 Abstract

Resilience is the propensity of an employee to snap back from deteriorations. It will enrich the capacity of an employee to solve their problems and make him desirable for optimally contribute towards accomplishing the organizational goals. There is restricted awareness of resilience and its favourable consequences. This study is quantitative in nature and it scrutinizes the degree of resilience and its impacts on the organizational effectiveness in both conceptual and operational perspectives. The Brief Resilience Scale is used to measure the resilience of the respondents. The sample is 150 teaching staffs of higher educational institutions in Thuraiyur.

These days every system is computerized in order to mug fresh challenges in the current date circumstances. Computerized systems have less physical operations, so that the suppleness, dependability is high and precise. Therefore each area favour computerized manages schemes. Particularly in the area of electronics computerized schemes are having improved results. Most likely the main useful thing to identify about the global system for mobile communication is that it is an international standard. If you tour in parts of globe, GSM is lone kind of cellular facility existing. In place of analog services, GSM was billed as a digital scheme using TDMA technology. The objective of this paper is to build up a scheme, which uses Mobile technology that keeps control of the various units of the domestic device, which executes with respect to the signal sent by the mobile. For use of domestic devices the fresh idea has been considered to supervise them remotely by using GSM, which enables the user to remotely control switching of domestic devices. Just by dialling keypad of remote telephone, from where we are calling we can perform ON / OFF operation of the domestic device. The ranges of domestic devices that can be controlled through remote systems are many in number. A few of them are as follows and this depends upon the handling precedence of the domestic devices i.e. LED bulbs, Sound System or other electrical /electronic domestic devices.

 Abstract

Varmam therapy of Siddha system of medicine deals with treating trauma and nerve injury by manipulation of corresponding varmam points on the body with fingers and administration of internal and external medicines. Centalla asiatica is a commonly used herb in the Varmam treatment and is mentioned as Vetri pachilai and Vallarai in Siddha Varmam literatures. It is administrated both as internal and external medicine. Literature review on the results of scientific studies published in peer reviewed journals reveals the nerve regenerative and wound healing properties of Centella asiatica. This review throws limelight on therapeutic potential of Centalla asiatica in treating trauma and need for pre clinical and clinical studies in Varmam therapy.

 Abstract

Cervical erosion is a frequent finding in patients attending gynecologic opd AND THE symptoms presented are sometimes very troublesome due to its chronicity and nature of recurrence. It is the replacement of the stratified squamous epithelium of the ectocervix by the columnar epithelium of endocervix. The clinical presentation of Cervical erosion, can be correlated with Garbhashaya Grivamukhagata Vrana. The study was taken to evaluate the effect of Agnikarma with Swarna Shalaka on Garbhashaya Grivamukhagata Vrana. Total 18 patients were registered from OPD of Stree Roga and Prasuti Tantra Department and were treated with Agnikarma by Swarna Shalaka. One sitting was given after 7th day of menstruation and the patients were followed up for1 month. The effect of therapy was assessed on the basis of relief in signs and symptoms for which a special scoring pattern was designed. The result shows that Agnikarma is an effective procedure for the management of Cervical erosion, and Swarna Shalaka is a convenient medium having high efficacy in reliving the symptoms of erosion and no apparent evidence of complications. So this may be positively helpful in treating the Cervical erosion.

Now we are in the world where people started exchanging or downloading huge amount of data through internet, for this we see workers laying so many wires underground and we see huge number of wires hung on electric poles to connect internet from ISPs (Internet Service Provider) to user's computer or to business centers because usage of internet has become common in each and every house. In this paper we are discussing about a new technology that takes broadband into the air i.e. "airborne internet". The idea is to provide a high speed network connecting an aircraft and ground and also supports aircraft to aircraft communication . The main aim of airborne internet is to provide internet signals to the places where there is no chance to connect broadband cables or wires to the consumer's computer and to reduce the amount of time to transmit the data through internet. The airborne internet uses multi hop mesh topology for removing unwanted congestion in the network

 Abstract

Generally, there was lack of training data at the early stage of software testing that limits the efficiency of prediction in practice. Cross project defect prediction uses the data from other projects. In most of the previous efforts assumed that the cross-project defect data have the same metrics set which means that the metrics used, and size of metrics set are same in the data of projects. However, in real scenarios, this assumption may not hold. Here we consider the scenario as heterogeneous cross project defect prediction which add joint features space for associating cross project data and a novel support vector machine algorithm which incorporates the correlation transfer information into classifier designed for prediction. Heterogeneous Cross-Project Defect Prediction (HCPDP) has entire different metrics. In this project, we are going to present CCA+ and the within project defect prediction (WPDP) result.

The paper proposes a survey conducted on the various Methodologies used for implementing a smart car parking system. Facilitating mobility which is sustainable is one of the most important goals of the smart city aspect where the development of a parking system which is intelligent represents a key aspect. Parking space monitoring and allocation is the solution to the parking problem faced in cities. Through this survey we have analyzed few fine features and scant flaws in the existing systems. These failing factors affecting the overall performance of the system can be overcome by further research and development.

 Abstract

Tracking system involves the installation of an electronic device in a vehicle but electronic device is costly so we can use android app for bus tracking with an installed android app on any smart phone .user get the vehicle's location. There are two applications one for server and the other for the client. Bus driver start application on there android phone to track their positions. By this positions to server are periodically updated. Client application displays map showing the position of bus. It shows where buses are on a map and provide users the updated information at different time interval. The server will monitor location and will store its data in the database. It is a real-time system as this method automatically sends the information on the GPS system to a central computer or system/smart phone.

 Abstract

A system could be misused in various ways. Data in the system could be accessed in different forms. Proper measures are to be taken to secure our system data from illegitimate users. The main objective is to detect an attack and take necessary steps to stop the hacker from hacking the data. Prediction is made in the early stage so that a quick action can be taken. There are legitimate users and hackers who try to access data, only the hacker is found and he is stopped. Any kind of unusual activity is detected in the system and immediately the user is notified. The java code in the system is used to detect unusual activities and with the help of packet capturing tool, captured data is manipulated. All these activities happen automatically in the system when a system boots, so the user need not be aware of the procedures of how the system is periodically checked.

 Abstract

Attendance is one of the work ethics which is valued by most students. In educational institutions also, attendance and academic success are directly related. Therefore, proper attendance management systems must be in place. Most of the educational institutions and government organizations in developing countries still use paper based attendance method to monitor the attendance. There is a need to replace these traditional methods of attendance recording with a more secure and robust system. This paper presents the attendance management system using fingerprint technology in a college campus environment. The paper is organized as follows. Section 1 describes overall introduction. Section 2 is about related work which describes on different biometrics used in attendance management system. Section 3 gives a brief system overview which describes about the various components in the proposed system. Section 4 presents the system architecture and describes about the modules in the proposed system. Section 5 describes the experimental results of the proposed system. Section 6 concludes the paper.

 Abstract

The machinability of the Al6061/20%SiC metal matrix composite during wire EDM was investigated. The present work is to optimize the wire EDM process parameters of Al6061 matrix reinforced with 20 wt.% SiC fabricated through the casting processes. The machining parameters such as current, voltage, pulse on time and pulse off time are optimized using L9 orthogonal array with multi-response considerations namely material removal rate and surface roughness. The L9 DOE results indicated that the increase in input current increases the material removal rate. Similarly the minimum surface roughness was found at maximum input voltage and lower input current condition
