Mulla Nasruddin is a folk hero whose short and funny tales are famous the world over including in India. These tales are on the surface funny, but through laughter they teach us valuable life-lessons and moral values. According to Mulla Nasruddin - if you tell a person that he is behaving inappropriately, the person will get offended, but if you show him how he is behaving with help of a funny tale, he will first laugh and then by himself realise his mistake! Such funny but extremely educative tales of Mulla Nasruddin were made into films in the erstwhile Soviet Union especially in its Central Asian Republics so that these tales reach a wider audience. It made Mulla Nasruddin a film hero. A few of such films are discussed in this paper.

Partial shading are occurring on the Photovoltaic system due to moving clouds, building or nearby structures. Photovoltaic system loses huge amount of power due to partial shading on the PV Array. If such shading patterns are examined than it can help to improve the efficiency of a solar panels. Normally partial shade would shut down the inverter but adding a boost stage into the system before inverter to maintain the dc link operating voltage for the inverter can help the PV system to maintain the synchronization with the grid. A Boost input stage before inverter can double the operating range and also extract maximum power under irradiation and temperature variation. This paper presents design and control of grid connected photovoltaic system using DC-DC boost converter with Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm along with voltage source inverter (VSI). In this proposed system, injection of maximum real power using incremental conductance method as MPPT algorithm. Also, the control of this PV system is based on synchronous reference frame using PI controller. Simulation results have been achieved using MATLAB model.

Abstract: Intelligence has profound implications on our life. Even though historical theories have originated in the past they have continued influence on our contemporary world. Each theorist describes and defines human intelligence in different ways. After hundred and twenty years there is no concise definition for intelligence. As theoretical and empirical research on intelligence advances, views about nature of intelligence continue to evolve with them. Even though there is no a single definition, by proper inspection we can see quite similarities between some. And some actually say same thing in different ways. We are trying to analyse different definitions of intelligence proposed so far in literature. Our aim is to sketch briefly, what theorises so far proposed, explain on what intelligence is and does, and how. Qualitative thematic analysis of published articles, books etc. of 14 intelligence theorists were analysed to form 11 emerging themes. Each theme was then discussed in detail.

This paper presented a new design for the microstripantenna to enhance the bandwidth and suppresses the harmonic radiation. For wideband performance, using a pair of ?/4 resonators and placed nearer to the radiating patch and which gives a coplanar structure on a single layer substrate. The harmonic radiations are effectively suppressed by capacitive feeding to proposed antenna. The simulation result shows that bandwidth is increased 2.7 times of reference antenna

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has been making efforts in the right earnest to encourage and assist the Self Help movement, as an inclusive policy. This is clearly evident with the massive scaling up in the number of the Groups in the State and at present 6,88,253 Self Help Groups accounting for 27% of the Self Help Groups in the country are present in Andhra Pradesh only. It is envisaged that the Self Help Groups would help to improve socio economic status of the rural women in general and social inclusion of the Scheduled Caste women, the most downtrodden, in particular. The Self Help Groups in Andhra Pradesh has been a revelation in bringing economic and social empowerment among the women in rural areas and a silent revolution towards the change for better. Impressed by the remarkable success of women Self-Help Groups in Andhra Pradesh, the World Bank said that the model could be replicated in other States in India and in other countries. Celebrities like Bill Clinton, George Bush, Bill Gates and Sonia Gandhi who have visited the State to interact with the women Self-Help Groups were impressed by their performance and achievements. The Scheduled Caste Women suffered from twin disadvantage, one because of their caste and the other because of their gender; as a result their exclusion was complete and comprehensive. They were underprivileged among the under-privileged and discriminated among the discriminated.

Derivatives are money related instruments whose adjustments get from more crude monetary factors, for example, stock value, ware value, list level, loan cost or a swapping scale. Derivatives enable people and organizations to fence dangers. This implies they make it more probable that dangers are borne by those best ready to hold up under them. This makes it feasible for people and organizations to go up against more dangerous ventures - with higher guaranteed returns - and thus make more riches by supporting those dangers that can be supported. This paper explores the attention to financial specialists towards derivatives showcases in NCR regarding some statistic factors. The investigation center around financial specialists' state of mind in their venture hones. We endeavor to distinguish and break down the key factors that block the familiarity with derivatives among speculators. The information were gathered from 100 respondents by means of a poll overview. Chi square examination was utilized to break down the information, and some intriguing discoveries were acquired. With the advancements in the Military technology and increasing tensions among the neighbouring nations, It has become very-very important to keep track of even the smallest movements of the enemies. Land mines are laid across the border so that in an event of infiltration the enemies are stopped from entering at the border itself. However, these landmines before explosion, can be used for collection of several critical data. This is important because in an event of explosion, our soldiers have to go on site of and verify the cause of explosion. Moreover when a mine blast occurs there is no system that notifies the troops about the occurrence of blast, they are completely relied upon their primary senses such as sight, hearing, etc. Other indication may be smoke in the area, etc. This system collects foremost information such as the time at which the blast occurred, the weight on the land mine at the time of blast, temperature in the region, climate change such as rainfall or earthquakes, determines the direction in which the person, vehicle, convoy, was moving at the time of the blast. This not only helps us determine what caused the Mine blast but also tells us about the weather conditions in that area, which helps our soldiers to be ready before entering the area.

Cloud computing is a model for enabling ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction. As mobile information may loss in case of failure so it needs to store somewhere, and also carrying a external hard drive is not convenient every time to users hence we need to design an android app to replicate the data in the form of images, files, and videos present on the mobile device on own cloud and synchronize it on cloud with encryption security.

Municipal solid waste management is one of the major environmental problems of world. Improper management of municipal solid waste causes hazards to pubic and environment. Various studies reveal that about 90% of MSW is due to improper management of open dumps and landfills, creating problems to public health and the environment. In Hyderabad more amount of solid waste is generating mostly due to the rapid population and industrialization and mainly due to unawareness of solid waste among the public and masses. In the present day, an attempt has been made to provide a comprehensive review of the characteristics, generation, collection and transportation, disposal and treatment technologies of MSW practiced in Hyderabad. An alternative and economically viable technique in the form of bio-mining attributed with refuse derived fuel (RDF) separation and compost recovery has been proposed. The day pertaining to has been carried out to evaluate the current status and identify the major problems. Various adopted treatment technologies for MSW are critically reviewed, along with their advantages and limitations.
