India is a commodity based economy since more than 70 % of the total population is engaged in primary sector directly or indirectly. So, far the financial returns are concerned, this sector has also become a good spot for booking good returns comparatively besides hedging against the inflation, since the returns in precious metals segments can be observed more than that of in equity and debt markets as are negatively correlated. After gaining the considerable popularity, the major commodity exchanges in India had started the future contracts in various commodities years back, which can serve preferably to manage the risk that can arises due to adversity of expected prices of commodities besides the price discovery tool. The future contracts dealing in major commodity exchanges are standardize in nature. The researcher focused on Descriptive research. Data collection has done through Primary data. The suggestions have been made on the analysis of financial tools. The Study will be limited to Purasawakkam only .The Sampling Technique that will be used here is Simple Random Sampling. The samples are based on lottery method. The analysis is done with help of various statistical tools like Percentage, Parametric test and Chart techniques. This type of analysis helps to identify the investor’s opinion towards trading practices

The major task of school is to educate students and to provide them with the fundamental knowledge and skills deemed necessary for survival and healthy development in the modern world. School Achievement is of paramount importance in the present socio-economic and cultural context. The effectiveness of any educational system depends to a very great extent on what students achieve. In general terms, Achievement refers to the scholastic or Academic Achievement of the student at the end of an educational program. To maximize the Achievement within a given set-up is therefore, the goal of every educationist. This research paper focuses on to study the academic achievement in relation to mental ability and socio-economic status of secondary school students. The study is based on survey cum descriptive method, 500 secondary school students were selected by systematic random sampling techniques, for the analysis and interpretation of data mean, sd t test, Pearson product moment correlation and ANOVA statistical techniques used. The findings of the reveals that there is moderate correlation between mental ability & Academic achievement, and Socio-economic status & academic achievement, and there is significant difference between the different levels of mental ability & academic achievement, and SES and academic achievement. Thus, this study clearly shows that mental ability and SES factors favorably influencing on academic achievement among secondary school students.

Generally a composite is combination material of two materials in which one is called the reinforcing phase, is in the form of fibres, sheets, or particles, and is embedded in the other materials called the matrix phase. The reinforcing material and the matrix material can be metal, ceramic, or polymer. Composites typically have a fibre or particle phase that is stiffer and stronger than the continuous matrix phase and serve as the principal load carrying members. The matrix acts as a load transfer medium between fibres, and in less ideal cases where the loads are complex, the matrix may even have to bear loads transverse to the fibre axis. The matrix is more ductile than the fibres and thus acts as a source of composite toughness. The matrix also serves to protect the fibres from environmental damage before, during and after composite processing. When designed properly, the new combined material exhibits better strength than would each individual material. Composites are used not only for their structural properties, but also for electrical, thermal, tribological and environmental applications

Today the important is to reduce the power consumption as increasing of the voltage. The more voltage consumption gives the low performance and reliability so that for the high density, reducing cost and chip size area is the main important phenomena in the circuit design in VLSI technology. In CMOS technology DRAM is dynamic random access memory which is high dense memory with high storage data capability. In DRAM the major limitation is lost data due to the discharge of a capacitor and current leakage across the transistors. So that the extra external circuitry provide to continuous refresh to the circuit to hold the data stored in the circuit and increase power consumption. To reduce leakage current in the circuit implementing of DRAM using self-controllable voltage techniques.

Complaints are inherent in every work environment but in healthcare services, complaints are critical, needing immediate resolution. This research paper presents the benefits of implementing a complaints management system in healthcare administration. It also describes the essential features of a best-in-class complaints management solution. Failing to deal effectively with complaints proves detrimental, not only from a regulatory standpoint but also in terms of avoidable litigation and attendant costs. To stay as a provider of choice, healthcare service providers need to invest in technology solutions, including an automated complaints management system. A best-in-class solution for complaints management provides seamless handling of complaints and introduces a systematic process for improvement, thus enabling hospitals to turn weaknesses into opportunities
