Now a days power system protection is an important role for an operating engineer, which can be done by doing online security assessment. Contingency analysis is one of the best methods to forecast the condition of power system if any unwanted event occurs in the power system. To do contingency analysis first the operator has to know the parameters like voltage, power and voltage angle at each and every bus by doing load flow analysis on the system. Newton Raphson method is the best load flow method as it gives accurate results in less time. In this paper all line outage contingencies in a standard 6 bus and 5 bus power system has been done in MATLAB environment. For each line outage contingency, load flow analysis has been done on the system and the active power and voltage performance indices have been calculated. These two performance indices will give the idea about the change in active power flow through the lines and voltages at the buses for a particular line outage. Summation of these two indices will give the performance index value through which ranking of severity will be given to the lines. And from the load flow results comparison has been done between low rank and high rank line outage contingencies. This contingency analysis helps the operational engineer to know which line outage is dangerous to the system and what prior action has to take to minimize the effect of that particular line outage.

Agriculture is one of the vital occupation in the world. A major problem that a farmer is facing is the plants getting affected by diseases. The detection of the leaf disease is very important factor to prevent the losses in the yield. It is very difficult to monitor the diseased plant manually, as it requires tremendous amount of work and found less useful in large farms. Also, farmers are unaware of non -native diseases. Hence with the aid of imaging technology, disease detection can be done automatically. Here this project is divided in to two main steps. Firstly, a hybrid intelligent surveillance robot is designed using Arduino UNO controller which will be able to capture the picture of the diseased plants while wandering automatically on the field or in the green house and secondly, image processing is used for detection of plant disease where it involves image acquisition, image pre-processing, image segmentation, feature extraction and classification where these features are used to identify the type of disease and to increase the quantity of agricultural product.

Chemotherapy is a type of treatment for ovarian cancer. It uses special drugs to kill cancer or the cyst in the body. Some types of cancer can be treated with just chemotherapy. Sometimes chemotherapy is used with other treatments like radiotherapy and surgery. Chemotherapy is given for different reasons. It can be given because it is the best way to get rid of the cancer It can be given because other treatments are not enough on their own to get rid of the cancer. It can be given to help you live longer. There are lots of different types of chemotherapy drugs. Each person will be given a different mixture depending on what type of cancer they have. The drugs travel through the body in your blood. They work by damaging the cancer cells so that they cannot spread and make more cancer cells. The drugs can also kill some of the healthy cells in your body. But healthy cells can usually mend themselves and get back to normal after a short time. The effects of the drugs on healthy cells can cause side effects like tiredness or feeling sick. Some people will only have a few side effects and others may have more. Chemotherapy treatment can be given in different ways. The two main ways that chemotherapy is given are: Tablets or capsules. Your doctor or nurse will tell you how many tablets to take and how often to take them. It is very important you know when to take your tablets. You may need support with this. By injection: This means putting the drugs into your blood through your skin using a needle. There are different places on your body that the drugs can be injected into. You will usually have to have lots of treatments, so the nurse will put a small tube under your skin that stays there all the way through your treatment. This is called a portacath. This makes it easier to give you the drugs without having to give you lots of injections. The chemotherapy drugs are given into the tube from a bag of liquid called a drip.

Telecommunication technology has become an integral part of our life. There have been innumerable advancements in the field of mobile communication and has improved the standard of living. But unfortunately, these are not exclusively developed for the visually challenged people and they cannot utilize the developing technologies. This paper explains the design and implementation of an SMS system which uses the conventional Braille language as the basis. The two major tasks involved are SMS send and SMS receive. Initially an SMS can be sent to the desired mobile number, using a Braille keypad which is interfaced with the ARM microcontroller and GSM module. At the receiving end, a buzzer alerts the blind user about the reception of a message. Each of the characters in the message are decoded by ARM controller and sent to the vibration motors. These vibrations help the user decipher the message, character by character. This design is implemented using an embedded kit with various modules assembled on one board. The system thus designed is easy to use, and cost effective.

In the present study, a greener synthetic method has been developed using economically cheap desktop chemicals such as ascorbic acid (vitamin C),BiCl3, EDTA(Ethylene diamine tetra acetic disodium salt) and SeO2 (Selenium dioxide). Bi2Se3 nanoparticles are prepared by using three different bases. XRD (X-ray Diffraction) characterization revealed that the product consisted of rhombohedralphase of Bi2Se3. Further the products were also characterised by using UV-VIS(Ultra violet visible spectra), IR(Infrared spectra),SEM (Scanning electron microscopy) and TEM (Transmission electron microscopy).

Validating the new advanced conduct of people in any association is challenge because of challenges in estimating the highlights developing in it. It needs either solid proof by demonstrating of human conduct as human asset of an association or evaluating the highlights by an important study and it needs strong demonstration by modeling of control rationale and Petri-net gives as an open door for outlining a dependable framework for this reason. Fuzzy control logic gives a facility for designing a reliable system for this purpose. We do here the imprecisions in measuring character qualities attributes are respective with the membership function or characteristics function of fuzzy control logic and also rules are being generated or mapped form the fuzzy features to the crisp output are modeled by colored Petri-net. In this paper we step-in-aid of the execution the problem of implementing such a Petri-net based advice system for human resource. As proof of concept we peruse fuzzy control system base is then mapped to a fuzzy Petri net and then within the verification (reachability graph) and validation (reasoning the Petri net) process and conducted collection of data for this research. The obtained model is validated with the human resource management.

Vector quantization (VQ) is the powerful technique in the field of image compression. The aim of image compression is reduced the bit rate for transmission or data storage at the same time maintaining an acceptable fidelity or image quality. However, VQ is provided less efficiency in a high dimensional data. The performance of VQ was enhanced through presenting the generalized residual vector quantization which was optimized by Particle Swarm optimization (PSO) and Honey Bee Mating Optimization (HBMO) algorithms. Furthermore, the artificial plant optimization algorithm was optimized the parameter of Generalized Residual Vector Quantization (APOA-GRVQ) for maintaining the images quality. The APOA-GRVQ was suffered due to time complexity issue. This issue was handled by presenting Adaptive Optimized image compression (AOIC) method which was adaptively selected the VQ and GRVQ for reducing the codebook generating time. In this paper enhanced the performance of generalized residual vector quantization (EGRVQ) for generating the optimal codebook. The EGRVQ is performed generalized vector quantization with higher accuracy. The EGRVQ is performed in to three phases namely transition clustering, multipath encoding and ?-term elimination. In a transition clustering phase, the k-means algorithm is presented in conventional GRVQ which was suffered convergence to local minimum. So, the Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) clustering algorithm is presented in proposed EGRVQ to optimally reduce the size of codebook. In multipath encoding phase, reduce the computation error of codebook. For elimination of ?-term, the Euclidean distance computation was performed in conventional GRVQ which was suffered by computational complexity. So, the mahalanobis distance Computation is presented to eliminate ?-term in proposed EGRVQ for achieving optimal quantization accuracy. The performance of proposed method is evaluated in terms of Compression Ratio, Peak-Signal Noise Ratio (PSNR), Structural Similarity, and Bit Rate

Digital forensics have plenty of applications such as criminal law and private investigation. Digital evidence in the field of forensic investigation has become very important. There are many issues in dealing with network evidence. As network is volatile in nature it becomes difficult to gather network evidence. Sometimes, such information may change with the time, may be located on server which needs authority to get access or far away from the crime scene. In this paper, a novel methodology is presented to collect network evidence. Precisely, the online services like web pages, chats, photos or videos would be source for collecting information. This method is suitable for both experts and non-experts as it takes user through whole process of obtaining evidences. During this process, the information received from remote source is automatically gathered. This information consists of network packets and any information generated by user. A trusted-third party, works as a digital notary to verify both, obtained evidence and the acquisition process.
