ABSTRACT In India, Banking is as old as the hills. The banking system flourished from the ancient Vedic times. Indian Banking is the lifeline of nation and its people. Banking has developed vital sectors of the economy and translated the hopes and aspirations of millions of people into reality Emotional Intelligence is critical to the success of organizations including banking sectors. In fact, there is substantial evidence that emotional intelligence is more important than job specific (technical) skills and knowledge or IQ. Different jobs require employees of different level of emotional intelligence. So, nowadays, emotional intelligence (EI) has been evolved as a topic of greatest interest. There are various factors in an organization that are affected by the employees' emotional intelligence. This study was carried out to find the difference among emotional intelligence of managers of banking sector. Data was collected from 600 managers of banking sector using questionnaire method. Emotional intelligence scale developed by the researcher during the study was used as tools for data collection. ANNOVA and t-Test were used as statistical tool for data analysis. The result of t-test indicated that both public and private sector bank managers had no significant difference on emotional intelligence scale, private sector bank. The results from the ANNOVA test of the study revealed that there was a significant difference between emotional intelligence of different managerial levels.

Abstract: Any organization building has cabins, rooms, and covered working areas which is connected electric energy for facility working environment, electric component of the energy used is spent in illuminating the interior of the building As the electricity costs rise, increasing effort has gone into minimizing the energy consumption of electric components installations. These are three basic directions of consumption of electricity: new more efficient equipment, utilization of improved lighting design practices (localized task lighting systems), improvements in lighting control systems to avoid energy waste for unoccupied and daylight hours or unnecessary. Automatically controlling the electricity in such a way that the lighting level is always accurately matched to the actual need allows to save on the energy costs and to improve the human comfort and efficiency. Such as Automatic Room Lighting and other equipment System are a microcontroller based project that automatically turn on or off the lights in a room. Establishing an integrated lighting control of microcontroller concept is a very important part of the lighting design process and other equipment which use only human presence. Electricity, being one of the most important resources, must be utilized carefully. The paper describes human often forget to switch off lights or other electric component (fan, AC, room heater) when we leave a room. By using this system, we can intentionally forget about the lights as the system will automatically take care of them the installations are realized according to a research project about the assessment of the impact of lighting control systems in electrical energy consumption and energy commitments. The two different control technologies are compared with respect to a third classroom without smart control, used as reference for evaluations. Experimental results suggested that the classroom electrical appliance monitor work was stable and reliable, having practical popularized value .In order to monitor the classroom electrical power usage and achieve low-carbon energy

Abstract: This research paper focuses on the impact and importance of digital payment in India. According to the Government of India the digital payment will increase the employment, reduces risk related to cash like corruption, robbery, and carrying or storage of large amount of cash and made all transactions to be done cashless or digitalised which helps the people to transfer the money with security and safety at high speed. This step of the Indian government even attracted various investors in the country. The impact of this policy is a step towards the modernisation and globalisation by making the economy cashless. In digital payment, banking sector plays a major role by providing digital instruments like debit cards, mobile banking, mobile wallets etc. A major obstacle for the adoption of this digital payment system in India is slow internet connectivity and the additional charges over the digital transactions. No matter India started following digital payment policy over a year ago but still some of the sectors in India are still at the predominance of cash transactions which is acting as a big hurdle for the economy to grow itself.

Abstract The various elements of steel structure like tension member, compression member and flexural member are connecting by fasteners or connectors. Many a times, built-up sections are provided to meet the requirements of heavy loads and long spans. Such sections also need to be connected together to act in unison as one unit. The forces exerted by one element on another are transferred through these fasteners, which should therefore be adequate to transmit the forces safely. Only properly connected and detailed members and connections can transfer the forces safely from top to the foundation. Different types of fasteners available for making connections are rivets, bolts, pins and welds. Today, steel structures are constructed with bolting or welding or by combination of both. To simplify the analysis and design, a number of assumptions and approximations are made based on experimental results, past performance and ductility of steel. The ultimate aim of connection design is to produce a joint that is simple, compatible, feasible, easy to fabricate and is safe and economical.

Abstract-Degradation of soil considered as one of the foremost vulnerability and global threats nowadays not only for agricultural production and food security, but also for the environmental challenges related to watershed protection, disaster management, biodiversity conservation, sustainable management of natural resources and climate change, furthermore, complication in Civil engineering. In Bangladesh where arable lands are less than necessary, certainly susceptible to severe erosion due to rainfall and flood, particularly when poor agricultural methods are used or preventive measures are not taken. Implementation of Jute Geotextiles (JGT) aided by native vegetation cover was investigated intended to design a sustainable and low cost tactic at Beel Dakatia through the entire year of 2009. Prime consequences were that erosion, moisture content and runoff are likely to be considerably impacted by rainfall intensity, soil surface slope; additionally, combined presence of JGT and vegetation cover reduced rate of erosion about 95% and runoff about 70% with respect to bare plots. Hence, play noteworthy role to conserve soil and stabilize the slope as well and mitigate susceptibility to degradation.

Abstract: Present work is a review of surge analysis of water supply mains, which has been done earlier. Transients can introduce large pressure forces and rapid fluid accelerations in to a water distribution system. These disturbances may result in pump and device failures, system fatigue and pipe ruptures or bursts and even the intrusion of dirty water. Proper analysis of transient and risk factors of existing networks helps in the formulation of low-cost, long-range non-destructive pipe condition assessment. In this study, risk assessment of pipe network is carried out using Surge 2000. The analysis dealing with pumping mains has been designed as per the design and hydraulic data available and as per the guidelines of Central Public Health and Environmental Engineering Organization (CPHEEO).Several case studies have been carried out on this topic earlier, some of them I have reviewed and trying to make a conclusion and further scope of the study

Abstract -Organic and inorganic substances which were released into the environment as a result of domestic, agricultural and industrial water activities lead to pollution. The normal primary and secondary treatment processes of these wastewaters have been introduced in a growing number of places, in order to eliminate the easily settled materials and to degrade the organic material present in wastewater. Clean effluent which is discharged into natural water bodies. This secondary effluent is, however, loaded with inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus and causes eutrophication and long-term problems because of refractory organics and heavy metals that are being discharged. Microalgae culture offers an interesting step for wastewater treatments, because they provide a tertiary biotreatment coupled with the production of potentially valuable biomass, which can be used for biofuel production. Treatment of wastewater with Microalgae based system have the ability to remove nutrients (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and other nutrients), heavy metals, toxic substances (both organic and inorganic), BOD, COD and other impurities present in the wastewater by using the sunlight, CO2, and impurities like nutrients present in the wastewater.
