In near in time days, skin cancer is seen as one of the most dangerous form of the cancers discovered in of men. Skin cancer is discovered in different types such as melanoma, basal and squalors unit carcinoma among which melanoma is the most notable to say before-hand. The discovery of melanoma cancer in early stage can be able to help to dry and salt it. The incidence of damaging melanoma goes on to increase everywhere on earth. This cancer can come upon at any existence-stage; it is one of the leading causes of loss of living in young persons. Since this cancer is able to be seen on the skin, it is possibly measurable at a very early stage when it is can be made well. New developments have came together to make fully automatic early melanoma discovery a true possible state of. In this paper, we present a careful way for the discovery of melanoma Skin Cancer using image processing apparatus for making or put right things. The input to the system is the skin wound image and then by putting to use new image processing expert ways of art and so on, it observations it to come to an end about the existence of skin cancer. The wound image observations apparatus for making or put right things checks for the different melanoma parameters Like asymmetry, edge, color, Diameter,(ABCD) and so on. By material feeling, looks, size and form observations for image breaking down into parts and point stages. They got from point parameters are used to put in order the image as Normal skin and melanoma cancer wound.

DevOps is a very important culture in the software industry. It is a set of practices in the software engineering domain. It automates the process between software development and operation teams, in order to build, test and release software faster and more reliable. DevOps enables the better communication between development and operation team which is responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure. It includes agile planning, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and monitoring of the applications. This paper aims at systematically reviewing the state of art, of the DevOps tool-chain in embedded software development and identifies the challenges and practices. Various approaches and tools are used in order to develop embedded software faster, as quality and reliability are very critical factors in embedded system. By considering the hardware dependencies and interfacing constraints some of the approaches defined are 1)Automating the continuous integration to reduce build and test time 2) Static code analysis to analyse the structure of the code and detect anomalies which leads to real bug 3) Automation of continuous deployment 4) Automate the deployment process to drastically reduce the time and enable faster feedback.

In this paper an extended selecting mapping (eSLM) technique is proposed for space-frequency block coding (SFBC) multi-input multi-output orthogonal frequency division multiplexing systems and it is designated from a novel peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction scheme. In this eSLM method, the extension matrices consists of amplitude extensions and phase rotations. These are constructed to indicate the selected signal index and this will minimise the PAPR. To reduce the computational complexity, a low-complexity eSLM scheme (LC-eSLM) is developed by constructing equivalent candidate signals in the time domain. The complexity is occurred by the inverse discrete Fourier transform operation in generating the candidate signals. Hence the extension matrix in both schemes will produce the orthogonality of SFBC code by facilitating low-complexity decoding. At last from the simulation results we can observe that proposed eSLM scheme gives better results compared to SLM-based methods. Coming to cost theproposed eSLM scheme has a lower computational complexity and it requires no side information. So the computational complexity LC-eSLM scheme is lower than the eSLM scheme.

Chronic respiratory disease which majorly includes Asthma and Chronic Obstructive pulmonary disease. There were only few studies from India on the field of epidemiology of Asthma and COPD. The prevalence rates for both disorders reported in different studies have widely varied. In phase-I of the observational study on epidemiology of Asthma and COPD was conducted at a chest clinic. Population prevalence of Asthma and COPD in all age groups was reported and analyzed. In phase-II of observational study a standardized and validated questionnaire was used employing a uniform methodology in all patients. The main objective of this project is to find differences in the epidemiology of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including in the prevalence rates and other casual variables (age, gender, residence, occupation), if any, in different places in a Chest Clinic. And also to assess the influence of exposure to tobacco smoking, ETS (Environmental tobacco smoke) and other risk factors, on the prevalence of both Asthma and COPD. The results were reported and analyzed. Based on the results,it was found that, the prevalence rate of Asthma was found to be 0.35% and COPD of 0.27% (approximately).

In concrete the Rice husk is used in a form of partially replacing material it partially replace cement in concrete structures in modern days, it is partially used in place of cement because of having a pozzolanic reactivity. Its production is economical and it having technical advantages so that it can be used in a concrete for constructional work. Rice plants and paddy industries gives rice husk in form of by-product. We can use it in concrete as supplementary cementing material for improving the property. Use of by-product in concrete it is a good idea for disposal of waste material and also good for environment , if waste are not dispose properly they are pollute environment fresh air, land areas and sea water etc. This experiment is based upon the properly use of waste pozzolanic Rice husk ash by partially replacing to Ordinary Portland cement in concrete without affecting the concrete property. In this experiment cement is partially replace by weight, like 5%, 10%, 15%and 20%, find out the excess strength of concrete and also compare with the strength of the normal concrete at the days of 7days, 14days and 28days. In this research study the properties and strength of the concrete which is prepared by rice husk ash and partially replaced cement.

Globally, per capita annual availability of grain has declined between the 1970s-and the 2000s. On the average, Urban areas seem to do better than rural areas in terms of food and nutrition security. For instance, global data suggest that the prevalence of under-nutrition among urban children is consistently lower than that among rural children. To improve the nutritional status of the population, there may be various routes. To prevent malnutrition required nutrients which are essential may be met by fish. This study focus on the nutritional values of fish that prevents health problems related to childhood, adulthood pregnancy and lactation.

This article describes how genetic algorithm (GA) can be efficiently used to fuzzy goal programming (FGP) formulation for optimal power flow in operational and planning phases of power system. In the proposed approach, the objectives of the problem for optimal power flow computation are fuzzily described. In the model formulation of the problem, the membership functions of the defined fuzzy goals are characterized first to measuring the degree of achievement of the specified aspiration levels of the objective goals in the decision making context. Then, the goal achievement function under the minsum FGP to minimize the regret arises due to under-deviations from the highest membership value (unity) of the defined membership goals to the extent possible is constructed for making optimal power flow decision in the decision making environment. In the solution process, the proposed GA method is used in an iterative manner to reach a satisfactory decision on the basis of needs and desires of the decision maker (DM). To illustrate the potential use of the approach, the problem tested on IEEE 6-Generator 30-Bus System is considered and the model solution is compared with the solutions obtained in the previous study.

In this paper we discuss about the concept of triple connected graphs with real life application was introduced in [4] by considering the existence of a path containing any three vertices of a graph G. In this paper we introduced in triple connected domination number and the triple connected complementary tree domination number of a graph. A subset S of V of a nontrivial connected graph G is said to be a triple connected dominating set and the induced subgraph < S > is a triple connected and is denoted by .. The minimum cardinality taken over all triple connected complementary tree dominating set is called the triple connected complementary tree domination number of G and is denoted by tct(G). Any triple connected dominating set with tct vertices is called .And also we discuss some special graphs in triple connected complementary tree.

In the modern age of Information Communication Technology where data security plays a key role in the propagation of information. Data hiding plays a very important role with the rapid growth of intensive transfer of multimedia content and secret communications. Steganography is the art of hiding information in ways that prevent unauthorized detection to a very large extent. The Steganography is used to transport information from one place to other place through a basic public channel medium in covert and concealed manner. Steganography furs the very existence of a message so that if successful it generally entices no doubt at all. Steganography means hiding a secret message (the embedded message) within a larger one (source cover) in such a way that an observer cannot detect the presence of contents of the hidden message as the distortion and noise are kept at a very low level. The proposed research review provides an insight of various stenographic techniques and also provides a comparative analysis of the research done in the field of steganography.

Terrorism has become an epidemic of today's world. It is a struggle between the strong and the weak, where the weak take up violence as their last resort to make their claims heard. But in order to shaken up the system, the penetrators attack the citizens being their soft targets. The so-called terrorists state the citizens are not innocents as they elect the corrupt system, who exploits the weak. Now with the help of different theories o Ethics we would see whether this 'ism' can be justified or not.

Security information has become the major concern for the fast growth of the digital exchange of data storage and transmission. As there is rapid growth of using images in many fields, so it is important to protect the private image data from the intruders. Image protection has become an imperative issue. To protect an individual privacy has become a crucial task. Different methods have been explore and developed to preserve data and personal information. To protect the important information from unauthorised users, image encryption is used. Encryption is the one of the most used technique to hidden the data from unauthorised users. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is used for image encryption which uses the key stream generator to increase the performance of image encryption.
