ZnMnO nanopowders were prepared using microwave irradiation method. The structural and magnetic behaviors of the nanopowders were investigated. The x-ray diffraction patterns show wurtzite structure with no secondary phase in all samples. The increase in the lattice strain and crystal size due to the effect of Mn doping was confirmed by Williamson-Hall method. According to the magnetization measurements ferromagnetic behavior was found for Zn0.9Mn0.1O combination. The observed ferromagnetism is due to the size effect and incorporation of Mn in Zn site in all probability.

D flip-flops are simulated using TSPICE in 125nm process technology with BSIM4 MOS transistor model. Latch is an electronic device that can be used to store one bit of information. The D latch is used to capture, or 'latch' the logic level which is present on the Data line when the clock input is high. If the data on the D line changes state while the clock pulse is high, then the output, Q, follows the input, D. When the CLK input falls to logic 0, the last state of the D input is trapped and held in the latch.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease, which alters the structure of the cartilage. The cartilage degenerated along with the surrounding tissues which are synovial membrane, menisci and underlying bone. Over time, knee OA will cause both pain and loss of physical function, resulting in reduced quality of life. PURPOSE: - The purpose of this study is to find the effect between Neuromuscular training and Kinesthesia Balance Agility training on improving pain, strength and functional ability in subjects with knee osteoarthritis. METHODS: - 600 subjects who were clinically diagnosed of osteoarthritis of knee were assessed and only 120 were recruited who are willing to be in the study and they were randomly allocated into two groups. In Group A (n=60) subjects were treated with neuromuscular training whereas thrice a week for 8 weeks, where in Group B (n=60) subjects were treated with kinesthesia balance agility training with conventional exercises. The outcome of this intervention was knee pain, and disability index (KOOS) and lower limb strength (knee flexion and extension) these were recorded before and after the session of 8weeks intervention. RESULTS: - Statistical analysis of the data revealed that in within group comparison both group showed significant improvement for all parameters whereas in between group comparison showed there is a significant improvement in between groups p<0.05.CONCLUSION: - It was concluded that neuromuscular training and KBA training are equally effective in reducing pain but neuromuscular training is more effective in improving strength (Dynamometer) and function(KOOS) when compared with KBA training.

The Indian banking sector has been facing serious problems of raising Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth has a direct impact on profitability of banks. Non- performing assets are one of the major concerns for scheduled commercial banks in India. The recommendations of Narasimham committee and Verma committee, some steps have been taken to solve the problem of old NPAs in the balance sheets of the banks. It continues to be expressed from every corner that there has rarely been any systematic evaluation of the best way of tackling the problem. There seems to be no unanimity in the proper policies to be followed in resolving this problem. NPAs reflect the performance of banks. A high level of NPAs suggests high probability of a large number of credit defaults that affect the profitability and net-worth of banks and also erodes the value of the asset. NPAs affect the liquidity and profitability, in addition to posing threat on quality of asset and survival of banks. The problem of NPAs is not only affecting the banks but also the whole economy. In fact high level of NPAs in Indian banks is nothing but a reflection of the state of health of the industry and trade. It is necessary to trim down NPAs to improve the financial health in the banking system. An attempt is made in this paper to understand NPA, the status and trend of NPAs in Indian Scheduled commercial banks, The factors contributing to NPAs, reasons for high impact of NPAs on Scheduled commercial banks in India and recovery of NPAS through various channels.

Social movements mainly take the form of non-institutionalized collective political action which struggle for political and /or social transformation. In India, these movements occurred since past time. The phrase 'movement' is often used differently by different social activists, political leaders and scholars. Some academics use the term 'movement' interchangeably with 'organisation' or 'union'. Other social researchers use it to mean a historical trend or tendency. Some claim to launch movements by issuing press statements on public issues.

India is pigeonholed by more ethnic and religious groups as compared to other countries of the world. Many intellectuals viewed that India is a captivating country where people of many different communities and religions live together in harmony. Indian Population is polygenetic and is an astonishing merger of various races and cultures. Besides, numerous castes, there are eight "major" religions, 15-odd languages spoken in various dialects and a substantial number of tribes and sects. Politics is the science of government and that part of ethics which has to do with the regulation and government of a nation or state, the preservation of its safety, peace, and prosperity, the defense of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of its citizens in their rights, with the preservation and improvement of their morals.

Sri Krishnadevaraya (??????????????? r. 1509-1529 C.E.)stands out as the high point in the history of the Vijayanagar Empire. Emperor Krishnadevaraya also earned the titles Kannada Rajya Rama Ramana (????????????????), Moorurayaraganda (???????????) (meaning "King of three kings"), and Andhra Bhoja. He consolidated and expanded the empire through astute use of his massive military, successfully campaigning against the kingdoms to his north. Krishnadevaraya used diplomatic shrewdness with the recently arrived Portuguese on the west coast of India, deflecting any requests for an alliance to fight together against Portugal's foes while obtaining horses and technical knowledge, especially bringing water into VijayanagaramCity.Krishnadevaraya proved a talented general and diplomat as well as architect and city planner. He embraced Hinduism, constructing the magnificent city of Vijayanagaram as a holy site for the worship of the Hindu gods as well as the administrative center of his vast empire. His kingdom possessed fabulous wealth, much of that going into an ambitious building program. Much of the empire's wealth came from tributes paid by kingdoms he conquered, including Andhra Pradesh, the Gijapati kings of Orissa, Raichur Doab, and the Deccan sultanates. Not all the wealth went into building temples, maintaining armies, and religious celebrations. Present paper will focus mainly on his military achievements during his illustrous reign

Harapanahalli region played an important role keeping intact Kananda language and culture. It was center of various empires imporatnat ones being Western Chalukyas, Rashtrakutas,Vijayanagara. The present paper seeks to unravel these aspects through study of cultural history of Harapanahalli in the Kannada inscriptions of the taluk. The Western Chalukyas played an important role in art and cultrure development in the region. The Western Chalukyas developed an architectural style known today as a transitional style, an architectural link between the style of the early Chalukya dynasty and that of the later Hoysala empire. Most of its monuments are in the districts bordering the Tungabhadra River in central Karnataka. Well known examples are the theMallikarjuna Temple at Kuruvatti, the Kallesvara Temple at Bagali and the Mahadeva Temple at Itagi. This was an important period in the development of fine arts in Southern India, especially in literature as the Western Chalukya kings encouraged writers in the native language Kannada, and Sanskrit.Knowledge of Western Chalukya history has come through examination of the numerous Kannada language inscriptions left by the kings (scholars Sheldon Pollock and Jan Houben have claimed 90 percent of the Chalukyan royal inscriptions are in Kannada), and from the study of important contemporary literary documents in Western Chalukya literature such as GadaYuddha (982) in Kannada by Ranna and VikramankadevaCharitam (1120) in Sanskrit by Bilhana.

Due to stringent market orders and global competition, steel making engineers are confronting the challenge of scheduling and delivery of various steel grades. To overcome this by enhancing the yield and by reducing refractory cost by achieving or increasing sequence length in Tundish , Especially casting managers are involved to plan in advance for mixing different grades in casting . In mixing practice after a ladle close to next ladle opening that results in generating Mixed slabs which will be downgraded or discarded with more quantity of rejection depending upon the width we lose yield due to chemistry change. In our water modelling study carried out to determine the mixing in tundish of different chemistry grades and also studies the length of mixing slab evaluated and same optimization of mixed slab determined and reduces the scrap and aims it for prime grades. In respect to above study of mixing of steel in tundish prediction based on physical 2/5th scale Water modelling tundish and Numerical simulations have been studied and same implemented in our operation practice by JSW. JSW steel limited engineers studied the influence of the extended different length shroud design and submergence of different height of steel level in tundish, the Turbostop of impact pad geometry, tundish wall profile and bottom slope design with considering optimizing casting parameters to reduce the mixing zone from 20 T to 6 T of tundish weight and it is by reducing rejection length from 20 mtr down to less than 5 mtr for steel grade with chemistry of 0.08% Carbon and manganese 0.35% to 0.15% Carbon and 0.85% Manganese
