Since 2019 Covid caused a huge death rate among different age categories of the people. This virus makes people to realize about the importance of their health and pushed them towards to save their life at first instead of saving money in general. We are in an uncertain situation that we are in need of to do something to bring back our world to become normal stage. Henceforth, as per the world health organization (WHO) [1] reports, every nation's governments are insisting people to follow certain safety protocols such as wearing masks and maintain social distance from the surrounding people to avoid the infection from Coronavirus [2]. However, it is 80% of people do not follow the same and these habits make again welcoming corona viruses to increase the death rate. Hence, in order to save the lives of the people, a new novel framework for detecting the face mask of an individual from the crowd of people and also to identify people who do not maintain proper distance with others have been proposed. Hence, the results are useful for identifying the people who violate the rules of not wearing the mask and also not following the social distance. The following methods have been implemented using OPENCV and YOLOV3[3]. The results become more useful to the public welfare sectors of government for taking necessary actions for those who violate the government rule

In West Bengal, Purulia District is one of the poorly backward drought prone, topographically severely undulating lands with inadequate irrigation and insufficient of all agricultural inputs. The present status of tribal people is very poor as a consequence they are migrating to neighboring district and state for their source of income. Pisciculture is one of the main pillars of the local economy of the district and people mainly derive their livelihood by exploiting the fishery resources in the water bodies of the district. The district is bestowed with large number of water bodies which are utilized for Pisciculture activities. Fisheries represent a vital sector in the thrust programme of West Bengal Government for rural development through production of fish and other ancillary activities thereby generating rural employment and improvement of socio-economic status of the fishers who are the prime contributors of fisheries production. In general tribal peoples are mostly under BPL level. For this technological and financial help and proper training and monitoring are being required to change the livelihood condition. For improving the production scenario and simultaneous development of the fishers of those districts, the government introduces the Tribal Sub Plan to boost up the process. Accordingly training programmes, supply of feed, seed etc. at subsidised rate and the intervention of technical people are being implemented. As a result definitely a remarkable change in their income generation and affinity to the culture was made. Still Government's efforts in implementing a proper planning and management oriented marketing strategies are required for the sustainable development of the culture towards the upliftment of the employment and livelihood generation of the tribal fisher folks of this districts.

The emotional intelligence is a variable that has helped humans survive in challenging situations. Inability to regulate it leads to unhealthy expression or suppression. Adolescents are generally vulnerable to emotional dysregulations. The current research adopts an exploratory approach to identify the factors and sub-dimensions leading to anger expression and suppression among adolescents. Using a pragmatic approach and purposive sampling method, 17 samples were chosen. The Anger Expression Scale by Spielberger was used to identify the levels of anger expression and suppression, and researcher developed interview schedule was used to identify the factors which were obtained by frequency analysis. It was concluded that anger expression and suppression may be elicited by the interpersonal dimension, which includes parents, siblings, family environment and peer relationships, and Academic dimension. Under the Interpersonal Dimension, the contributing factors of High Anger Expression are found to be parental and sibling modeling, frequent sibling rivalry, negative family environment, constant fights, strict and punitive parenting styles, peer modeling, peer pressure, use of offensive language, upward social comparison with another child, feeling less appreciated, and lack of safe space for expression. Academic overload, failure to meet deadlines, academic expectations and boredom are the academic factors causing anger expression. High Anger Suppression is due to neglectful, strict, and derisive parenting style, wrong modeling, trust issues and judgmental attitudes within the family and peer circles. The other causes identified are faulty anger expression training, fear of perceived reaction, academic overload, stress, and lack of platform for anger expression.

Website makes it simple to interact with user with easy access to all content. The current website of our college is managed by a company, so there are few drawbacks. As the college have to pay large amount and there was also chance of data loss so to overcome this problem we have developed "VPSCET" college website. In our website we have used MySQL and PHP as backend design and HTML, CSS and JavaScript are used as front end tools. The main aim of our project is to change contents dynamically and to provide use interface applications. This site will provide virtual tour of campus, here we will get latest details about the institution VPS/edu.Com was a web design project undertaken on behalf of five departments and an administrative office of the College of Vidhya Prasarini Sabha's college Of Engineering and Technology. The role of the VPS/edu.Com core team was to provide design and technical guidance for the our team working directly with these units. The core team created a prototype from which the unit teams designed their individual sites. Later the core team helped implement the unit sites. As part of the design effort, the core team examined numerous university Web sites and thought through a variety of design issues. Three are discussed in this paper: (1) indicating the identity of individual units within the hierarchical structure of the institution; (2) maintaining visual consistency throughout the site, and (3) harmonizing the messages conveyed by the university's home page and the home pages of the university's colleges and department.

Video Surveillance plays a pivotal role in today's world. The technologies have been advanced too much when Deep Learning pitched into the system. Using above combinations, different systems are in place which helps to differentiate various suspicious behaviors from the live tracking of footages. The most unpredictable one is human behavior and it is very difficult to find whether it is suspicious or normal. Deep learning approach is used to detect suspicious or normal activity in an academic environment, and which sends an alert message to the corresponding authority, in case of predicting a suspicious activity. Monitoring is often performed through consecutive frames which are extracted from the video.

With the recent surge in interest in computational thought, an important question has arisen: what are the best methods for teaching students basic computing concepts?Visualization is considered as one way to support student learning. This paper outlines a study that tested the benefits of animated sorting algorithms for teaching. To visualize three sorting algorithms, a web-based animation application was constructed. A visualization of data is implemented as a bar graph, after which a data sorting and algorithm may be applied. The resulting animation is then performed either automatically or by the user, who then sets their own pace. This is a research on the computer science curriculum's approach to learning algorithms.. These findings and reactions are catalogued in this document and compared to earlier investigations. Keywords: Sorting Algorithms, React Visualizer, Selection Sort, , Bubble Sort, Insertion Sort..
