Teaching and Research are two inseparable components. Educational Research is that which develops new knowledge which is then applied to the improvement of Educational Practice. The same is true for Teacher Education. In-service teacher education is necessary to keep the attention focused on the need for improved quality of educational outcomes through better performance. In-service training programme are organised every year in all the states. To understand the impact of in-service training programme, there is a need of research. It is important to find out how this in-service training is helping in developing the competency. The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) places great emphasis on building the capacity of teachers for teaching through regular in-service training programmes. There are many studies which are conducted in National and International level. Effectiveness of in-service teacher training programme needs to be analysed deeply. Rigorous studies should be given more attention by the researcher. Intensive qualitative research is required to analyse different aspects of in-service teacher education.

Global warming and environmental pollution are the major concern today. Fossil fuel will face a serious shortage in the near future and become rare. So there is a high priority to find alternative energy as their sustainable energy sources. Besides having various sources of alternative fuels, Biodiesel is considered as a cleaner renewable fuel and best substitution for diesel fuel due to it being used in any compression ignition engine without any modification. The main advantages of using biodiesel are its renewability, availability, and better quality of exhaust gas emissions. This paper reviews performance and emission of Calophylluminophyllum biodiesel and its blends when tested on the diesel engine with varied compression ratios, injection pressure. It is understood that the performance characteristics are more over similar for the biodiesel blend and diesel. The emission like CO, HC, and smoke opacity showed reduction with increase in compression ratio, NOx emission slightly high for Biodiesel blends when compared to diesel.

Images play a vital role in many fields such as, in photography, medicine, biology, astronomy, industry and defence. The process of image restoration is to recover the original image by eliminating noise and blur from the image. These restoration techniques are can be classified into two domains ie. Spatial domain and frequency domain. This paper focuses on spatial domain restoration techniques and which are applied to different noise models. Evaluation measures are used to compare the restored image with the original image to judge the efficiency of different types of spatial domain filters . Performance of each filter is compared with images of different noise models. Finally conclusions are drawn about which filter is best suited for specific noise models.

Every organization operates on a theory of a business, a vision of the organization covert this theory into action. The vision of the organization can be achieved through a product or service pathway which will help to meet the needs and want of the customers. As the external environmental factor of the organization is continuously changing, organizations are facing tremendous completion in the marketplace. Nowadays with the help of technology or reverse engineering or another way round competitor can know the ingredient of the product and can sale in the marketplace at a much lower price. So the concept of design thinking in view of customer benefit and benefit of the organization could be a sustainable competitive advantage of any organization. It is one of the new tools, to looking for a new way to find out business opportunity in the competitive environment. Think about how much tougher it is to reinvent a new drug delivery system (NDDS) than to design a shoe.

Data mining is the process of extracting useful information from a large volume of data. Sequential pattern mining is very important technique in the field of data mining. Sequential pattern mining is used to find sequential pattern that occurs in large database. In real world massive amount of data are collected and stored everyday in the databases. Many industries are interested to find useful information in the form of sequential patterns from these databases. Sequential pattern mining is used in various applications such as weblog analysis, DNA sequences, stock market analysis, shopping sequence etc. There are mainly two approaches in sequential pattern mining, first is Apriori based approach and Second is Pattern growth-based approach. This paper introduces a new concept of tree based approach, in which database is scanned only once and all the frequent items and itemssets are arranged as a node of tree, All the frequent items and itemsets are assigned row_id and seq_id. The tree based algortihm used here reduces scan time and minimizes memory overhead.

The intention of this paper is to explain about the concept of a smart helmet which will perform various functions in order to ensure the safety of the rider. The helmet has three sensors such as MQ-3 alcohol sensor which senses the alcohol of the rider and sends SMS. Other sensors like accelerometer sense sudden movement of the helmet in the forward direction detecting a jerk which indicates the accident and sends the SMS to the family member. The third sensor is the clip. The DC motor will only start once the clip is inserted. The simulation was carried out using Proteus software. In order to reduce the wiring, RF transmitter and receiver is used.

To execute a work we require energy. Various sources of energy like renewable sources of energy like solar energy, tidal energy, geothermal energy, wind energy, conventional sources of energy like fossil fuels, wood etc. are available at our disposable to meet our energy demands. All the sources of energy available have some or the other limitations for its use. As a result we convert these available sources into our usable form called as electrical energy. Energy can be converted from one form to other but it cannot be created or destroyed. By employing this concept we humans have created the concept of energy storage devices to use the generated energy as and when required. To develop our energy storage devices is the need of the hour to bridge the gap between the ever increasing energy demands and the sources of energy available. There are various energy storage devices available but Electrolytic double layered capacitors or Ultra-capacitors are the future of energy storage devices. In this research, we have developed an indigenous ball mill machine and studied the impact of milling on the capacitance value of Ultracapacitors. This research paper explains the various experimental procedures carried out and successful accomplishment to increase the capacitance of ultracapacitors

Face recognition is the method of verifying whether the input image is similar to the available database. Partial face recognition is a technique which helps to recognize the core features of a face image which appears in most of the real world applications. Partial faces appear in unconstrained image capture environments such as images captured using mobile phones and surveillance cameras. In this paper, a method is discussed in which face recognition will be based on initial pre-processing of an image and obtaining the local features. Further, matching the feature vectors that contain the local features which are extracted using the Gabor ternary pattern is done. The similarity between the probe image and database is extracted based on Euclidean distance. Thus similarity between partial faces and holistic faces can be obtained using this method.

The fuzzy association techniques can be performs in different ways. In this paper, the fuzzy association rule is achieved . The positive and negative edge is calculated by the its membership values. The values is fall under the positive edge values if it membership values is greater than .5 and otherwise the value is fall under the negative edge values. Association rule between linguistic variable is calculated by using large item sets and candidate item sets by using the probability techniques.

A bank is providing a mobile application to their customer. We are developing a Location-based Encryption System which is a banking application. As compared to current banking application which is location independent, we are developing banking application which is location dependent. The user can perform transaction only if he/she is within TD region. TD region is an area of Toleration Distance (TD) where the user can perform the transaction. If the user goes out of TD region then the transaction will terminate automatically. We are providing extra security by OTP and secret key.

HDFS gives the programmer unlimited storage and is the only reason behind turning to Hadoop. But when it comes to storing lot of small files there is a big problem. HDFS is capable of handling large files which are GB or TB in size. Hadoop works better with a small number of large files and not with large number of small files. Large Number of small files take up lots of memory on the Name node. Each small file generates a map task and hence there are too many such map task with insufficient input. Storing and transforming small size file in HDFS creates an overhead to map reduce program which greatly affects the performance of Name node. Large amount of high speed data presents new kind of challenges that traditional database system has limits to resolve. Every organization had expertise to manage structured data but the world had already changed to unstructured data. All of these needed to now bring to a single platform and build a uniform system and Big Data fulfil this need. Big Data does not mean lots of data. It is actually a concept providing an opportunity to find new insight in to existing data and guidelines to capture and analysis future data1.Apache Hadoop is freely available java based software framework. It offers a powerful distributed platform to store and manage Big Data. It runs applications on large clusters of commodity hardware. It processes thousands offer a bytes of data on thousands of the nodes. The major advantage of Hadoop framework is that it provides reliability and high availability and sequence files are used for feature extraction.
