The paper proposes a survey conducted on the various Methodologies used for monitoring vehicles using CAN protocol. Enabling a sustainable mobility is one of the primary goals of the smart city vision where the development of intelligent parking system represents a key aspect. Parking space monitoring and allocation is the solution to the parking problem faced in cities. Through this survey, we have analyzed few fine features and scant flaws in the existing systems. These failing factors affecting the overall performance of the system can be overcome by further research and development.

In the present work, this paper presents the design an antenna and analysis of ultra wide band (UWB) applications for satellite communications. By using a photo voltaic cell the radiating patch element of a patch antenna was replaced. Antenna is a one type of transducer converts electrical energy to electromagnetic energy in form of electromagnetic waves. Here, to design a patch antenna structure based on a photovoltaic solar cell. It is used to collecting a radio frequency (RF) as well as photo-generated current. To improving efficiency is used for solar cell in patch antenna. A simulation allowing measuring the performance of the antenna, with a n and p type silicon material and analyzing its parameters such as the gain, directivity, radiation pattern, reflection coefficient(S11) and bandwidth. The performance of proposed antenna has been simulated and designed using HFSS software.

ABSTRACT The most challenging issue in Construction industry is to improving the production efficiency. Many research have been done in the past, however a deeper understanding is still needed to improve the labour productivity. The main outcome from the literature is that there is no standard definition of productivity. It covers the construction labour productivity definitions, aspects, factors affecting it. The productivity of labour is particularly important especially in developing countries, where most of the building construction work is still on manual basis. The aim of this study is to get the latest information and to identify the key factors that affect the labour productivity in and around Coimbatore. So survey is carried out through questionnaire and distribute to respondents who work at various projects in wide area in Coimbatore and the questionnaires are rated by project managers, experienced engineers and also with labours using their past experiences. And the data's are collected and analysed; using this the affected factors are identified and ranked, through this necessary steps are provided to improve the labour productivity.

Sustainable development cannot be achieved without a major contribution from agriculture. The present study was carried out in Purulia-I block of Purulia district in West Bengal. This research was motivated by the concern that most farmers face heavy rains during the growing season and that crop damage and yield losses due to heavy rains cause extensive losses among farmers. The present study indicates that the total 287 hector area was damaged due to excessive rainfall in Purulia-I block where 496 hector area shown under vegetable cultivation. Total cultivable area in Purulia-I block was 19334.19 hector. It is also clearly notified that Dihdiha Gram Panchayat was highly affected (65.15%) by heavy rainfall where Manara Gram Panchayat (51.85%) was lowest in this block and the average damaged area under vegetable cultivation in Purulia-I block is 57.86 percent. Excessive rainfall has a detrimental impact on horticultural crops productivity but rainfall during the specific growth stage is rarely used in efficiency analysis. This study focuses on this available point and examines the influence of rainfall specifically encountered during the sowing stage and early vegetative growth stage and the flowering stage of different horticultural crops in Purulia district.

Unsteady boundary layer flow of an incompressible fluid over a stretching surface in the presence of a heat source or sink is studied. The unsteadiness in the flow and temperature fields is caused by the time dependence of the stretching velocity and the surface heat flux. The nonlinear boundary layer equations are transformed to nonlinear ordinary differential equations containing the Prandt l number, heat source or sink parameter and unsteadiness parameter. These equationsare solved by applying Fuzzy Adomian technique and compared with the existing numerical results obtained by using Shooting with Runge Kutta method. This focuses on solving the nonlinear ordinary and partial differential equations using Fuzzy Adomian decomposition method

Utilization of Solar PV Panels Innovation for housetop establishments in private and also business foundations is ending up increasingly well known as an option reasonable eco-accommodating, non-dirtying wellspring of power. India's Objective: 175GW from sustainable power sources by 2022 Break up:100 GW from sun oriented, 60 GW from the breeze, 10 GW from biomass and 5 GW from little hydroelectric ventures. 100GW = 60 GW of utility-scale ventures (both solar based PV and CSP) like solar powered parks + 40 GW of housetop solar oriented applications for business clients and family units, together with some little scale plots and off-lattice limit. While Solar oriented Photovoltaic Frameworks do have a few advantages, there are additionally different issues which become an integral factor at the season of establishment, upkeep and amid crisis circumstances, for example, amid a fire, etc.

This paper presents a small size ultra wideband (UWB) antenna for wireless personal area network applications. The proposed antenna covers the impedance bandwidth of 3.1 to 10.6 GHz frequency range in free space. The design parameters for achieving optimal performance are investigated. A tapered microstrip feeding is employed to enhance the antenna matching. The operation and the characteristics of the proposed antenna are also analyzed. Good agreement has been obtained between the simulation and experimental results. The simulated and measured radiation patterns have demonstrated that the antenna is nearly omni-directional over the entire band.

In the industrial scenario of India, both employer and employee play a vital role. Transportation is one the most important elements. The management of the state transport undertakings should also develop healthy, safety and comfortable programmes to strengthen the trade union movement, through various schemes and activities. This enabled the rural people to move freely and reach their destination easily including markets and other centers. The transport industry which undertakes nothing more than the mere movement of persons and things from one place to another, have constituted one of the most important activities of men in every stage of advanced civilization. The operation of transportation determines the efficiency of moving products. This is the key to a sincere and cordial atmosphere between the union and the management. Therefore this paper examines Industrial Relations in NEKRTC- A Study of select Unit.

Small Scale Industries do not enjoy much of the advantages enjoyed by large scale enterprises because of their nature and size. Though they have made significant contribution to economic development, they have not realized their full potential. They face many problems in their functioning and many Small Scale Industries are sick. The government had reserved certain items for exclusive production by Small Scale Industries. Large scale enterprises were not allowed to produce the items which were reserved for the SSI sector. With the opening up of the economy and following the principles of liberalization and globalization, many items have been successively De-reserved. Therefore Small Scale Industries have to now counter the twin forces of competition from Indian large scale enterprises as well as foreign competitors.

The ultimate goal of periodontal therapy is to restore the lost the lost tissues and to facilitate the optimal function of the teeth in occlusion. The modality for restoration includes regenerating the bone is Guided Bone Regeneration. Numerous bone grafts and substitute materials have been utilised for such purpose. One such case where regeneration of lost bone due to advanced periodontal disease was achieved is presented in this case report.

In this modern era, people suffering liver disease increases day by day. The liver affects different diseases like cirrhosis, hepatitis virus A, B, C, Cancer etc. Liver cirrhosis is the end stage of chronic liver disease. Steatosis or fatty liver is said to be the leading cause of cirrhosis. The greatest challenge lies in early detection of liver cirrhosis caused by Non Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) with higher classification accuracy. This paper reviews the current researches and development on different methods of liver feature extraction and classification techniques. The aim of this paper addresses the survey on various image processing techniques have been used on the advanced version of Adaptive Classifier to early detection of the liver cirrhosis caused by NASH.
