An efficient0way of water quality monitoring (WQM) are critical implementation for the issue of polluted water globally, with increasing in the development of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) technology in the Internet of Things (IoT) environment and real time water quality monitoring is remotely monitored by means of real-time data acquisition and computation. IOT is developing rapidly and widely applied in all wireless environments. In this paper, sensor technology and wireless networks integration of IOT technology has been studied and reviewed based on the polluted water. A combined approach with internet and wireless communications, Remote Monitoring System (RMS) is proposed. Major objective is to collect real time data of polluted water environment and provides easy access for agricultural facilities such as alerts through Short Massaging Service (SMS) and advises on elements. Renesas micro controller is the main heart of the whole system. Temperature, water level, turbidity etc., will alert the user via GSM module. Data collected from sensors are stored in cloud using Amazon web service (AWS).

Today the word is moving towards the economic process in area of biometrics as a personal identification methodology. The techniques that are established for an distinctive the individual using face as a biometric has become additional importance in field of biometrics. The face database extracted leads the numerous application like photography, security surveillance, database identification etc. This paper includes the study of facial feature extraction techniques that are Principal part Analysis (PCA) and discrete wavelet Transforms (DWT), hear the comparison of two given algorithms are created with concerned to the rate of feature extraction for face recognition using the Principal part Analysis (PCA) and therefore the PCA using discrete wavelet Transforms (DWT). The projected algorithm uses the thought of DWT for the image compression and PCA for the feature extraction and identification methodology. The limitations of the sole PCA rule are a poor recognition speed and complex mathematical calculating load. To eliminate these limitations we are applying the DWT with completely different decomposition levels, i.e. from level zero to level three to facial image by using Daubechies transform and applying the PCA for feature extraction method. The euclidean Distance Measures system is used to notice the closest matching features within the whole database. In this paper the mentioned algorithms are compared with their feature extraction and recognition time, the second parameter is that the percentage of recognition of a test image. The results shows that the PCA with DWT applied gives higher recognition rate up to 93 than solely PCA ,with very less access time .

The High altitude lake has been the center of the attraction for tourists since ancient times. After the formation of Uttarakhand state, High altitude lakes are attracting tourist around the world. In such a scenario, tourism sector has become the main source of economy of Uttarakhand. This paper explores the Ecotourism, as a sustainable revenue source for mountain communities that lives around these High altitude lakes. The present study was conducted on the distinctive feature of tourism in Dodi Tal Lake and its impact on socioeconomic status as well as impacts on the lake environment in some selected villages, Agoda (s1), Dasda (s2) and Dandalka (s3). The primary data was collected with the help of assemble questionnaire and also using secondary data from diverse source. The analysis reveals that agriculture (91%) is prominent revenue source while ecotourism is as second major revenue source of these three villages. The ecotourism is being considered sustainable source of income generation and seen as fascinating task for the youth. Ecotourism has prevented the youth migration in Dodi Tal environ. Despite of agriculture, approximately 85% of the households have got their highest annual average income through tourism activities. After fully adopting tourism, changes in the traditional living standard of this area were noticed. However, the tourism practices in the Dodi Tal area has been identified as a key of environmental problems affecting the lake Environment. This finding suggests that the need of well planned and sustainable eco-tourism approach in the region. This paper endorses to create harmony between the mountain community and the high altitude lake environment.

Farming is a major input sector for economic development of any country. Livelihood of majority of population of the country like India depends on agriculture. In this project, we proposed to develop a Smart Farming System that uses advantages of cutting edge technologies such as IoT and Wireless Sensor Network to help farmers enhance the way farming is done. Using sensors like temperature, humidity, soil moisture etc. are used to get information about the field and help farmers to take precise decisions on insights and recommendations based on the collected data. The farmers are precisely two types, educated and uneducated. So, for the farmers who are uneducated, a message is sent to the mobile phone, so that he can get the info and he can supervise the field even by sitting in home. The farmers who are educated can check the webpage regularly, and can take their steps for better yield of the crop.

The philosophy of next level reforms in the financial sector is dedicated to financial inclusion. Inclusive growth of the country can be achieved if a large section of the population participates in the financial markets. In order to achieve the objective of financial inclusion, it is necessary for individuals to know, understand, and develop the ability and skills to evaluate, assess, transact in the financial markets. Financial literacy is one of the strategic initiatives to achieve inclusive growth. It has assumed greater importance, as financial markets have become increasingly complex and the common man finds it very difficult to make informed decisions. Financial literacy is an important tool for promoting financial inclusion; financial development and ultimately financial stability. A large number of initiatives is being developed by countries to address this issue and are increasingly rolling out national strategies on financial education. This paper traces the concept of financial literacy and its role in promoting financial inclusion in India. This study also discuss about the various initiatives taken by regulators for improving financial literacy in India. The findings of this study reveals that financial literacy has been identified as key factor influencing the demand side of the financial inclusion. Agricultural credit is one of the most crucial inputs in all agricultural development programmes. Since independence, a multi agency approach consisting of cooperatives, commercial banks and regional rural banks-known as institutional credit has been adopted to provide cheaper and adequate credit to farmers. A co-operative is a form of organisation that is widely prevalent in developing countries including India. It has great potential as an instrument of rural development. Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Societies (PACCSs) were assigned the role of providing agricultural credit to farmers, mainly short term , medium term and jewel loans to the rural people All the base level societies are affiliated to District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCB) at the district level, which in turn, are affiliated to State Co-operative Banks (SCB) at the State level.more than 121 million members in 2010-2011. Over the years, the profitability of PACCs has been declining and their net worth has been erode.
