Liposomes are microscopic (unilamellar or multilamellar) vesicles which might be shaped as an end result of self-meeting of phospholipids in an aqueous media ensuing in closed bilayer systems which are beneath giant research as drug companies for enhancing the transport of healing agents. Liposomes were taken into consideration as one of the maximum outstanding, flexible and bendy carrier systems, which provide huge possibility for the transport of multifarious molecules and applications. The gift evaluation focuses upon coaching and characterization of liposomes plus challenges related to liposomal transport.

Even though Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has decriminalized section 377 of Indian penal code but we as a citizen of this country has not yet accepted LGBTQ community whole heartedly. Changes have been made to normalize the taboo which circulates in our society when it comes to them, for starters- Third gender category is added in forms and job opportunities are also available for them. But still there are nuances which exist related to their Rights, True Validation, Identity and what not. My topic is about the challenges they face and problems they go through to just fit in this society. We have to accept the fact that as a society we cannot make decisions for LGBTQI+. As an individual they know better about themselves than we ever will, Irrespective whether we are able to understand the basics or not. The problem they face needs a proper solution and awareness about them is very important because like every other gender they also have right to equality and honor, they are no different than Male and Female, so treating them differently needs to stop. Main Highlights of this paper is- * How LGBTQ is different, only in Body functioning and nothing else. * True validation of LGBTQ * Problem they face in society * Rights of LGBTQ * Statistical data of LGBTQ in India * Findings of the research * Suggestions for their problems * Conclusion. Thus this report is an overall study of the problems of LGBT and how much a taboo it is in India. When people are treated as an outcast it becomes unbearable for them. They face psychological, social problems and in countries like India, getting a job for LGBTQ is a hard nut to crack, which always cause the economical problems for them. We as a social worker need to aware people that "life with dignity to every, is a fundamental right of every individual".

Swami Vivekananda is a well-known philosopher and educator in the history of Indian education. His ideas and thoughts about education are affected by his life philosophy. Swamiji had a belief inthe Vedanta philosophy, which works on a philosophy that human life has an ultimate goal to achieve "solidarity with the Creator." One of Swami Vivekananda's central themes is the issue of developing strong character in young people. Swamiji advocated an education system that was genuinely man-made.Swamiji has placed a high value on celibacy as character development. Celibacy fosters the development of man's intellectual and spiritual powers, as well as the development of man's purity of mind, word, and deed. Character is defined as the repetition of habits. The character is formed by patterns that are repeated to shape the character.

The paper argues that besides improving Pupel Teachers Ratio (PTR) and competencies of teachers in mathematics and their pedagogy skill, there is a greater need to focus on attitudinal and motivation development of teachers, specifically keeping the socio- economic base of government elementary schools, as majority of the students in these schools are from socio-economically vulnerable section who rarely get proper academic and motivational support outside the schooling system.

AIM &OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of E-Pilates exercise program on pain in young adults with Non-Specific Low Back Pain. METHODOLOGY: An experimental study was conducted on 50 subjects with non specific low back pain in age group of 18-25 years using a E-Pilates Group Exercise program for 7 days daily through an online platform and the pain levels were assessed using another E-tool displaying pain scale before and after exercise protocol. RESULT: Following E-Pilates exercise program, significant difference was found in pre and post intervention values for NPRS (p<0.0001) by using Wilcoxon signed rank test. Therefore, it can be stated that E-Pilates Exercise therapy protocol helps to reduce pain. CONCLUSION: E- Pilates Exercise Program comprising of 5 Exercises performed for 7 days daily leads to a significant decrease in pain levels in 78%, i.e 41/50 patients and can be used as an integrated approach for Non-Specific low back pain patients in E-consultations & Exercise sessions.

Recently, there has been a rapid growth in research and innovation in the natural fibre composite (NFC) area. There are dozens of types of natural fibres with different properties influencing their use, or not, in specific industrial applications. Natural fiber reinforced composites is an emerging area in polymer science. These natural fibers are low cost fibers with low density and high specific properties. The natural origin of these materials causes, in general, a wide range of variations in properties depending mainly on the harvesting location and conditions, making it difficult to select the appropriate fibre for a specific application. In this paper, a comprehensive review about the properties of natural fibres used as composite materials reinforcement is presented, aiming to map where each type of fibre is positioned in several properties. This review paper is intended to provide a brief outline of work that covers in the area of biocomposites, major class of biodegradable polymers, natural fibres, as well as their manufacturing techniques and properties has been highlighted.
