Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is one of the non-traditional machining processes used to remove material based on the development of thermal sparks occurring between the tool and workpiece in the presence of dielectric fluid. Many researchers have already attempted to study the influence of adding single additive in dielectric fluid on the quality characteristics of EDMed parts. In order to achieve higher production rate significant attention has to be paid towards improving the quality and performance of dielectric fluid. In this work, the influence of adding graphite and aluminium powders with the dielectric liquid on surface roughness and material removal rate (MRR) of the EDMed components were studied by conducting experiments. The experiments were conducted with and without additives in the dielectric and the influence of additives were studied by comparing these results.

The phenomena of consciousness, which has been a debatable issue in the current theorising about the mind in the fields of philosophy, psychology and physical sciences like neuroscience and AI, had not always been seen from the same perspectives as we have today. Historically, it had been initiated by mythical perceptions and religious speculations within their own terminology and approaches they had at that times like supernatural and spiritual stances. Later it came in to the realm of philosophical investigations and discussed under the headings like mind-body problem and phenomenology, extensively. Which further initiated psychological and science oriented empirical approaches to deal with the mysterious and even so called non physical phenomena . Though the pace of this new approach has been slow yet it is undoubtly efficient and really explaining at least some mysteries clouding the phenomena earlier, in understandable terms. The purpose of this paper is to point out some very basic conceptual and linguistic inconsistencies lying in our approaches towards dealing with the phenomena of consciousness which delude a clear conception of it. In this effort I will try to point out the inherent mythical attitudes which still effects our way of thinking when faced with an unknown phenomena though observable and experienced, like consciousness.

A mutual fund is a trust that pools the savings of a number of investors who share a common financial goal. The money thus collected is then invested in capital market instruments such as shares, debentures and other securities. The income earned through these investments and the capital appreciation realized is shared by its unit holders in proportion to the number of units owned by them. Thus, mutual fund is the most suitable investment for the common man as it offers an opportunity to invest in a diversified, professionally managed basket of securities at a relatively low cost. Among wide variety of funds equity diversified fund is considered as substitute for direct stock market investment. Here, an attempt is made to analyze the performance of the growth oriented equity diversified schemes on the basis of risks and returns evaluation.

The journal proposes the picture recovery procedure in view of LTP and LBP highlights. The fundamental focus of CBIR is to get exact outcomes with bringing down computational time. The requirement for productive substance based picture recovery has expanded enormously in numerous application territories, for example, biomedicine, military, business, training, and web picture arrangement and seeking. Content-based Image Retrieval (CBIR) innovation defeats the imperfections of customary content based picture recovery innovation, for example, substantial workload and solid subjectivity Local Binary Pattern (LBP) is a viable technique for surface investigation, being acknowledged for exactness and processing power The different computational and numerical models, for ordering objects including Discriminative Robust Local Ternary Pattern (DRLTP) and Discriminative Robust Local Binary Pattern (DRLBP) have been proposed yields better execution. LPQ will help in the sequencing of the example which is getting from DRLBP and DRLTP. This paper proposes a novel strategy for ordering the diverse articles utilizing Probabilistic Neural Network. This is finished by pre-handling the picture at first and afterward extricating the face highlights utilizing Pattern. At that point, the discovery of various articles is finished utilizing Probabilistic Neural Network(PNN). The way toward consolidating DRLTP and DRLBP perform better rather utilizing independently.

Indian society is a patriarchal one where man is the central figure in both the family and society. Ideologically we gave women the status of God - the first to be honoured, adored, respected and worshiped; but ironically they are the most mistreated ones. In such a society women find it hard to pursue their dreams. They are in shackles because of their domestic commitments and imposed limitations. Sarah Joseph, the Kendra Sahitya Academi Award winner, well-known writer, feminist, and activist in her 'Inside Every Women Writer' reflects on how the woman writer breaks the shackles of family ties and pursues a new horizon of literary career.

The comprehensive testing, validation, and the installation plan for the pv solar the New. Technology which is utilizes for (PV), solar farm as, STATCOM during the, night and Day time. This Technology is termed as a STATCOM. It will be the utilized in the night for power factor correction and voltage control at the terminals of an induction motor. This paper is the discussed including many applications of proportional-integral (PI), controllers method. However, the previous works is obtained the PI gains via a trial and error hence; the control parameters for optimal performance at a given operating point may not be as effective at a different operating point. Here we present a Fuzzy Logic Control method of using PV solar plant as STATCOM, in the dark periods without sunlight, for the load reactive power compensation and the voltage control. In this simulation model the adaptive PI control shows consistent and the excellence under the various operating conditions. The different initial control gains, and the different load levels, and change of the Transmission network, consecutive disturbances, and the severe disturbance. The conventional (STATCOM), control with tuned, fixed PI gains usually. Performs the fine in original system with a fuzzy logic controller, but may not be perform as efficiently as the proposed control method when there is a change in system conditions. The Fuzzy Logic Controller is more robust as compared to general PI controller

An oil rig is structure lodging hardware used to penetrate into underground stores for oil or gaseous petrol. It for the most part comprises of Mast and Sub-structure, Hoisting and turning types of gear. The lifting arrangement of an Oil Rig comprise of draw works, frequently called the crane, the derrick or pole, the crown square, voyaging piece and the penetrating line (wire rope). The framework is utilized to lift penetrate stem and packaging amid the way toward making opening and coating it the crane itself is a lifting specialist. The draw works is a unique reason winch of an Oil Rig, which is utilized for attracting and out, the packaging channeling, boring tools and other gear utilized as a part of the investigation of oil. From the preparatory information gathered, the power factor of the drive can be kept up over 0.7 even at bring down paces inferring that the responsive power is diminished to a huge degree when contrasted with the DC engine drive where in the power factor falls as below as 0.35. Another part of the VFD is that the speed of the engine can be kept up at 0 RPM to unending time without danger of potential harm to the internals. The fundamental target of the outline alteration of air conditioning Attract Works is to build the productivity by supplanting the chain and sprockets with outfit box, with a view to make the framework conservative and furthermore to lessen its cost and weight. The plan of the draw works would take after from the premise of existing outline prilimarily, with stamped changes coming about by the use of air conditioning power stack with shifting torque speed parameters.

Facility planning is concerned with the design, layout, and accommodation of people, machines and activities of a system or enterprise within a physical spatial environment. Facility planning is very important in a manufacturing process. For a manufacturing plant, the facilities layout, also called plant layout. For any kind of production one need men, material and machinery. Men work on material with the aid of machinery and tools. In the process of production at least one of the three, men, material or machinery has to be moved depending upon the process and the product facility layout design could improve the performance of production line such as decrease bottleneck rate, minimize Material handling cost, reduces idle time, increasing the efficiency and utilization of labor, equipment and space. Many researchers have been done in finding optimum facility design. Heuristic methods for layout optimization are Tabu Search (TS) Simulated Annealing (SA) and Genetic Algorithms (GA) the heuristic methods, simulation technique is also recommended in optimizing of facility location and design of layout. This Research paper survey on previous literature Review finding in facility location planning and design of layout of plants.

Dispersion Compensation (DC) and Power Optimization (PO) are highly required parameters in Optical Communication System. In recent years there has been a lot of work on dispersion-compensating fibers (DCFs), which are being used extensively for upgrading the installed 1310 nm optimized optical fiber links for operation at 1550 nm. Dispersion leads to pulse spreading that causes the output pulses to overlap. Without dispersion compensation, each symbol would be broadened so much that it would strongly overlap with a number of neighboring symbols. Even for moderate broadening, significant inter-symbol interference can strongly distort the detected signal. Therefore, it is essential to compensate the dispersion before detecting the signal.

Data access control is one of the challenging issues in public cloud storage Ciphertext Policy Attribute Based Encryption (CP-ABE) has been adopted as promising technique to provide flexible, secure data access control and fine grained structure for cloud storage. In the existing CP-ABE schemes the single attribute authority must execute the time consuming user legitimacy verification and secret key distribution, it results in single point bottleneck when CP-ABE scheme is adopted in large scale cloud storage system. As a result users are stuck in the longer waiting queue to obtain their secret keys, thereby resulting in low efficiency of the system. Although multi authority access control schemes still cannot overcome the drawbacks of single point bottleneck and low efficiency due to the fact that each of the authorities still independently manages disjoint attribute set. A novel heterogeneous framework is proposed to remove the problem of single point performance bottleneck and provide more efficient access control scheme with an auditing mechanism. This framework employs multiple attribute authorities to share the load of user legitimacy verification. A central authority is used to generate secret keys for legitimacy verified users. Other multi authorities access control schemes, each of the authority in this scheme manages the whole attribute set individually. Auditing mechanism is proposed to enhance security this detects which attribute authority has incorrectly performed the legitimacy verification. This system not only guarantees the security requirements but also make performance improvement in key generation.

Image retargeting is a key technique in image processing for displaying images on various display devices of different sizes. This area becomes attracted in past few years. The key requirement for image retargeting is to preserve the object in the image and minimize the visual distortion. To achieve this goal various image retargeting methods such as scaling, cropping, seam carving, warping and multi-operator are developed. In this paper we are reviewing these methods and tries to understand each methods and reveals its challenges. We also focus on saliency based method and segmentation based method to evaluate the performance base on the quality of image retargeting. Furthermore, we believe that this review can help the researchers to solve the existing limitations and introduce new idea to make an efficient content aware retargeting method.
