Image encryption is the process of transforming the information to ensure its security. Different type of data demand different aspects, and techniques to protect the confidentiality of data from unauthorized access. The large size of image compared to that of the text demands more time for the encryption process. Image encryption has applications in internet communication, multimedia systems, medical imaging, military communication, etc. The aim of our work is to obtain an effective cipher and high-quality image compression to achieve both security against unauthorized access during data transmission through an unsecured channel and high compression to allow for a low transmission rate. We used an efficient algorithm based on DNA subsequences to encrypt the low subband of the image. For the compression, we used Haar wavelet transform, and the results were highly satisfactory; this method allowed us to achieve a perfect reconstruction with a good PSNR. In our work the image encryption is supported by image compression technique. The image is compressed and then encrypted in order to get a high-quality compressed image for enhanced encryption. With the experiment results we found 100% efficiency in image compression and a satisfactory result in image encryption and decryption.

Overcurrent relays are widely used for protection of power systems. Directional overcurrent relay respond to excessive current flow in a particular direction in the power system. The directional over current relay can protect a generator from voltage, reverse power, over current, loss-of-field, and over-excitation disturbances, while also providing breaker failure protection. If a directional over current relay is out of service, the consequences can be more severe since many protective functions may be incorporated into the unit. So, a second Backup relay could provide voltage, over current, directional power, and directional over-current protection as a backup. So for design of a system we need simulations software. Here we are using ETAP software. As ETAP is electrical power system analysis & operation software. ETAP offers and integrated and interactive software solutions for modeling, design, analysis, simulation, operation, control, optimization, and automation of electrical power system

The Generalized Compound Rayleigh Distribution is a special case of the three-parameter Burr type XII distribution. This unimodal hazard function is generalized and a flexible parametric model is thus constructed, which embeds the compound Rayleigh model, by adding shape parameter. The main objective of this paper is to determine the best estimator for the three parameter Generalized Compound Rayleigh Distribution assuming all the parameters unknown. The Methods under consideration are Maximum Likelihood Estimation and Bayesian Estimation under Precautionary Loss function. Lindley approximation is use to obtain the Approximate Bayes estimates of Generalized Compound Rayleigh Distribution assuming all the three parameters unknown under the PLF. We have studied the sensitivity of the Approximate Bayes Estimate of the model and presented a numerical study to illustrate the above technique on generated observations. The comparison is done by R-programming.

The electrical machine parameters under various operating conditions play a vital role in the considerations for the performance, efficiency, reliability and life of machine. Vibration signals measured at the external surfaces of a machine contain a great deal of information as to the internal processes. Hence it is considered as a very important parameter to monitor machine health. Hence such parameters should be constantly measured & monitored & its data acquisition should be carried out so that the data is available for the control of these parameters and also in the automation of different machine dependent processes. To monitor the machine condition remotely and detect the fault which reduces the losses. The system uses the accelerometer and temperature sensor which gives the proper analysis of a system.

Abstract: Literature and cinema are associated with each other, though having many identical characteristics, still different and unique in their own senses. Each theoretical and cinematic adaptation of classics and epics display clear reflections of lifestyle and society. Literature and cinema have constantly been one of the most pleasant/attractive styles of expertise, making remarkable effects on human psychology. The present research is primarily based on the speculation whether the movie adaptation of traditional writings manifests as a parody of the original textual content or adds a new aspect to its time examined aura. Adaptation theory has been employed to compare both the art forms. The study focuses upon film adaptation of classics which assists in engaging and generating the interest of younger generation in literature and developing analytical thinking skills. The result will be based on whether this tendency of adaptation assists in blurring the hierarchy that exists between the two art forms or in negating critical opinion which disregards film as inferior.

There are many kind of valves used in industries now a days. But trunnion mounted ball valve is used, to control the flow of petroleum fluids whose temperatures are higher with higher supply pressure, due to its own helpful characteristics. To acquire the safety along with durability of ball valve, we should consider the structural mechanics such as stress, and identify the important aspects in the stage of preliminary design. For the ball valve, the assurance of structural integrity and operability are essential to meet not only normal, abnormal loading conditions but also functionality during a seismic event. In this dissertation work, topology optimization will carried out based on which we should conclude the results that using this process mass of valve will be reduce as well as the removed material will reduce the overall cost of the given valve. Structural analysis of existing ball valve and also the topological optimization was carried out by using ANSYS Package.

In this paper,we have proposed an application which is android based using a technique called least significant bit algorithm. Steganography is a method of hiding data behind any cover object.Cover object can be image, audio or video.Image is the best source to hide data as because image takes less space and its compression ratio is very less as compared to audio and video.Using image as a cover object will make system run smoothly and it will remain undetected by the human eye.In this system, text is encoded behind image cover object and it can be decoded at the receiver point by using reverse least significant bit algorithm.

Cloud computing is deserving of thought and attempt to assemble business frameworks as a route for organizations along these lines can undoubtedly realize bring down costs, higher benefits and more decision; for extensive scale industry, Information security has turned into the most critical issue of distributed computing security. Despite the fact that numerous arrangements have been proposed, a substantial number of them just thinks about one side of security; this paper proposes the cloud data security and communication delay must be considered to research the data security chance, the data security necessities, sending of security capacities and the data security process through encryption. Dispersion of record is done on cloud servers with token age. The security engineering of the framework is outlined utilizing encoding calculations, which takes out the extortion that happens today with stolen information. There is no threat of any information sent inside the framework being blocked, and supplanted. The framework is acceptably secure and low communication delay time, yet that the level of encoding must be ventured up as figuring power increments. Results remembering the true objective to be secured the framework the correspondence between modules is encoded and reduces the communication delay. Since the customer does not have control over information the cloud supplier ought to guarantee the client that information isn't changed. In this paper an information rightness conspire is proposed in which a cloud specialist organization guarantees the client that the information is set away in the cloud is protected. This plan likewise achieves the coordination of limit precision security and data bungle confinement i.e., the unmistakable confirmation of getting misbehaving server(s).

Tea traditionally was a product from the large plantations. But, recently these big tea estates suffered from various problems like low productivity, rising input costs, uneconomic age profile of tea bushes leading to the decline of the industry and drastic expansion of the small tea growers The present study focuses on how small tea growers operate in the region of North Bengal and their role towards restoring the conditions of the tea industry in the region. Though the number of small tea growers in the region is rising, their total production is fairly low both in terms of quantity and especially quality. They constitute an unorganized sector and are deprived of various benefits that the tea estates enjoyed. They are exposed to massive volatility in the green leaf market. It seems that only through an upward shift of the small tea growers in the value chain that they can sustain themselves both economically and socially.

Optimization of growth media for Aspergillus species was done in this study. For this purpose using semisynthetic preparation containing extract of flowers of Madhuka indica, media was optimized having pH of 5.5. At these conditions, maximum fungal growth observed when ratio of flowers extract and water maintained at 1:4. This study shows that the semisynthetic media prepared from flowers of Madhuka indica was superior than synthetic media for fungi, for instance Sabourauds agar used in research laboratories. It may provide cost savings for a possible increase in production scale if used industrially as alternative to molasses, starch based media and other agro based residues employed for growth of Aspergillus.

Abstract: - It is common in all type of construction labor and it determines the time limit and anticipated budget of the task. Variation order is observed as one of the most frequently occurring issues in construction labor in India. Like other regions of the country, construction project in Vadodara are excruciation from variation procedure. This bailiwick assessed the encroachment of mutant orderliness on edifice projects that resultant price and schedule overrun in Vadodara edifice projects. The objectives of the study were firstly to determine the causes of variation order; secondly to identify the impacts of variation order; and lastly to recommend strategies to minimize variation orders. Through the study of literature review, resulted in identification of 40 common causes of variation orders, 15 impacts of variation orders and 16 recommended strategies to minimize variation orders and this variable were mapped in frequency tabular array. The questionnaire survey was carryout to identify the causes of variation orders, their impacts on building projects and to find the recommended strategies to minimize variation orders. The questionnaire responses were analyzed using the mean score method. Based on the analysis done conclusion and recommendation was done. The outcome indicated that errors and omission in design, lack of contractors involvement in design, Change in design were the most causes of variation orders. The results also showed that completion schedule delay, increase in project cost, and additional payments for contractor were the most impact of variation orders. The findings also suggested the most recommended strategies to minimize variation orders. These strategies were to produce a concluding design and contract document, to complete drawing at attender stage, and to supervise the industrial plant with experienced and dedicated supervisor to minimize variation orders.

Association rule mining is used for finding frequent itemset form the Transaction database. There are many efficient algorithm used for finding support of the itemset which denote that itemset is frequent or not. From that algorithm. Eclat algorithm is used intersection for the support counting but it give low efficiency when number of transaction are large. In our algorithm considers the DIC(variation of apriori) approach it reduce the number of passes made over the transaction database. DIC maintains four itemsets dashed circle, dashed box, Solid circle and solid box for calculating the frequent itemset And used hash based technique for reduce the size of candidate itemsets. Using Hash based technique at that time collision sometime occur but overcome this problem by rehashing technique . Besides other efficiency improving methods the DIC give confirmed frequent itemset form transactional dataset and compare to other algorithm our proposed algorithm require less time.
