The issue of how to best combine work and personal life is now one that is on the minds of almost everyone in the workforce. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance may be crucial in reaching professional and personal objectives. The authors of this research begin by examining the variables that have a role in the work-life balance of those working in schools and universities. Second, it looks at whether or not these variables affect men and women differently. Finally, it investigates whether workers' professions (public sector and private sector) affect the effect of various variables on work-life balance. A detailed literature evaluation is compiled for this study from a wide variety of sources, including scholarly journals, academic papers, internet resources, etc. A standardized questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale was developed for the current investigation. The stress component was determined to be the most significant of the nine elements considered in the research. This research adds to the literature suggesting there are several barriers to work-life balance, many of which are connected to the issues examined here. Work-life balance is hampered by a number of factors, including but not limited to time and work conflicts, stress, travel issues, people's attitudes toward their jobs, an excessive number of responsibilities in both the home and the workplace, a lack of coordination between the two, the expectations of family members, and so on.

In this paper represents the study of static dielectric constant of aqueous solution of Lipase for various concentrations. The time domain reflectometry techniques used for the study in the frequency range from 10MHz to 30GHz. The static dielectric constant (?0), relaxation time (?), static permittivity (??) and hydration number (Vhyd) calculated at 250c. The hydration numbers were also determined from the static dielectric constant. Lipases are an important group of enzymes with various applications in the chemical detergent biocatalytic of pharmaceutical, food industry, making the fine chemical, esters, agrochemicals, leather industry and paper industry use to biosensor, cosmetics and bioremediation.

The state of West Bengal is one of the important states in respect of its population structure in India. Being a populated state with four positions among the other 28 states in India. As a result, through comparative quantitative analysis, an attempt has been made in this paper to detect the levels of urbanization for understanding the demographic and socioeconomic status from a spatial perspective. The datasets have been collected from Indian census abstracts for 2001 and 2011. There is no gap in the temporal series of demographic datasets. In this paper, we used the 'Z' score statistic to examine the tendency of % of urban population data. After all, the standardization of every individual value (considered as x) is concentrated through this method. The results of this calculation exhibit a range of +3.09 to -0.89. According to this calculation, the main 3 categories of high (above +0.50), medium (-0.50 to +0.50), and low (below -0.50) have been taken for the mention of the status of urbanization in West Bengal in 2001 and 2011, respectively. In 2001, four districts had a high level of urbanization; since then, in 2011, this pattern has changed minutely and is now concentrated in three districts. In 2011, 7 districts lying in the medium range in respect of the level of urbanization before it was 5 districts in 2001. Hence the low category level of urbanization concentration in nine districts lying between these ranges in both cases. The analysis further reveals that there is a positive correlation between the availability of modern amenities and the level of urbanization in 2001 and 2011, respectively.

Beta blockers (eg: Atenolol) also called beta adrenergic blocking agents, block the release of the stress hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline in certain parts of the body. This results in slowing of the heart rate and decreases the force at which blood is pumped around the body. Beta blockers also block kidneys from producing a hormone called angiotensin II. This results in lowering the blood pressure. Angiotensin receptor blockers ( eg: Telmisartan) dilate the blood vessels, and are used in the treatment of conditions such as high blood pressure, heart failure, or kidney diseases. They work by blocking the action of angiotensin II which results in low blood pressure. A 74 years old female patient was admitted in general medicine ward in tertiary care hospital in Hyderabad. As above mentioned complaints it came to know that patient is suffering with orthostatic hypotension and admitted in emergency department proceed for further management. Patient present with chief complaints like vomiting multiple episodes since 5 days, shortness of breath According to her past medical history she was taking Atenolol (Beta blockers),Telmisartan(ARBs).On examination her vitals: BP-90/60mmhg,Pulse rate:75 bpm, Spo2:98% on 2co2 ,Temp:98.6.Her systemic examination was found to be as CVS: s1s2+,BAE+,GRBS:155mm/dl. As her blood pressure decrease than the normal physicians suggest to stop the anti-hypertensive This adverse reaction is considered as drug related type ADR as per WHO scale.

The pandemic i.e., COVID-19 has affected education worldwide, leading to the near-total closures of schools, universities and colleges since March 2020. All the educational institutes have been shut down to break the chain of this novel virus COVID-19. Novel Virus Covid-19 has spread over whole world and compelled the human society to maintain social distancing, stay at home and work from home. It has significantly disrupted teaching learning of the school students. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) reported that more than 1.37 billion students (80% of the global student population) have been affected by the crisis (UNESCO, 2020). It was expected that the shutdown would impact the learning process to a great extent. But it is actually not the case. All the credit goes to the use of technological enhanced tools or applications in the field of education. A non-experimental approach with Online Cross sectional design was used for this study. Purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample size of 190 undergraduate nursing students. Data was collected by using questionnaire containing socio demographic data and self-administered web-based questionnaire that consists of 12 questions to assess attitude towards e learning during Covid-19 pandemic. The findings of the study revealed that maximum subjects 114(60.0%) were from class Bsc Nursing 4th Year in which 159 (83.7%) of subjects preferred classroom learning, with 136 (71.6%) subjects using Zoom as application for e learning and 113 (59.5%) of subjects preferred mobile as convenient device.

Freedom of speech and expression has been a debatable issue since its inception in history. A wise man always tried to express his thoughts in support of the right to free speech as well as pronouncement. The earliest as well as most foundational aspect of freedom is seen to be the voice of independence as well as pronouncement. As the freedom of speech is often seen the most important freedom. It is sometimes referred to as the mother of all rights as well as was crucial to the liberation movement. Today, it is commonly acknowledged that the right to an independent voice is crucial to a free society as well as must be protected in every way possible. A free society is built on the principle of unrestricted pronouncement in public spaces. The growth of a society and, eventually, a country depends on freedom, which is defined as the ability to express ideas without limits and, notably, without worry about punishment. This is one of the most important liberty that is shielded from persecution or suzeraint by the government. The present paper is studied about the development and historical background of freedom of speech and expression in the world and also in India.

The introduction of credit cards is unquestionably a bigger step toward attaining the social goals that are anticipated from banking. However, with greater financial and economic liberalization, the rising wealth of banks consider it advantageous to go into this business because of the urban class. The credit card was initially developed to help customers with their small, local purchases; nevertheless, through time, it has evolved into the main method of payment for products and services. Regardless of one's age or gender, credit cards have a significant impact on today's world, particularly among the working class legal standing, industry, and income which decide the tourism facilities.
