included to shed light on the actions of the Indian government taken so far to promote equality and justice among all its citizens. Conflicting claims by various sections that are not included in these beneficial schemes will also be included in this research paper.

 Abstract

The traditional method of manual attendance is time-consuming and prone to errors. Attendance marking in a classroom during a lecture is not only a onerous task but also a time consuming one at that. Due to an unusually high number of students present during the lecture there will always be a probability of proxy attendance. To overcome these challenges, this paper presents the development of a smart attendance system using Python programming language, Local Binary Patterns Histograms (LBPH) algorithm, MySQL Workbench for storing data, and Microsoft Excel for marking and saving attendance. The proposed system utilizes a webcam to capture images of students, which are then processed using the LBPH algorithm to extract features and compare them with the stored database. Here faces will be recognized using face recognition algorithms. The processed image will then be compared against the existing stored record and then attendance is marked in the database accordingly. Compared to existing system traditional attendance marking system, this system reduces the workload of people. The system is user-friendly, accurate, and efficient, making it an ideal solution for educational institutions, IT sectors, etc.
