Biometric is the science and machinery of measuring and analyzing biological data of human carcass. It extracts a feature set from the acquired data, and comparing with template set in the database. In this paper we have introduced a new concept for face & fingerprint recognition by means of K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and feed forward back propagation method by using their approach it improves the accuracy gives better performance and more reliable in terms of security and integrity of the biometric data. This approach is developed by coming ridge based & Eigen face approach. The main of their research work is to reduce the false accept rate (FAR), false reject rate (FRR) and false enroll rate (FER). After executing their loom we have compared the result of unimodal biometric system & multimodal biometric system. From the effect we observed that unimodal system has many disadvantages in terms performance and accuracy. Whereas multimodal biometric system performs for better them unimodal biometric system.

Law is an instrument created out of deliberate human action and not an incidental consequence of accidental happenings. It does not appear on its own and is not enforced automatically. Once it is established that positive law as we know it is conscious and deliberate product of human will, whether operating individually or collectively, there are two questions which confront us. The first one is as to the purpose of the law being created. What is the objective of the law? The second is concerning the modality by which the law will achieve its purpose. How is the law going to achieve its objective? This paper would be dealing with the concept of Jural Relations sinking its main focus on Hohfeldian Analysis.

Chromium substituted Nickel nano ferrites were synthesized with the chemical formula, NiCrXFe2?XO4 (Where X = 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9 and 1.0) by using citrate-gel combustion method. The structural characterization was carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD), morphology and elemental composition of the samples were studied by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS). X-ray analysis shows that the samples are single phase cubic spinel structure without any impurity peak and average crystallite size was in the range 8.5-10.5 nm. The lattice parameter, X- ray density, volume of unit cell and hopping length in A-site and B-site were calculated. The IR absorption spectra were recorded at room temperature in the range of 400 to 4000 cm-1, it explain the chemical bonds in spinel ferrites and shows the characteristic peaks of ferrite sample. The observed results can be explained on the basis of composition.

Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFST) column system is the composite section formed by filling concrete into a hollow steel tube. The CFTS section resist applied load through the composite action of concrete and steel. This advantages interactive behavior between steel tubes and concrete increases the strength of CFST section. Local buckling of the steel tube is delayed by the restraint of the concrete and the strength of concrete is increased by the confining effect of the steel tube. Hence it has become more popular in recent days and is being used in the CFST sections possess highly ductility, strength and stiffness properties. This property is considered to be important especially for the multi storied buildings required to be erected in earthquake prone areas. Therefore behavior and design of CFST sections needs to be studied. The project describes about design recommendation for the design of compression members and provides a design chart of P-M diagram of CFST column with the reference use of EUROCODE-4. To eliminate a laborious calculation process of P-M Diagram.

The flexural strength of the concrete columns can be increased by adopting prestressing in the columns. So to analyze and check the adequacy of such prestress concrete columns the use of P-M interaction curves is easy and safe. To develop the force-moment interaction curves for the prestress concrete short columns subjected to uniaxial bending and axial load the user defined computer application is prepared by using VB.net software. The study focuses on preparation of user defined application in VB.net to develop P-M interaction curves for atomized evaluation and eliminations of laborious manual calculation to obtain the same. Finally, the results were cross verified by pre-planned spread sheets.

The conceptualization and significance of development has witnessed a constant change with the passage of time. The idea of economic growth oriented development has now been clubbed together with the human factor in it. Simply bringing about growth in terms of the economic achievements does not qualify itself to be termed as development because the present era of globalization demands an environment that must be based on the grounds of environmental sustainability, social security, economic equality and political stability. Development of the tribes of India is nothing new to the academic and bureaucratic arena. However the loopholes in the conceptualization and contextualization of development of tribes by bringing together both the academic as well as grass root lenses on a single platform are the major thrust of research in this paper. The role of the Non Governmental Organizations in educating and advocating the ideas of development to the grass root tribes cannot stand to be ignored. In this paper, the researcher tries to make a serious attempt to define and redefine development especially from the point of view of the subject i.e. the tribes themselves. The role of the NGOs in functioning as a catalyst of development shall also be analyzed thereby concluding with a refined understanding of the term development.

Despite of having huge amount of water on earth, the shortage of clean drinking water is very severe because of its salinity. Various methods to convert saline water in to distill water, using conventional energy sources are already there in to existence. Typically Electricity is being utilized to convert saline water in to fresh potable, which is indirectly responsible for environmental pollution and are expensive as well. Therefore, a device is needed which can work economically and environment friendly. Solar Stills are therefore the best solution to resolve both the problems. But, the productivity of solar still is very low hence the researchers are working hardly to enhance the performance of the solar stills using various augmentations. Out of many alternatives, one of the ways to enhance the still efficiency is by using the wick of different materials. This research paper highlights the effect of performance improvement of the various types of solar stills using different wick materials like cotton cloth, charcoal cloth, wool, water coral fleece, jute, coir mate, wood pulp, paper wick, polystyrene sponge etc.

In this paper, another hang based receptive force control procedure is recommended that is appropriate for usage in self-governing low voltage micro grids. The proposed strategy misuses the possibilities of including an element virtual inductance circle to adjust for the voltage drop contrasts created by line impedances. What's more, it gives a huge virtual inductance at the yield terminals of a dispersed era (DG) source to wipe out the coupling between the dynamic and receptive forces. At long last, the productivity of the proposed strategy to adapt to the fore described difficulties is analyzed utilizing extensive reenactment ponders.

Sugar industry is one of the major industries which have been included in the polluting industries list by the World Bank. Different pollution monitoring agencies like State and National Pollution Control Boards have been made compulsory for each industry to set up a waste water treatment plants. Sugar industry wastewater is characterized by high biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), chemical oxygen demand (COD), and other pollution load. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the operating parameters such as applied voltage, number of electrodes, and reaction time on a real Sugar wastewater in the electrocoagulation process. For this purpose copper and Aluminium electrodes were used. It has been shown that the removal efficiency of COD, BOD5, and TSS increased with increasing the reaction time. Copper Electrode having more efficiency removal than aluminium electrode. The results indicate that electrocoagulation is efficient and able to achieve 79.25% COD removal, 76.65% BOD5 removal and 84% TSS removal at 6 V during 60 min at pH 6 in copper electrodes . Finally, the results demonstrated the technical feasibility of electrocoagulation process using Copper electrodes as a reliable technique for removal of pollutants from sugar wastewaters.

The word low threshold situation is a now frequently appeared word in present era. Low threshold situation is a new phenomenon. It is a new pattern of war. One can understand it by considering it as a war between the Hot & Cold War. Generally we find such kind of conflict only in the area where a group of people are have unsatisfied attitude with the State. Hence it can also be termed as war between a state and sub state actors. This is war by a group who intends to gain independence by separating a part of land from State. Thus it can be seen as the conflict arising due to greed of power, where few political people misguide the mass to gain power by violence.
