One of the biggest problems faced today is the challenge of water scarcity caused by increasing water consumption. This consumption can be intimated by measuring the flow of water to every connection in a water supplying network. In this paper, we are focusing on continuous and real time monitoring of water supply in IOT platform. Water supply with continuous monitoring makes a proper distribution so that, we can have a record of available amount of water in tanks, flow rate, abnormality in distribution line. Internet of things is nothing but the network of physical objects embedded with electronics, sensors ,software and network connectivity where monitoring can be done from anywhere .

: Various Ayurvedic texts have referred teeth and process of dentition, however, Kashyapa Samhita envisages elaborated description of dentition which is evident from the fact that one special chapter Dantjanmika Adhyaya has been provided. An adult has total 32 teeth, out of these, eight are known as Sakritjata, also named Savarudha (permanent teeth). Rest twenty four teeth are known as Divija (secondary/deciduous teeth). Out of these, Rajdanta (Incisors) erupt first during infancy in upper jaw (middle of jaw), however, in some children may appear in lower jaw first, which has been considered as inauspicious by Kashyapa. Bast (lateral incisors) erupt just lateral to Rajdant (central incisiors) which are also called lateral incisors. Danshtra (Canine) erupt lateral to Bast teeth, and are also know as cutting teeth. Rests of the teeth are called Hanvya (Molars). Kashyapa Samhita has very scientific sequence of teeth eruption, which starts during intrauterine life with insemination of dental lamina, Nisheka (insemination) occurring during 4-6 months of intrauterine period. Similarly, Murti (structural changes), Udbhid (eruption of first teeth), Purvaroop (prodromal symptoms), Upadrava (complications) etc. have also been enumerated. The sequence of teeth eruption, decaying as well as re-eruption has been described very elaborately. Eruption (month) of deciduous teeth coincides with the month (age of child in months) with the month of insemination. The deciduous teeth start decaying (the month of eruption) and later permanent teeth (20) appear in corresponding year.

: The term blindness is used for complete or nearly complete vision loss. Blind people need some help while travelling to feel safe. In this paper, we have developed a smart stick which increases the accessibility of blind person to move around and voice output is given when obstacle is or pothole is detected. This smart stick is cheap, lightweight and fast. The stick consists of 3 ultrasonic sensors for obstacle detection and 1 ultrasonic sensor for pothole detection. The android application is linked with ultrasonic sensors for notification of obstacle and pothole. The application has voice alerts that guides the blind person away from obstacles and potholes, Also there is an emergency alarm in the stick. It helps the blind person during emergency situation and sends message of his/her location to the concerned person or the emergency contact.

Abstract: Hypercholesterolemia is a dominant risk factor for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases. It is now widely accepted that atherosclerosis is a complex multicellular process involving oxidation of cholesterol and to intracellular accumulation .This accumulation causes a cascade of inflammatory processes, resulting in an unstable atherosclerotic plaque causing myocardial infarction. From ancient times, botanicals have played a major role in the lifestyle of people. The association of hyperlipidemia with the development of atherosclerotic lesion has promoted widespread search for plant based compounds which effectively control the lipid profile in the blood and tissues with least or no toxic effect. Persea americana (Butter Fruit) is a popular superfood owing to its nutritional values .However, critical data of Persea americana is limited on their effects. The present study is aimed at evaluating the efficacy of Persea americana methanolic peel extracts (PAMPE) for its antioxidant & antihyperlipidemic properties. The PAMPE contains an array of phytochemicals phenols, flavonoids, terpenoids etc., however flavonoids were on a higher scale. Further the antioxidant potential was demonstrated with a battery of in vitro systems (DPPH, ABTS). Further male albino rats were supplemented with PAMPE (25-140mg/kg bw/day for 2 weeks). Serum profile showed that there was marked reduction in TG, TC & LDL among PAMPE rats in a time & dosage dependent manner. HDL levels were significantly improved with PAMPE oral supplement, In addition total serum cholesterol levels were reduced among rats receiving PAMPE supplements. Our result indicate a potent hypocholestrolemic effect of PAMPE in vivo & Support the therapeutic candidacies. However assessment of molecular mechanisms of PAMPE is warranted.

Actinomycetes, a large group of filamentous bacteria account for 70-80% of secondary metabolites available commercially. The present investigation was undertaken with an aim to identify and characterize pigment from actinomycetes. Actinomycetes were isolated from rhizosphere soil samples collected from different regions of Madhya Pradesh state. Out of 85 actinomycetes, only 7 actinomycetes showed pigment production and based on diffusible pigment production ability one actinomycete ARITM02 was selected. The extraction of pigment was done by solvent extraction method using methanol and purified by TLC and column chromatography. The results suggested that no enzymatic activity was shown by pigment. The pigment showed excellent results to dye various materials. The conclusion of study suggested that this novel pigment could be a versatile natural, safe and multipurpose.

Large amount of data is essential for any machine learning tasks for accurate and efficient results. But data may not always be available in huge numbers according to the requirement like medical data, aerospace data, and forensic data and so on. For this purpose, Generative Adversarial Networks are used which are a type of deep neural networks used for generating realistic datasets. It consists of two networks one the Generator and other the Discriminator whose task is to generate data samples and to differentiate between true and false sample respectively. This paper gives an overview of variants of GANs. Each type of GAN is trained differently according to the application of use, from which data can be generated and can be utilized for different purposes.
