Obesity is considered to be the fifth cause of death world-wide due to rapid changes in lifestyle. Many different dietary and exercise regimes have been found effective in reducing body weight and improving cardiovascular risk factors and blood glucose level, hypertension and non alcoholic fatty liver diseases. In developing countries literature related to obesity is limited. Most of the obesity-related studies in India had been carried out in metropolitan cities. In this paper, it is aimed to study the association between health risk and obesity in a typical developing city of India, Patna. Review of health risks of obesity is important in order to increase the pool of available information in India and to draw attention to obesity and its attendant health risks. If weight reduction is carried out without involving physical workout then analysis based would reveal actual association between health risk and obesity, which has been done in this study. This study becomes has more relevance for old aged people because they have much restricted physical activity due to obvious reasons. It was revealed all the health complications under study: Anemia, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, high Blood TG level, high Blood TSH level, high SGPT level, high SGOT level, high Uric Acid level, high BP, low BP were significantly alleviated by weight loss in the participants. This gives a further scope of study to plan diet schedule for speedy recovery from health complications.

Abstract: High performance concrete should have at least one property like high strength, high durability, Self compaction, low permeability to water. Conventional concrete is designed on the basis of compressive strength does not meet any functional requirements since it is deficit in aggressive environmental conditions, time of construction, energy absorption capacity. So, there is a need to design high performance concrete which is far superior to conventional concrete. High performance concrete has received increased attention in the development of infrastructures, hydraulic structures, bridges, highways, etc. This study is based on influence of two mineral admixtures and chemical admixtures like silica fume and fly ash, on the properties of super plasticized high performance concrete. The mineral admixtures generally improve strength and durability characteristics. Silica fume is slightly more effective than the fly ash in improving durability properties. In high performance concrete that have a water/binder ratio between 0.20 and 0.35 are usually more durable than the ordinary concrete. This project deals with the study on strength of high performance concrete.

Concrete is the building construction material which is the mixture of sand ,water aggregate and cement this lead to increasing continues the demand of natural material and alternative material for construction work. Added to this, at present environmental issues also increases due to the excess production of solid waste material like fly ash ,silica fume ,fiber glass plastic waste etc., which is difficult to manage and disposed. Many researcher, try this material as a alternative and additional concrete ingredients. Also there is huge amount of tire rubber waste is also produced due to the increasing in automobile production and depletion in site for disposal. Many countries banned landfill disposal of used tire rubber waste for avoiding land pollution. Due to which disposal of waste tire rubber becomes tough task. Therefore, in this paper, our present aim is to investigate the effect of crumb rubber on strength of concrete. For this experimental study fine aggregate is replaced by crumb rubber to produced rubberized concrete of M35 grade. During investigation tire rubber is replaced by using sieve analysis, with their volume consideration. These experimental studies were carried out to determine the effect of crumb rubber on mechanical properties, modulus of elasticity and their poisons ratio for 7, 28 and 56 days curing. Test result indicate that replacement of fine aggregate with crumb rubber by using sieve analysis gives good result as compared to the fine aggregate replace by their weight or volume in concrete.

The large development in online social networks, online information sharing is becoming ubiquitous everyday. Various information is propagating through online social networks including both the positive and negative. In this paper, we focus on the negative information problems such as the online rumors. Rumor blocking is a serious problem in large-scale social networks. Malicious rumors could cause chaos in society and hence need to be blocked as soon as possible after being detected. In this paper, we propose a model of dynamic rumor influence minimization with user experience (DRIMUX). Our goal is to minimize the influence of the rumor (i.e., the number of users that have accepted and sent the rumor) by blocking a certain subset of nodes. A dynamic Ising propagation model considering both the global popularity and individual attraction of the rumor is presented based on realistic scenario. In addition, different from existing problems of influence minimization, we take into account the constraint of user experience utility. Specifically, each node is assigned a tolerance time threshold. If the blocking time of each user exceeds that threshold, the utility of the network will decrease. Under this constraint, we then formulate the problem as a network inference problem with survival theory, and propose solutions based on maximum likelihood principle. Experiments are implemented based on large-scale real world networks and validate the effectiveness of our method.

The task of assigning the sales territories to the sales representatives has a significant effect on the functional efficiency of the sales department. The sales representatives do not work within the boundaries of the organization. For them, working at the market place is the prime responsibility. In case the territories are not assigned by clear planning, there is likely to no control over the activities of the sales representatives. Also, in case the territories are too large or too small, the performance is bound to be affected. In case the nature of the territories is not homogeneous, the comparison of the performance of the sales representatives becomes difficult. With this background of the difficulties that can arise in case of unplanned territory allocation, it is of prime importance that the managers plan the territories of the companies very carefully.

French has one of the official languages of the France. The government of French does not regulate the choice of language in publication by individuals but the use of French is required by law in commercial and workplace communications. French government not only mandating the use of French in the whole of republic even also tries to promote French language in whole of the European Union. France presents itself as a big country struggling for the cultural diversity against the predominance of English in international affairs. Despite the legal shifting of linguistic diversity in France, some law makers have attempted with the constant threat of constitutional incompatibility, to legislate to acknowledge the presence of other languages in France.
