Buddhism and Jainism are had emerged as revolutionary religions opposing the Vedic religion. Thanks to Gaudhama Buddha and Varthamana Mahavira, these two religions emerged and established a strong hold in north India. As far as ancient Tamilagam was concerned, these two religions would have spread in the soil during the post Sangam period. Gradually Jainism established a strong hold in Tamilagam comparing with Buddhism. Due to the Pandya royal patronage, Jainism spread in the entire Tamil country. A number of Jain pallis, and Jain centres emerged., Madurai, Chitharal and Kazhugumalai became the strong centres of Jainism. Jainism has helped in enriching Indian culture, particularly in the fields of literature, architecture and sculpture. Though the language of its religious texts had been Prakrat, it helped in giving a literary shape to Tamil language. The land of the Pandyas witnessed frequent wars and blood-sheds; as a result, ii became uncongenial for further growth of Jainism. Moreover, the Cholas had not been so keen in lending support to Jainism in newly conquered Pandya region. If at all Jainism balanced its growth amidst of Saiva and Vaishnava attacks, it was only by the strong support of Pandya rule. This fact is formed the main hypothesis of the article.

Data mining is a new dominant technology with a great potential to discover useful information. Associative classification is a recent appeal in data mining that promote association rule discovery and to build classification model. The main objective of this task is to classify sample containing gene expressions into cancer and normal class by using association classification. The designed algorithm contains four stages called as Statistical Gene Filtering, Binary Discretization, Class Association Rules and Class Prediction. The gene filtering is to search the differentially expressed genes and favored the significant gene in the specific gene expression. The binary discretization is to splits the continuous values into two intervals such as 0 or 1. The class association rules are generated by using closed frequent itemset and build the classifier model. The last stage is to predict the class from trained classifier model by using scoring function. The database is given from NCBI online biological database.

To reduce the cycle time for loading and unloading of component, SPM can be effective using the latest design softwares like CAE/CAD, considerable enhancement can be achieved. To assure the requirements of multifunction and high performance, optimum design approach is implemented. This developed SPM with fixture will significantly improve production target and increase productivity. This new SPM ideally reduces operation time, reduces accidents, and gives high quality of operation. The motive of new SPM welding machine is to increase the weld strength, load bearing capacity, and to decrease the rejection rate of the product. The conventional machine use 4 torches which required four different machines to run welding. Thus, due to fluctuations, different current & voltages are distributed to these 4 torches which results in different quality welds. Hence these four torches are replaced by single torch in new SPM welding machine with modification in fixture.

Water has become an emotional issue with the people and policy makers of our surroundings. Quality of water especially groundwater, which is one of the major sources of drinking water in India plays a vital part of health status of any populace and thus very important to look at. Excessive groundwater extraction for agriculture, industries and domestic utilization made it liable deterioration. Going on these considerations, the physico-chemical parameters of water samples collected from various twenty places of Bhavnagar district from three talukas were assessed for colour, temperature, pH, conductivity (EC), Total hardness (TH), Total alkalinity (TA), sulphate (SO42-), chloride (Cl-), fluoride (F-), nitrate (NO3-), turbidity and total dissolved solids (TDS). The outcomes were associated with measures as dictated by the American Public Health Association (APHA), World Health Organization (WHO) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). In the present work, potability of groundwater of some selected villages of Bhavnagar district (Gujarat) is examined in summer to find the quality for drinking purpose.

As per Census of India, 2011, piped water supply scheme under NRDWP reached 63% of rural households (presently at nearly 80%), while the remaining used hand pumps, etc. The programme was also held in Andhra Pradesh with Central and State government finances. Considering the above, a study was conducted with the objective - to analyze community management in NRDWP. Four villages from Proddatur and Kamalapuram blocks of Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh were selected with 400 sample employing random sampling, interview schedules and FGDs. The study found that water meters were fixed to household taps. Utilization of more than 40 lpcd was chargeable. Almost all households practiced hygienic storage like using steel or earthen vessels and handling drinking water. The paper delineates that distance for fetching drinking water reduced to a quarter kilometer, many stand posts were located at street corners and perennial supply of water was present. FGDs involving government doctors revealed that water borne diseases like diarrhea, malaria, etc. reduced along with improvement in water quality. The paper summarizes - innovative components of NRDWP like community participation, social mobilization, environmental awareness generation and O&M can be replicated in other uncovered problem villages/districts within and outside the state.

Billion gallons of water is used annually to flush the toilets across the world. To overcome the problem of wastewater generation in urinals, we have researched on the reuse and recycle of flushed water. This would minimize the water usage, as well as this study can be applied where water scarcity is a big concern. Aim of our study was to treat and reuse the flushed water. The electrochemical oxidation (EO) degradation process for flushed urine water were carried out with mix metal oxide plates. We have studied the effects of different current densities, different volume of flushed urine water and different amount of NaCl. By performing on laboratory scale, it was observed that, after treatment of flushed urine water for 4 hours at a current density of 2 A/cm2 with 200mg/L amount of NaCl and keeping the space of 1.5 cm between the electrodes, the NH3-N concentration was observed 6 mg/L at removal rate of 99.25%; COD concentration was 210mg/L at removal rate of 59.05%; and BOD concentration was 35mg/L at removal rate of 86.22%. The efficiency of the colour and odour removal was observed to be 100%. After treatment of the flushed water some free chlorine content was found in water as a by-product, which acts as a disinfectant and prevents the contamination of water.

This work presents a method for analysis of cancer nuclei using segmentation which helps in overcoming the issues found when analysis is carried out through normal nuclei which is helpful in identifying the brain tumors pathologically in microscopic images. To compel the issue the spaces in the district of shading data first we start by changing over the pictures into the V segment of HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value). We are utilizing the level-set division in the preparation arrange, next we take after by applying the sparsity portrayal (SR) in the test organize. In the process in SR, the proposed framework VLS-SR will enhance the ability of hunting recursively down the ideal edge level-set in the working subsets of the SR where the picture growth cores division.
