Offline and Online Learning helps people to be educated and become productive members of society. The current work was focused on the intention of the students to use online platforms. To analyze this one survey was conducted where the major population involved were students belonging to higher secondary, undergraduate, and postgraduate. A total of 351 participants responded to the survey and the results were precise and promising. The study was focused on the effectiveness like convenience, flexibility, freedom of usage, skills and technical enhancement, and barriers like administrative issues and lack of interaction/motivation of the online learning platforms that affect the intention of the students of using online platforms. The results of the survey were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique using SMART PLS 2 software. The results revealed that there are some technical loopholes in the online learning platforms. The limitations and the barriers of online learning can hinder this study and can be considered for future research.

One of the most popular Islamic banking products is murabahah financing. In practice, the bank sells goods to customers, then the customer makes payments to the bank by installments and payments can also be made in cash, where in principle the bank takes advantage based on the freedom of the mutually agreed agreement. In implementing the murabahah sale and purchase agreement at the Sharia Bank of Medan City as stipulated in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) Number 111/DSN-MUI /IX/2017 concerning the Murabahah Sale and Purchase Agreement, it has not fully met the rules or standards given by the National Sharia Council (DSN). The main problem in this case is in the murabahah sale and purchase agreement where the supplier directly sells and purchases with the customer, so that only two parties are involved in the murabahah sale and purchase contract.

Abstract Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) manages one-fifth of the credit for the Indian economy and gets recognized as a crucial sector among all other sectors. NBFCs are playing an increasingly important part in the economy. Their share of credit has increased because they were lending in sectors where banks refused to go or did not want to go. The used commercial market is a good example here. Now that NBFCs are finding it difficult to raise money, this will choke the flow of credit to the economy. This has impacted many sectors which were already suffering from the twin blows of demonetisation and the goods and services tax. A reduction in flow of credit further added to economic slowdown pressures. Besides, a slowdown in credit which lead to another pile of non-performing assets (NPA) in sectors such as commercial real estate and infrastructure, which had a economy-wide knockdown effects. The flurry of recent downgrades in NBFCs, housing finance companies and infrastructure projects lead to a crisis in the year 2019. With this backdrop, this research aims to (i) uncover the rationale behind the NBFCs crisis 2019 and (ii) highlight the steps taken by RBI to overcome the situation.

The huge quantity of concrete is consumed by construction industry all over the world. In India, the conventional concrete is produced using natural sand from river beds as fine aggregate. Decreasing natural resources poses the environmental problem and hence government restriction on sand quarrying resulted in scarcity and significant increase in its cost. This paper present the optimization of partial replacement of natural sand by quarry dust and cement by silica fume. Concrete mixes were evaluated for compressive strength. The ordinary Portland cement was partially replaced with silica fume by 5%, 10 %, and 15% and natural sand was replaced with manufactured sand completely. The results indicated that there is an increase in the compressive strength nearly 20% and 15% respectively with the increase of silica fume percentage. The result gave increasing value up to 15% replacement of silica fume. However, further additions of silica fume caused reduction in the strength. The optimum percentage of replacement of cement by silica fume is 15%.

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a machine controlled by a computer with command data code numbers, letters and symbols, according to standard ISO. It aims to generate, parse, execute sequential actions that describes the behavior of the end effector. CNC machine tools help in mass production in industries where it is required high level of complexity and can reduce human intervention during machine operation. The main objective of this paper is to study generating a Computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine processing codes to make the object. Manually the codes can be written for any object desired to be machined and can be milled on a conventional NC machine. But to get desired finish a software generated code can be used for high finished output. This paper also reports the steps involved in extracting these CNC codes on Fusion 360(Autodesk).
