The retail sector in Indian has seen a drastic transformation and rapid growth since the last decade. till date it is being dominated by small and unorganized entrepreneurs like Kirana shops, standalone stores, boutiques, traditional family business stores etc. However, with the growing global economic powers, new economic policies, FDI relaxations and unique marketing strategies the new kind of retailers like shopping malls tend to hook the consumers even in Tier II and Tier III towns. Organized retail sector is growing at rapid speed, more jobs are being created, town plans are getting modernized, and thus the consumer behavior too. While the transition is happening at global level in various forms, the shopping behavior of consumer is also likely to change with the growing choices and trends. Shopping in malls has become a major leisure activity. In this scenario, the current study aims at understanding the key reason of attractiveness by Indian customers towards malls.

To stand up in today's highly competitive world, manufacturers need to find a way to improve quality of product with optimum cost. The removal of the waste can improve the productivity of the company. The current work aims to address the problem of the Glaze defects. After a literature review of Some Glaze properties related research papers and Six Sigma techniques we get lots of input. The main goal of this project is to reduce the Glaze related defects and improve quality as well as improve productivity of company. The work is being carried out in Ceramic Company. Careful observation has been made from entire production process and finds the various critical points which may be crucial to done properly otherwise it results into glaze defects. The results of the application on the field are shown in terms of reduction of glaze defects and reprocessing cost of company, competitive on an international market, is now a reality for all companies and consequently the impact of globalization is even more tangible. That is why companies need to regain their efforts and reduce their production costs through waste disposal and productivity growth. SIXSIGMA , a tool created by Bill Smith while working at Motorola in 1986, improve the quality of the output of a process by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing. Also we Start implementation of 5S which is useful tools for creating an effective work environment without bothersome and useless influences. For the raw material management we start implementation of KANBAN system which is very much useful to manage Optimum amount of inventory and reorder system without chance of stock out.

Modern world requires controlling the industrial devices in remote manner. This would possible if and only if the present technique adopt the recent development as Internet of Things. The main limitations of the conventional techniques are that they are in lagging with security. The data from the private unit is traced by hackers or attacked by threats, which degrades the performance of the conventional networking systems. This paper proposes an efficient encryption methodology on the industrial sensed data in order to protect them from various kinds of attacks or threats. This proposed algorithm is based on Affine-Projective transformation and the performance of the proposed encryption algorithm based IoT system is analyzed in terms of Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), delay and data overhead.

Disability and poverty both are social phenomenon. Social exclusion and isolation are common experience of the persons belonging to these groups. Disability leads to many types of deprivation due to social inaction which ultimately intervenes with the opportunity to participate in productive work. Gainful employment becomes difficult for physically challenged persons. They are frequently marginalized and consequently become an immediate liability to the family they belong. Disability is a development issue. The nexus between poverty and disability is casually intertwined. A high correlation between disability and poverty in India cannot be ruled out. Investigating the interconnection between poverty and disability has not been properly investigated. However, Indian polity has shown greater concern for breaking the vicious circle of poverty and disability. Government of India has taken a range of poverty alleviation schemes for Poor People with Disability (PPWD). But PPWDs are not integrated - below beneficiaries in all policies and schemes. The public implementations are far below expectations but Non Govt. Organizations (NGO) is showing some promising approaches.

Waste energy in any industry plays an influencing factor in the overall efficiency of the plant. Utilizing the available energy in the industry is an essential thing; this can be achieved by installing the waste heat recovery system. Therefore, in this paper, the focus is to design and develop waste heat recovery system and its experimental validation for the file cleaning operation. The available literature was thoroughly reviewed and design processes of the fin type were studied. Review of research study concluded that heat quantity, waste stream temperature and waste stream composition are important parameters for designing of waste heat recovery system. Recovery of waste heat can be done by using heat exchangers. Heat transfer area, overall heat transfer coefficient, thermal conductivity of the material, mass flow rate hot and cold fluid and their temperature are very important parameters for designing of heat exchanger. This method it is an efficient way to recover waste heat from file drying operation. In this paper, the step-wise procedure for design of fin type heat exchanger has been formulated. After installing the fin type heat exchanger; readings are recorded by changing the mass flow rate, load on the diesel engine to evaluate the performance of the fin type heat exchanger. Installation of waste heat recovery system containing fin type heat exchanger greatly influence on the total expenditure spends on file cleaning operation. Due to preheating, the required energy for heating up the water in file cleaning operation get reduced and ultimately operational cost for heating get reduced.

Financial inclusion is the process of ensuring access to financial services and timely and adequate credit needed by weaker sections and low-income groups at an affordable cost. Financial inclusion has become a global policy priority and the growth of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has become almost synonymous with the topic. This paper looks at an overview of financial inclusion in India and discusses the impact of ICT on reaching individuals who were otherwise financially excluded. An important goal of policy-makers in both the developing and the developed countries is to have an inclusive growth. Financial services have the potential to achieve this objective and help create a more just and equitable society. Financial Literacy and financial inclusion have been important policy goals of India for quite some time but in spite of policy measures and technological innovations adopted by RBI and banking sector, the extent and penetration of financial products and services to marginalized sections of the society, needs attention. Financial inclusion is now on the top of the menu for policy makers for finalising a multi-pronged action plan as it is believed that is the only way for financial development. This study is an attempt to analyse the existing literature and understand the role played by Government/ Financial Institutions in promoting inclusive growth and obstacles and challenges and study the tools of ICT used for facilitating financial inclusion in India. Even though the Government and the banking sector have adopted various policy measures and innovative tools to ensure access of financial products and services to weaker and under privileged sections of the society but financial illiteracy, lack of convenience, technological issues and viability has emerged as significant impediments the path of achieving inclusive growth.
