Indian society has traditionally considered women as non-working, in the pure monetary sense out of sheer ignorance and wicked habit. Mostly all their work, efforts, sacrifices are rarely obliged or rewarded even in educated modern families. Mothers keep together different members in a family with a string of love and care like beads in a rosary. The disintegrating family affects women worst due to their inherent soft nature, loving maternal attachment within family. In family decisions they are seldom involved and remain helplessly mute to all cruel, inhumane exploitation. Women have their own typical physiological, psychological and personal issues requiring help of trained care givers, family members or friends. Women remain ignored, left out completely as their crucial issues have scantly been studied or researched for drafting a women centric coping and care mechanism. The caring attitude of the children towards their aging parents especially the aged mothers, grandmothers or aunts, matters the most. Luckily the younger generation knows that the aged people need more passionate care and patient handling. A careful, considerate study of women issues with a definite, realistic planning is needed to make arrangements for care of the elderly women. Guru Nanak Dev emphasised on the equal status as well as a respectable position of woman in family and society, so we all need to adopt the ideals of moral living beginning from family by liberating and allowing women to live a decent life in every field of life.

In todays era which we call as a Kali Yug we find everyone is running behind career, money, competition, position, wish fulfillment, etc. For such materialistic things young people are ready to do anything at the cost of their values. In fact they dont even understand what values mean. The basic principles of civilization are being undermined. Family, education and community play important role in building good/bad character of every individual. In nuclear families where both parents work, it is not possible to meet all the expectations and needs of their child solely. In schools and colleges, students are members of small community that exerts a remarkable impact on their character building. Value education can help building good character of students and provide good human beings to the society. In this study, effort has been made to find out reasons behind unacceptable behavior of youth and also to provide solutions. This study has adopted both the primary and secondary data approach. The study has pointed out role of education and mainly role of teachers in character building of their students. The study strongly recommends involvement of teachers, colleges and universities in integration of value education in education system.

Abstract Breast cancer is genetically and clinically heterogeneous disease. An area of interest for data mining applications is the study of biomedical data which is the combination of image processing with the data mining techniques or algorithm to analyze the hidden data by creating the patterns. This paper deals with the classification of breast cancer within digital mammography images. Digital Image processing facilitates in medical area widely in case of detecting and classifying the mammogram images. Classification of breast cancer in mammogram image is an important step to classify whether the patient is affected by cancerous (malignant) or non-cancerous (benign) tumors. Researchers have been used various algorithms and investigation methods to investigate mammogram images depending on the ultimatum of the disease, status of the disease and the quality of image. The main aim of classification of mammogram images is to select the best treatment. Doctors suggest best treatment for the patient if the result is positive and can avoid from death. Researchers uses so many data mining algorithms used for classification of mammogram images are k-Nearest Neighbor, Nave Bayes, Artificial Neural Network and Support Vector Machine algorithm.

Education of boy is the education of one person but education of girl is the education of the entire family ---------------- Late Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. Woman is one word the core of our human society. Without whom we cant imagine a world. It is not an exaggeration if we say that woman is the centre of family and the family is the centre of a society or a nation. But one thing we have to accept that women for many years were kept hidden inside the dusty den of depravity. They are not allowed to go to the school. Home was their world. Outside world were meant only for men, the bread earners of a family. Hence, they were wrapped by such a murky life that they remained disregarded many years. But now a day the things are something different. Women induced as much courage within themselves so as to unveil their wrap to the society. They play different role and now take equal footstep with man. So we take an overall survey on Bajali Sub division area to know the status of woman. This paper includes the different roles that are played by a woman in different community at this area.

In the present market scenario, the Indian stock market is unpredictable with variations and movements along the market with various factors influencing them. Risk is one such factor that influences the stock prices in the secondary market. The factors in particular range to a high number, as the market works according to the changes in the factors influencing them. It can be indebted that the performance of the companies and the operations carried by them are changing as there is an increased level of competition and infusion of global companies into the market. This paper focuses on determining the impact of the performance of the company on the systematic risk of the company in the stock market. It is to study whether the Key performance drivers of company would have an impact on the systematic risk (Beta Value) of the company. The study makes use of Multiple Regression Analysis, Durbin Watson test and General Linear Model for the purpose determining the direction of each of the performance variable is positive with the systematic risk. The study concludes that, Liquidity, Financial Leverage and Capital Structure has a positive impact on the systematic risk of the company. These variables have a significant relationship with the beta value.

In the computer aided schemes in computed tomography (CT) lung analysis identification and characterization of diffuse parenchyma lung disease (DPLD) patterns is a challenge. Due to low contrast and noisy images it is hard to perceive these patterns . In this paper, we propose adaptive enhancement techniques at different wavelet scales using dual tree complex wavelet processing. Moreover, dual tree complex wavelet transform also provides an special feature extraction method for identification and characterization of DPLD patterns. The algorithm projected in this paper has been experimented on number of clinical images, the results are compared with those obtained from other algorithms proposed in the literature through both analytical indexes and the opinions of radiologists. From the results obtained it can be concluded that the proposed algorithm improved the diagnosis in the early detection schemes with respect to other approaches.

ABSTRACT: DDOS have been significantly discussed in the computer security domain particularly due to damaging effect it causes to the organizational assets. There are many techniques to launch a DDOS attack such as UDP Flood attack, SQL Injection, Brute Force attack, Ping of death, SYN flood, Denial of sleep attack. Existing solutions can be divided into categories of machine learning solutions, distributed system solution or their combinations. The project proposes implementing automatic detection of attacks from the client side itself. Our concept is to identify the network traffic occurred by attackers through DDOS, SQL Injection and Bruce Force attack. We six different attacks which is made by attacker. 1) Request from Id with more number of time from within a time frame, 2) Request from same Id with different within short time, 3) Request from different Id , same request from different IP with multiple time, 4)Request from different Id, different request , different IP in a multiple time, 5) SQL injection 6) Brute force attack. This project mainly focuses on the zombie nodes detection and strictly eliminating them from the network.

"Village Panchayats and the Panchayat Unions constitute the bedrock of Indian democracy and unless we strengthen the Village Panchayats and the Panchayat Unions, our democracy cannot become strong and vibrant. In this paper it is argued that the new economic policies, oriented towards market based economy-led growth objectives, would also entail significant contribution of the urban sector and efforts would be needed to reduce infrastructure bottlenecks and increase urban productivity and employment. It will require serious efforts at various levels including the level of municipal governments, state governments and central government. All the subjects mentioned in the Twelfth Schedule should be transferred to urban local bodies along with transfer of funds and functionaries. Property tax which is one of the main sources of income for the municipalities should be simplified and rationalized. Exemptions from Property tax should be minimized and central government properties should also pay service charges in lieu of property tax.

Social freedom or women teacher educator is very essential because destiny of children is made in the classroom. To attain social freedom among women it is very much essential to consider economic freedom first. As the teacher may be considered as the promoter of the social freedom and agent to eradicate the malpractices from the society are also the victim of these malpractices i.e. they are not even getting an equal status in the family and society as the male teacher are. For attain this social freedom among women, vocational and occupational components have to be designed in accordance with the availability of resources and job opportunities in the regions. Voluntary organizations and womens groups active in the area should be involved in the task

With the end of the two central wars in the world, the world has been witnessing an increase in the number of internal conflicts in many countries of the world. The shift in terms of the characteristics of conflict around the world has been termed by scholars such as Kal Holsti as ew wars. It is in this context that there has also been a proliferation in terms of the discourse on examining security. The differentiation arises over traditional and non-traditional security issues. In this paper, it is argued that hunger and conflict is one of the sources for the emergence of conflict in many countries of the world. it also takes into account, the various factors that make conflict over food a significant issue for the rise of conflict in the world

The fast pace of urban development minimize the agricultural lands. Owing to poor rainfall and drastic climatic changes farmers often face challenges to sustain cultivation of crops with respect to crop cycle. With growing economic competition and rising population, governmental agencies design long term plans which rarely address the farmers needs. To meet the global demands agriculturist needs to investigate every opportunity that could improve agricultural production and growth. Whether to expand agricultural lands or to improve the production farmers needs to assess the suitability between land and crops. The investigation of land suitability and crop suitability has attracted many researchers to utilize latest technology such as remote sensing, geographical information systems etc. This paper aims to survey on recent researches on crop and land suitability using data mining techniques.

Municipal waste has become a severe problem in the developed and developing countries during the last century. Among these are various waste materials from food, packing, commercial materials ect; however the main constituent of municipal wastes is organic wastes ect. Citric acid commercially important product used in several industrial processes. Production of citric acid by Aspergillus niger from different varieties of banana peel such as green banana and yellow banana in surface culture process was studied. It was found that the maximum amount of citric acid (87%) was produced from yellow banana peel used culture.Lower citric acid (45%) was obtained from green banana peel used culture. By the extension of the fermentation (upto 25 days) resulted in an increase in citric acid concentration and biomass. The potential of Banana peels as a substrate for citric acid production by A.niger was investigated. Addition of supplements significantly enhanced the yield of citric acid. Of the three cultures examined, A.niger UABN 210 was found to produce the highest amount of citric acid (82.0g/Kg dry weight ) after 96h of growth at 30C in the presence of methanol (1%v/v) and copper ions(10ppm) . The yield of citric acid was over 90% based on the amount of sugar consumed. The study presents banana peel as an inexpensive medium for the production of citric acid by Aspergillus niger.

The Sundarban coastal region, in South Asia, is prone to cyclones, storms, erosion and storm surge flood. Coastal areas are the most productive and transitional areas between land and sea. In these areas the ecosystems are more vulnerable to climate change induced natural hazards like coastal inundation, storm surge, tsunamis, shoreline change, sea level rising, cyclone and typhoon etc. The concept of vulnerability is a holistic approach and it navigates across the ecological and socio-economic systems of a region. Ecological and socio-economic vulnerability of a region can effectively be assessed using multi-hazards events. To understand the ecological and socio-economic vulnerability to climate change of any region, it is essential to find out the intensity of climate change. This paper makes an attempt to analyze spatio-temporal weather and climate variability in Sundarban Biosphere Reserve.

The cylinder block is the largest part of the engine. Its upper section carries the cylinders and pistons. Normally, the lower section forms the crankcase, and supports the crankshaft. Cylinder blocks made of aluminum are lighter than cast-iron blocks of the same size. They usually have cast-iron liners which provide a hard-wearing surface for pistons and piston rings. The cylinder block forms the basic framework of the engine, it houses the engine cylinders, which serve as bearings and guides for the pistons reciprocating in them. The analysis of the engine block is to be carried out to predict its behavior under static and dynamic loading. The cylinder block has to withstand the stresses and deformations due to loads acting on it. The solid model of the block is generated by using CATIA V5 R19.The nth model is imported to HYPERMESH-10. The quality mesh is prepared in HYPERMESH for converged solution and the end solver set as ANSYS in which load and boundary conditions are applied for analysis. The static analysis is performed to predict the deformations and stresses. The modal analysis to predict the first five natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes.

The contemporary societies of this fast paced world have witnessed some incredulous changes and precocious developments that of late. The recent upsurge and proliferation in the development activities has caused a sudden seismic disturbance on the resources of the earth. It is quite hard to jettison the usage of resources in order to foster the development activities while keeping in mind the myriad requirements of the modern world. In a bid to utilize the earths resources carefully as well as to fuel the developments of the 21st century world, the term Sustainable Development has been brought to the limelight. Over the years, the think tank of policy makers and environmental activists has been mulling over to fine tune the practice of Sustainable Development in order to preserve and sustain Mother Nature. But a challenging 17 Sustainable Development Goals coupled with 169 associated targets is always an arduous task. Keeping these challenges in mind, Christianity has emerged as an antecedent to provide a fillip towards promoting and integrating Sustainable Development activities. This research study intends to explore how Christianity and the activities of the churches and Christian institutions rooted in the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ is serving the purpose of promoting sustainable development by reflecting upon some key Biblical verses.
