This paper deals on effectiveness of flexible PVC plastic materials; on different types of unsaturated soils. However, in the past number of researchers find out the vertical displacement road embankment by using conventional geosynthetic material like geogrid and geosynthetics on compressible (soft) soils, whereas the material used on this research different form those commonly used materials. The core idea of this research is to dig out the functionality of the PVC plastic material on embankment. The centrifuge test is used to analyse settlement of embankment model made of cohesive, cohesion less and cohesive friction unsaturated soils.

Cloud computing is latest emerging technology for large scale distributed computing and parallel computing. Cloud computing gives large pool of shared resources, information, packets at any instances of time. Auto-scaling is the strategy that has ability to adjust the available resources to meet the user demands. To facilitate users with availability of resources seamlessly. Auto scaling is cloud computing feature that allows users to automatically scale cloud services, like virtual machine and server capacities, up or down, depending on user on-demand. Proactive auto-scaling mechanisms predict the workload ahead such that the auto-scaler can make decision based on the expected workload instead of waiting for trigger. Proactive auto-scaling mechanism is efficient then reactive auto-scaling because in reactive auto-scaling approach, the auto-scaling decision would be triggered by a predefined set of events. In current cloud computing environment, management of data reliability has become a challenge. For data-intensive scientific applications, storing data in the cloud with the typical 3-replica replication strategy for managing the data reliability would incur huge storage cost. In this papers we work on machine learning base effective approach for auto-scaling mechanism in these system we work on design effective approach for automatically virtual machine scale in cloud. And also consider machine learning concept using machine learning select appropriate node and according to that vm start scaling. Also work on parameters like latency, load balance, overhead etc.

In this era Biomedical Image Processing is a growing and demanding field. It consists many different types of imaging methods likes CT scans, X-Ray and MRI. These techniques allow humans to identify even the smallest abnormalities in the human body. The primary goal of medical imaging is to extract meaningful and accurate information from the images with the least error possible. Out of the various types of medical imaging processes available to us, MRI is the most reliable and safe. MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is a medical technique, mainly used by the radiologist for visualization of internal structure of the human body. MRI provides useful information about the human soft tissue, which helps in the diagnosis of brain tumor. Image segmentation refers to partitioning of image into multiple regions or segments such that it can meaningfully represent the image through which information can be extracted. Accurate segmentation of MRI image is important for the diagnosis of brain tumor After appropriate segmentation of brain MR images, tumor is classified to malignant and benign, which is a difficult task due to complexity and variation in tumor tissue characteristics like its shape, size ,gray level intensities and location. Taking in to account these challenges, this research is focused towards highlighting the strength and limitations of earlier proposed segmentation and brain tumor detection techniques discussed in the contemporary literature.

Vibrio species are prevalent in tropical region water bodies in all seasons throughout the year. A total of 47 fresh water bodies were used for sample collection including rivers & ponds of north Indian zone. For this species specific primers were designed targeting the tox gene of the five pathogenic species specific and confirmation was done using multiplex PCR technique for rapid detection of the five selected pathogenic species including V.cholerae, V.alginolyticus, V.parahaemolyticus, V.mimicus and V.vulnificus. Out of the five targeted species three were present in the samples. The major rivers of north India shows high rate of contamination. Being source of livelihood for a huge population these water bodies are continuously being used as dumping ground for wastes

Solar energy is rapidly gaining notoriety as an important means of expanding renewable energy resources. As such, it is vital that those in engineering fields understand the technologies associated with this area. My project will include the design and construction of a microcontroller-based solar based line follower robot. A Line Follower Robot, as the name suggests, is an automated guided vehicle, which follow a visual line embedded on the floor or ceiling. Usually, the visual line is the path in which the line follower robot goes and it will be a black line on a white surface but the other way (white line on a black surface) is also possible.

India started its journey since ancient time. In ancient India there was a concept of weekly fair, where all the buyers and sellers gather in a big market for purchase and sale of goods under barter system. This retail journey in India takes lot of time to transform into modern retail. Apart from these two concepts i'e ancient retail concept and the modern retail concept are smell modern kirana / mom and pop shops or Baniya ki Dukan. Even then retailing is dominating in India. Retailing in India is going through an evolutionary stage and is one of the largest sectors in the global economy. The current estimated value of the Indian retail sector is about 500 billion USD and expected to reach 1.3 trillion USD by 2020. India is termed as the nation of shopkeepers with about 15 million retail outlets of all kinds and is dominated by small neighborhood grocery stores termed as kirana stores1. Indian retail has traditionally has been an unorganized sector, where retailers lacked the means as well as the will to develop or expand. Retail could also never enjoy the support of the Indian consumer, who treats shopping as a form of leisure, enjoying the thrill of discovering bargains and discounts deals in his own time. The western attitude of splurging, indulging and shop-till-you drop has slowly entered the country and led to organized retailing. In most of the countries it is the organized retailers who dominate the sector in India, the unorganized retailers command about 4% of the market share.

Money is the greatest invention of man and is the pivot around which the whole economic science rotates. It as acquired so much importance that the modern economy is described as money economy. At present we cannot think of an economy without money because an economy without money cannot function as effectively, efficiently and smoothly as a money economy. Money bas overcome all the difficulties of barter: it has made possible tremendous saving of time and trouble in marshalling of productive facilities and in the distribution of the output of industry to final consumers. It has brought about rapid economic progress by facilitating specialisation and division of labour, technological progress, large scale production of goods and extension of various forms of business and financial organisation Thus, money has been serving the various needs of man. With the passage of time, its forms and functions have changed to a great extent. Before we discuss the forms and functions of money, let us discuss the condition of exchange that were existing before the introduction of money and banking. Co-operative Banking sector plays very important role in economic development. Economic development is a process of upward change, whereby the real per capita income of a country increases over a long period of time through growth and development of business enterprises. In short economic development is a process to increase the real or per capital income of the country involves initiating and constituting change in the structure of business and society. This change is accompanied by growth and increased output, which allows more wealth to be divided by the various participants. So Co-operative Banking serve as catalysts (ie Agent) in the process of industrialization and economic growth and innovations plays a key role in economic development.

Anuran vocalization surveys are widely used as a technique for monitoring the occurrence of populations of amphibians. The comparison of advertisement calls of different populations has played a major role in the detection of cryptic species worldwide. Acoustic studies of anurans were carried out during rainy seasons (June-October) in the year 2016 in plantation habitats of central Western Ghats (coffee, cardamom and mixed plantations). The call recordings and analysis of calls were made by standard methods. Acoustic call features of three anuran species were analyzed in the present study. They include Duttaphrynus melanostictus, Fejarvarya caperata, and Hylarana temporalis. The call of each species is distinctive and is a good guide for field identification.

As the use of technology continues to increase in all business areas, it is inadvertently leading to more sophisticated and complex fraud than ever before. This is increasing the challenge for regulators and business leaders to respond to such threats. As a result of these frauds and threats to your business, forensic accounting helps your business prevent fraud and detect the presence of such fraud at an appropriate time before it is too late. Forensic accounting is the application of financial accounting and investigative techniques to the standards that the courts allow to resolve disputes in the context of civil and criminal proceedings. This study focuses on the historical perspective of Indian forensic accounting. The study also focuses on how the government of India brings about a change in law and enforces forensic accounting in India as an integral part of the legislative system in India.

The discussion of human rights would wind up pointless unless a man is given lawful guide to empower him to approach equity if there should arise an occurrence of infringement of his human rights. This an imposing test in the nation of India's size and heterogeneity where the greater part of the populace lives in far-flung towns saturated with neediness, desperation and lack of education. Legitimate guide is never again a matter of philanthropy or generosity yet is one of the established rights and the lawful hardware itself is relied upon to bargain particularly with it. The essential reasoning of lawful guide imagines that the apparatus of organization of equity ought to be effectively open and ought not be out of the range of the individuals who need to turn to it for the requirement of their legitimate rights. Actually lawful guide offers a testing chance to the general public to change grievances of poor people and in this way law establishment of Rule of Law. In India, legal has assumed a vital part in building up the idea of legitimate guide and growing its extension to empower the general population to approach courts if there should arise an occurrence of any infringement of their human rights. On account of M.H. Wadanrao Hoskot v. Territory of Maharashtra, the Court held that the privilege to legitimate guide is one of the elements of reasonable method
