The development in the railroad area has brought about an exapnsion in the train activity thickness over the world. This has brought about the expansion in the quantity of mischances including trains. In this paper, the proposed structure incorporates a few elements which forestall train mishaps.it incorporates flame recognition ,water level recognization ,railway track split discovery, This structure makes utilization of IR sensors, fire sensor,GSM and other inserted structure Rail mischances have been expanded because of the surge streaming over the railway track. We are proposing a surge identification structure to overcome such mischances. here ,at whatever point we distinguish that there is a flood over track ,we will send a sign to the train through GSM which will stop the train furthermore send messages to higher powers of south focal railroad. In recent or in past years most of the accidents are happened due to weather conditions or not having proper balance of tracks. Automated Screening System (ASS) is used to avoid accidents. It is used to monitor traffic, Climatic conditions, it calculates distance between the tracks and strength of the track and number of gaps on tracks. Reliable compact Blue chips are used near fish plates of tacks and connected to ASS. Satellite transmission system is the medium used to transmit datafrom tracks to train and train to railway signalling system and vice versa. Track information is accessed from database and stored into ASS. If status is accurate then train will get signal to move forward. Digital siren is used to avoid level crossing accidents

In recent years, multilevel inverters have gained more attention for high power applications. A multilevel inverter not only achieves high power ratings, but also enables the use of renewable energy sources. Single phase inverter is widely used for stand-alone systems and micro-grid application. The major limitation faced by multilevel inverters are, number of switches required large which leads to higher switching losses. There are many limitations in extracting power from renewable energy resources. To minimize the power demand and scarcity we have to improve the power extracting methods. Multilevel inverter can be used to extract power from solar cells. In these paper we work on design cascade (5 type, 7 type) multilevel inverter for increase performance of existing system and apply on grid with solar panel. It synthesizes the desired ac output waveform from several dc sources. The main objective of this paper is to study the 5-level and 7-level Cascaded Multilevel Inverter. In this paper the different parameters like voltage, current, THD in 5-level and 7-level Cascaded Multilevel Inverter and analysis on solar panel.

Abstract : This Proposed work presents a novel method to detect five types of abnormal Red Blood Cells (RBCs) called Poikilocytes in Iron deficient blood smears. Classification and counting the number of Poikilocyte cells is considered as an important step for the automatic detection of Iron Deficiency Anemia disease. Round cells(Discocyte), Dacrocytes, Schistocytes and Elliptocytes, Degmacyte cells are five essential Poikilocyte cells that are prevalent in of Iron Deficiency Anemia. The suggested cell recognition approach includes preprocessing, feature extraction and classification steps. There are five main phases involved in the system. They are image pre-processing, extraction of five type Poilkilocyte Cell from segmented images, feature extraction, classification of five type Poilkilocyte Cell Images. For classification neural classifiers in DCT and WHT are used. The main aim of the method is to develop a Computer Aided system for classification of blood disease of five type Poilkilocyte Cell or abnormal red blood cell.

Comparators are most probably second most widely used electronic components after operational amplifiers in this world. Comparators are known as 1-bit analog-to digital converter and for that reason they are mostly used in large abundance in A/D converter. In the analog-to-digital conversion process, it is necessary to first sample the input. This sampled signal is then applied to a combination of comparators to determine the digital equivalent of the analog signal. The conversion speed of comparator is limited by the decision making response time of the comparator. Apart from that, comparators are also can be found in many other applications like zero-crossing detectors, peak detectors, switching power regulators, BLDC operating motors, data transmission, and others. The basic functionality of a CMOS comparator is used to find out whether a signal is greater or smaller than zero or to compare an input signal with a reference signal and outputs a binary signal based on comparison. Comparator is a circuit used to detect whether a signal is greater or smaller than zero, or to compare the size of one signal with another. Designing high-speed comparators is more challenging when the supply voltage is smaller. High-speed comparators in ultra-deep sub-micrometer ( UDSM ).CMOS technologies suffer from low supply voltages. In this paper we are going to study and analyze the dynamic double tail comparator and implement the same for high speed analysis and will observe the power consumption.

The image processing is very essential aspect for image and video processing application. One of application Video compression is an essential part of recording and saving security camera footage, for the reason that it compresses the raw files into a lesser format. This allows you to store more videos on our computer device. video compression an important part of our surveillance is the ability to compress files - this maximizes your hard drive space so you can store more videos for longer periods of time before your hard drive is full. Large video files become a problem when we record extremely long videos, or high quality HD videos. In this paper, Low Performance Based Video Compression approach which tends to hard exploit the pertinent temporal redundancy in the video frames to improve compression efficiency with less processing complexity. Generally, video signal has high temporal redundancies due to the high correlation between successive frames. Actually, this redundancy has not been exposed enough by current video compression techniques. It consists on 3D to 2D transformation of the video frames that allows exploring the temporal redundancy of the video using 2D transforms and avoiding the computationally challenging motion compensation step. This transformation turns the spatial temporal correlation of the video into high spatial correlation. In this paper transforms each group of pictures (GOP) to one picture (Accordion Representation) eventually with high spatial correlation. Thus, the decorrelation of the resulting pictures by the DCT makes efficient energy compaction, and therefore produces a high video compression ratio. Many experimental tests had been conducted to prove the method efficiency especially in high bit rate and with slow motion video. The proposed method seems to be well suitable for video surveillance applications and for embedded video compression systems.

Temperament and academic achievement are two different terms but both affect each other. Education plays a key role in shaping, molding and reconstructing the society. It helps in overall development of society like behavior development, personality development and character development where as temperament is a phenomenological term in which the categorization of any individual is derived from the constellation of behavior at any age period. To find out different dimensions of temperaments and academic achievement of adolescents of different sociometric groups it is very important to know or study about already done research in the same field as it helps in the assessment of current state of research on a topic and also sharpen our research focus. This review paper helps for pursuing present research work. Some of the studies clearly depicts the temperament and academic achievement of adolescents of different sociometric groups and shows how temperament affects the academic achievement of students. While others show relation of temperament with personality, behavior, etc and academic achievement with stress, mental ability and behavior etc. With this review of paper the researcher wants to predict that how temperament and academic achievement affects different sociometric groups. It also describes the relation of temperament with stress, behavior, mental ability and personality.

The installed capacity of photovoltaic (PV) systems in India reached 18.7 GW at the end of 2017 and is increasing day by day. High PV penetration rises many issues in the system. This paper gives brief review of these issues. One of the problem is instantaneous change of voltage. Mitigation technique using Constant Power Generation (CPG) control is proposed here with modified MPPT control of DC-DC converter to solve voltage change problem without using any expensive energy storage device. A two stage three phase PV system is simulated in MATLAB environment. Result shows that using CPG problem of instantaneous change of voltage is mitigated.

The objective of this paper is to study the notion of a social group of a particular region who construct an identity based on their intellectual characteristics. How did the Mithila Brahmins formed their distinctive identity among those social groups for a long time. And how the social norms have been determined on contemporary society in this process of constructing a distinct identity. It is also important for the study that what was the attitude of state and administration in the process of creation of this identity under which contemporary Maithil scholars or Brahmins regulated social order on the basis of their sacred texts namely Dharma??stras. In the medieval society, they formed a symmetry between the many challenges at the political and cultural level for the validity of their identity and domination, which are reflected by their literatures. Through the examine of these literatures, it is necessary to study the process of legalizing the Brahminical hierarchy in the social system and regulating the daily life in the medieval Mithila.
