Supply chain management (SCM) architectures require high security & high quality of service (QoS) in order to effectively track &record product-related information. A wide variety of SCM models are proposed by researchers to perform this task. These models use encryption standards like elliptic curve cryptography (ECC), hashing, key-exchange mechanisms, etc. in order to improve system security. Due to which quality of service (QoS) parameters like retrieval delay, throughput, and energy efficiency are reduced. To maintain a good level of QoS, various machine learning optimizations are also proposed by researchers. It is observed that blockchain-based models are capable of achieving both these constraints for small to medium scale SCM architectures. This is due to their immutability, traceability, transparency, and distributed computing capabilities. Due to immutability, entries stored on the chain cannot be modified, thus all SCM transactions are tamper proof. While, due to distributed computing, the model is capable of adding blocks from different entities. Thus, making blockchains a suitable choice for a wide variety of SCM application deployments. But as length of blockchain increases, this performance is exponentially reduced, which limits scalability of blockchain-based SCM architectures. To improve this scalability, a novel delay-aware sidechaining model is proposed in this text. The proposed model is capable of scaling existing blockchain SCM architectures and create delay-aware sidechains which are aggregated using a Genetic Algorithm (GA) approach. The proposed model was tested on a wide variety of SCM deployments, and an average delay reduction of 23% was observed when compared with single blockchain-based implementations. Furthermore, the computational complexity was also observed to be 15% lower when compared with single blockchain, which makes the proposed SCM model highly scalable. The reduction in computational complexity is due to reduced reading & verification delays, which reduces hash evaluation effort, thereby improving overall SCM performance for various deployment scenarios.

CT scan analysis is becoming increasingly important in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal organs. Automatic organ segmentation of abdominal CT scans can help radiologists analyze scans faster and more accurately diagnose disease and injury. However, existing methods are insufficiently efficient for segmenting victims of accidents and emergency situations. We propose an efficient liver segmentation using our HFCNN (Hybridized Fully Conventional Neural Network) and a public data set (3DIRCADB) in this paper. As a result, we segment a target liver with a Dice score of 97.22 percent.

The Constitution is the most important statute in the country. According to Hans Kelson, it is the state's "basic framework." The law gives power and legitimacy to all other norms; hence a state's Constitution serves as a normative framework, validating all other laws and activities. The Indian Constitution has also accepted the notion of the rule of law, making it the ultimate law of the land. Any law that contradicts this highest law is declared null and invalid. Our Constitution provides for judicial review of such acts to check this inconsistency or any other arbitrary steps, rules, regulations, laws or by-laws, or any other actions of legislative or administration. The power of the Court to evaluate the legislative, executive, and judiciary activities is known as judicial review. It is a fundamental characteristic of the Constitution and an essential aspect of constitutionalism. The Court plays a critical role in determining the impact of the constitutionality of both the federal and state government's legislative enactments and executive directives. On a comparative note, this study describes the analysis of judicial review in the United States of America (U.S.A.) and India. This research is meant to provide a thorough picture of the extent to which the United States and India adhere to judicial review in practice, as well as their disparities. This study discusses the origins of judicial review, as well as its character, functioning, features, importance, scope, and specialised tasks. As a result, the primary concept of this research paper is to provide an overview and related aspects of judicial review and its current state, using the United States of America and India as examples. The evolution, evaluation, and conclusions drawn from this work have all been heavily emphasised. Criticism, like admiration, plays a significant role, and this component has been addressed whenever it was judged to be relevant.

Steel components plays a major role with respect to load carrying capacity of structures , but the major problem in the steel components is the corrosion. When the steel structure is subjected to corrosion which effectively reduces the weight and thickness of the components and also eventually the strength of the steel structural components. The Corrosion occurs when the steel component is exposed to the moisture environment, electrochemical reaction at the interface between the metal and electrolyte solution. In the environment the metals will be subjected to atmospheric corrosion, underground corrosion as well as water corrosion. Environmental factors like pH, moisture, temperature, weather changes, chemical composition, viscosity, and thermal conductivity, will adversely affect the corrosion process. The control of the corrosion is the key aspect for the design and maintenance of the existing buildings. Due to corrosion effects there would be crores of loss in an year. It is concluded that, the corrosion results in reduction of the metal thickness, weight and also mechanical strength. To decide the amount of corrosion in the specimen thickness loss and weight loss are considered. In the present paper corrosion causes and its effects are briefly reviewed

The undergraduate students find it difficult to solve trigonometric functions used in Maxwell's equation because they lack in mathematical skills. Therefore, the use of mathematical tools and graphs for plotting will make this task easy and interesting. Nowadays, wxMaxima is open-source mathematical software for algebraic equations, calculus operations, and graph plotting used by many students. wxMaxima is used in a physical system to imagine the results of various parameters. It can act as a tool for simulation. We use wxMaxima in this article to solve an example of Lissajous figures and a damped harmonic oscillator.

In cases where there has been wrongdoing that has resulted in financial losses, these are two of the most important civil remedies available. An Anton Piller order allows investigators to search a suspect's home and seize evidence without warning, while a Mareva order freezes their assets. Neither is granted lightly, and it is critical to have all of the necessary supporting documents in order before approaching the court.

The expanding usage of radioactive materials in the fields of research, medicine, nuclear power plants, and industry has raised the risk of unintentional exposure to radioactive elements in the environment. Terrorist groups' deliberate use of radioisotopes might result in the exposure or contamination of a significant proportion of the population. A self-contained decontamination formulation is essential because of the risk of accidental contamination, and it must be used as quickly as possible in order to prevent further contamination. Formulation development and assessment calls for skin decontamination cream, and the current effort is aimed at improving and developing that product further.

According to the census 2011, about 69% of people live in rural areas, whereas 31% live in urban areas in our country. Rural India has vast scope for marketers due to the variety of consumers, large rural customer base, and their purchasing capacity, which impact their decision-making. Over the past few decades, there has been a visible change in demand for branded consumable items in rural areas. Despite farm distress and stagnant incomes, consumption of consumer goods has grown at a slower pace in rural areas than in urban areas. The entry of smartphones and the massive reach of telecommunication and media have set a new standard in rural marketing, which is quite challenging for marketers to meet. Today, the consumption pattern in rural India is outpacing, which is a positive sign for marketers. Hence, marketers not only need to understand the purchase process in rural markets but also need to encourage rural people through effective communication and pricing strategies to convert their purchasing power into buying decisions to improve their standard of living. Since Indian marketers, as well as MNCs, are approaching the rural market, cut-throat competition will be evident in the rural market. The research paper is an attempt to understand the buying patterns of rural consumers and their purchase decisions. The findings can be adopted by marketers to meet the demands of new rural business development.

Inclusion in education is one of the most recent approaches in the present context of education which has successively developed in course of time. Initially there was social exclusion of individuals with difficulty, then needs of special education was felt in order to educate them. After special education it was felt that there is an urgent need to merge children with diverse needs with the normal one in order to socialize them and like this integration came in existence. In present context finally the inclusion has introduced in order to not only socialize children with special needs but also develop their complete potentialities along with the normal children. It is the most acceptable stage of development of special education in which every child can get an opportunity of all round development. But, adoption of inclusive practice in education is not an easy task as there are many challenges and barriers in this regards. Therefore the stakeholders and policymakers should ensure the actual inclusive practice in the educational institutions in order to make it successful and develop a feeling of inclusive pride among all the students including differently abled and the normal one.

Since after the independence in India the programmes are being designed, keeping in view the objectives of poverty alleviation and social justice. In the every five year plan, emphasis has been placed on the common man, weaker section and the less privileged of the society. The present paper focuses on the biggest global rural employment schemes of MGNREGA. It lays the background describing the need for enactment of such a scheme for a country suffering from hunger, unemployment and widespread poverty, and then goes on to explain its important features and provisions. The paper also tries to highlight the importance of effective implementation of such a scheme, while enumerating its various objectives and results achieved so far, including poverty reduction and social empowerment. Additionally, there is a focus on the process of rural to urban and distress migration in the country and how this process has strong linkages with the MGNREGA scheme and its major components. Prudent and efficient execution of the scheme can check widespread migration, thereby improving living conditions in both urban and rural areas.

In this paper, we are using a Distance Vector Algorithm (DVA), which is a distributed and asynchronous type of algorithm. Using this algorithm, we are trying to reach from source to destination using single-path routing and are the type of single path routing protocol that is effective when there is a small network and also saves storage space. As well as assured certain parameters such as shortest path, load, congestion, and effective power. The Big deal is to route the nodes from source to destination as per the Parameters.
